The bun was too thin for the patty and the angus tested like a regular meat.with the money I spent for the lunch today I could have almost get a better burger in a pub or restaurant, or a full English breakfast anywhere. I found it overpriced for a fast food resturant

Everything from the service to the burger and to the cleanleness of the establishment is very proffessionaly managed, on that 5*

Went to metro cause my friends bought food and then went to Harvey’s cause i wanted Harvey’s and the manager kicked us out for bringing food from another store when WE ordered from there

Asked to use my travel mug and it really upset one of the employees.

I recently had the pleasure of dining here and found myself pleasantly surprised by the overall experience. From the moment I stepped in, the inviting atmosphere and warm greetings from the staff made me feel immediately welcomed.

The menu offered a wide variety of options, catering to diverse palates and dietary preferences. From juicy burgers to crisp salads, there was something to satisfy every craving.

I decided to try their 1/4-pound Angus bacon cheeseburger, which certainly did not disappoint! The patty was perfectly cooked, boasting a nice smoky flavour and a satisfying char. The accompanying toppings were fresh and generously portioned, enhancing each bite. The burger was served with a side of golden, crispy onion rings, which were perfectly seasoned and satisfyingly crunchy.

What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional service. Despite the restaurant being busy, the staff remained efficient and friendly throughout my visit. The counter attendants took time to patiently explain menu items and answer any questions I had. The food was promptly prepared, and my order was served with a smile.

The restaurant's cleanliness was also commendable. The dining area was well-maintained and the tables were promptly cleared after each customer, creating a comfortable and tidy space to enjoy my meal.

Overall, my experience at this Harvey’s was a delight. The quality of the food, the friendly service, and the inviting atmosphere all contributed to a memorable visit. I would certainly recommend this establishment to anyone seeking a quick and satisfying meal.

The all you can fill burger can always make my day. The people here works hard and deserve a tip, especially for that old lady.

Just ordered two burgers from this location on skip the dishes and they arrived smelling like rotten garbage, I have never been served food like this it was inedible. Thankfully Skip refunded me, but there is something seriously wrong with this location to be cooking food that smells like this!

This is more of a comment on the chain and the problematic mobile app. I was traveling and the app sent my order to the store near my home which I started with but I changed midstream to the location I was at and they were several hundred kms apart. I had to pay again for 2 Angus meals with cheese and bacon.

After several emails back and forth, customer service would not refund me but would only give me the money back using e-gift cards which are totally useless with the mobile app. Some stores, including this one cannot do the offers online in store and you have to order on the app which does not work with the egiftcards. Extremely frustrating and now i have stranded funds on e gift cards.

Great burger and fries. Easy to park in front of the store. Free Wi-Fi works perfect! Set of burger, fries and soft drink only cost 15.13 CAD after hst.

Why is there a granma working here?
She is so rude and made a mistake when I ordered my food.
My daughter was refilling her water bottle with 7up and she came to her, grabbed her bottle and dumped all the drink!
She told her "you're not allowed to refill your own bottle, your mom got you a juicebox"
Unbelievable! She is a KID! She's 7 years old!
Also the young short girl with glasses is so grumpy. If she doesn't like her job then QUIT!
She looked at me and my kids like we were annoying her every time we tell her the toppings we wanted.
She was also like that with the other customers.
I hate dealing with people like her.
It makes me not want to come back.

After I passed my order, the employee served the client before me and she needed to wait for a piece of the order and instead of starting the other orders while waiting she just stood there waiting. Once I asked her to start my order she told me she doesn't like to do more order than one because she gets them mixed up. Then another employee took over and asked me question to which I answered, she nodded and asked the same question to the person I was with who hadn't order anything.
All in all, I was made to wait a lot longer than necessary and was ignored by another employee.

I do not recommand this place.

After a day of shopping, my sister and I stopped in for a burger fries combo. We were very pleased by the great tasty meals. We decided to dine in, but you can go through the drive-thru. Inside, you'll find tables and chairs or booths. Washrooms were clean. We parked our car in the Merivale Mall parking lot. The parking area closest to Harvey's could be resurfaced lots of pot holes. In order to gain entry to the restaurant, we needed to climb metal stairs. I did not see a ramp for handicap or disabled. I also don't know whether this location has automatic door access for disabled or handicap.

Worst customer service ever experience in my life. Order takers are acting like they are giving food for free. Harveys should do something better with the customer interactions.

Great place to eat. Staff always gets the orders right & treats the customers with respect. Love it! My favourite is the buffalo chicken poutine

For under $12 got a great bacon cheeseburger, shake and frings. Was so surprised with the portion of frings too. Clean table and washroom

The staff are great and friendly but ever since they changed their meat patty several years ago it’s just not the same. I so enjoy how you can choose your toppings. It is hit and miss with the take out window though if you are going to receive fresh rings or fries. Other than that when it is fresh it is great!

We frequently eat at Harverys and was excited to hear that today was free frings day if we ordered through the mobile app. When arrived at the drive thru the employees said that we had to add a promotional code in order to receive it. This is the first time we have used the app and it is very deceiving. Won't be going back to this location. Staff wasn't friendly and could have honored the free frings are they could see we placed the order online. Poor customer service at this location. Have sent a complaint to headquarters.

Not just the burgers that make Harvies great. The restaurant itself has a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, and the staff are always courteous and attentive. Whether you're dining in or taking out, you can always expect prompt service and a great experience.
I highly recommend Harvies for anyone looking for a delicious burger. The quality of the food and service here is truly exceptional, and I can't wait to come back and try more of their menu items. Give it a try, you won't regret it

The food is so good, I love watching them top my burgers right in front of me, everything is always so fresh! All the staff is so friendly and welcoming, this has got to be the best Harvey’s I’ve been to I swear. 10 out of 10
