Just ordered burgers from the drive-thru, exceptional service by Debbie, kudos and two thumbs up!

Had the pleasure of eating here, staff are welcoming and attentive, They handled a small mistake with my order quickly and with a smile. The food was delicious and I highly recommend this restaurant.

Saturday 5ish went through drive thru and ordered 2 cheeseburgers and 2 onion rings. After I pull away from the drive thru I look in the bag and only have 1 cheeseburger and 2 onion rings. I go inside and say a burger is missing. 20 minutes later they make a new cheeseburger and put it in the bag.just one. We don't know which one was missing from the original order so I decide to open the bag before I leave the restaurant. I now have one (new) burger that is correct and one (the first) burger which doesn't match anything that I ordered. I tell them this is the wrong burger. At this point I have been there almost half an hour and am out of time. I take the order with the incorrect burger, everything is cold. Should have demanded a refund before I left. Will never ever return.

Ordered bacon and cheese combo with poutine. Only received a poutine. Go back in to advise they forgot my sandwich and they give me attitude. Do not go here. These people are miserable.

25 minutes to get my order this place drives me crazy half the time the order is wrong or missing items I honestly don’t know how they stay in business worst Harvey’s I’ve been to

Ordered dill pickle spears with my meal and they were totally burnt. Couldn't eat them, in the garbage. Too far to go back. Every time we order from here there is something wrong.

Very dissatisfied with the take out service, the machine broke so we were informed to order inside from a note on the broken speaker. Also the milkshake machine has been not working for many months since last July 2022.
We have been patiently waiting, and it is about time to complain.
It is time to shut down this location and fire the owner. Poor management. They are hiring new staff. Who would want to be a part of this below par standard of a management team. What a shame.

I don't know, but almost everytime (4 times in the last month) the fries were cold. I nearly had to dry off all the fries, as they looked lile they have been sitting in the oil too long! Then the onion rings were the same as the fries, but too well done to even enjoy! The taste of old oil left a rotten taste in my mouth! But that was nothing. I also got two kids cheeseburger meals.no cheese, I had checked the order before driving off, and being disappointed, Well

I said to the person at the window about no cheese, so I handed them back! I couldn't beleive my eyes, the young fella opened up both burgers, and asked for a peice of cheese, and put it under the patty! Oh my word! I just watched what you did.and if this happens again I will report you (too much to deal with! So in the end) a lady manager came to the window apologies and the kid got let go and she redid my order free of charge, as well as giving me my $$back! But seriously The workers get younger and younger!
Long story short, always take a second look to make sure its correct, instead of getting home and finding stuff is missing!

Something has changed here, service is faster & better communication when I arrive. Food was good.

Shoutout to the 5: 45pm crew on Wednesday November 16th! They were all super sweet and the service was phenomenal!

Onions rings were totally burned. No aceptable sell something like that. I have pictures to show! This isn’t the first time, in the drive thru, they serve something burned o in not good condition. Please respect Custumer heath! Plus the customer service line is connected to fax machine, so u never get the chance to express u concern. Shame

Just had Harvey's, too far to return food.
Ordered 2 Buffalo chicken combos, and an Angus combo. The Buffalo chickens were cold and like cardboard with barely there lettuce and tomatoes on a stale bun, and the fries were like batons. The Angus burger was cold and baton fries again. The drinks, one was totally not what we ordered, we asked for no ice and got 3/4 of the cup full of ice. And to top it all off, it took 30 minutes in drive thru. Whatever happened to fast quality food.
