Been a Customer of Harveys since they opened in the 60s as a take out! The best burgers! Cheers All!

I don't eat at Harvey's often, and on a weekday afternoon, it wasn't really busy. Was very satisfied with the service of some of the staff, and quality of the food at this location.can't complain.

The girl in the drive thru on 20th Oct at10 pm was extremely mean and treating us so bad
It’s my first time trying the restaurant and i am really not happy with this!

The lady at the drive thru was extremely mean. For no reason she was rude to us since the time of taking our order on Drive thru. After collecting our food, we confronted her and then she banged the window on us. We waited on the window and other employee came and apologized to us. If she was having a bad day then she should stay at home rather than spoiling someone else’s day!

Very friendly staff. I ordered almost everyday.whenever I go there (in afternoon) there is always politeness and big smiles which made my day

I went through the drive through ordered a combo 1 (which use to be a single burger) but also said a single burger lightly with everything, when i went to pay it was 13.00 i asked are you sure this is for a single burger she said yes, when I got home my drink had leaked all in the cup holders (I had no napkins in the bag and I received an Angus burger which was now a combo 1 (they changed the order combo numbers when I. Allen about it i was told I would have to return my food on Monday to have it fixed. I will not shop or recommend this location.

Went today 9: 09pm at the drive thru taking orders and payment was super rude! They hire high-school kids that were joking around and being super loud she didn’t even take the order correctly and had attitude and was literally yelling at this for absolute no reason! If she is miserable that’s not our problem to deal with! Never again at this location!

The girl at the drive thru sounded so unhappy and miserable. When I pulled up to pick up my order the order was wrong and she was eating something while serving my food to me with no gloves on. Disgusting Harvey’s. July 25 @ 1: 15pm

Worst customer service.
Cashier barely hears customer.

Their was a deal going on for extra $1 you can have a burger.

I asked her, if theirs any deal. She says theirs no deal.
So I just paid.

After having my food I say this deal.
And she said I forgot to tell you.

Harvey’s store manager.
Please ask your drive thru workers / employees to sound Less Depressed. Please ask them to listen to the basic order of 2 items, so we don’t have to repeat them over,
Please ask them to smile & be pleasant @ the window.
OR
Get some therapy!

P. S.my hot dog bun seemed to have been run over by a steam roller. It resembled a hot dog wrap.

I've always enjoyed Harvey's burgers and the service at this location is generally very good. However, three things prevent this from being a five-star review. #1. On two occasions the store was closed when, according to their hours of service, they should have been open. #2. Sometimes the burger I order is barely warm. #3. Twice, recently, there was a mistake in my order.although I must admit this is an unusual occurrence and I don't recall any previous errors.

Unfortunaty the last 2 times we went there the burgers were way over-cooked, we usually have good burgers in this location. Staff is very nice.

The workers were very patient and kind while I was dining in with my children near closing time and I really appreciated that. Thank you

Dont waste your time or money at this place. If I could give the food 0 stars I would. The quality of food has gone down and I don't mean due to inflation. Tonight, I ordered a breaded chicken wrap. The wrap was so stale I was snapping it off trying to find an edible part. The chicken was cut up into crumbs and was all breading, except 2 pieces about the side of popcorn chicken. In the end, I ate the pickles then threw the rest out because it was so bad. I used to love Harveys, but that did it for me. I'm done.

My new favourite burger. Juicy, hot and delicious. Tried the cheese sticks. I'll order them again

Not as good as it used to be. The benefits of a franchise, I used to believe is consistency. However, this is based on one believing the staff care about the level of quality of the product being produced.

No sign on the drink machine that was broken and ruined a 100dollar sweater by spraying Pepsi all over me.the person just said ya and asked if I wanted pesi right. Definatly felt upset leaving here.

Clean eating area love the 2 tv one had cartoons on the other a classic movie and friendly staff.

This location never provides a correct drive thru order. Go inside, but even then check your bag and receipt before leaving.

I enjoyed myself at Harvey's. They have great food and great service. The only thing at this Harvey's is the cleanleness was sub-par. When I was eating there I was always worried a rat might pop out of nowhere. If you were to eat the food as take out this might be the best place to go for burgers in the area.

This is byfar the BEST customer service I have had in years. This team goes the extra mile to make customers happy. Food was GREAT, HOT and FRESH. Atmosphere was GREAT! Thanks team Harvey's for the experience! Will recommend this location

I went in last week on my daughter's birthday for lunch and staff was super friendly and patient with us while we made our order/decisions on our order. They were very accommodating and the atmosphere is clean. I will certainly visit again!

It's basically a daylight robbery which they are doing, in the evening picked up large chicken bacon poutine for 13$ and when I came home it was just half full, when I came back with the bill and asked them for a clarification was just told that it was just their standards. I left my order on the counter and returned home. The owners can check the video and have bank reciepts to prove I purchased from there.

Just a request to Harvey's that please stop looting their customers and give their worth of food for the amount they are paying.

You just lost a regular customer and will make sure that everyone in my vicinity and friends avoid this location like the plague.
