This place is so rude to their employees, not to mention horrible service and food. They treat their employees so badly that I wouldn’t be surprised if this location shut down due to no employees. Get better management!

Ordered a burger with the "works" which is a set of toppings SHOWN on their menu (pickle, onion, lettuce, tomato, harv sauce) and they put every single topping they have on the burger.

Harvey's has the best hamburgers anywhere. Always fresh meat, flame broiled, and you get the toppings that you want. Their onion rings are great tasting too.

I literally went in just to get a milkshake a very simple order went in at 9: 15 when they're still open but for some reason they refuse to do it for me instead they asked me to go get back in my car and reorder it in the Drive-Thru which had a huge lineup. No explanation as to why or anything like that simply please go back in your car and order in the Drive-Thru which makes zero sense I'm standing right in front of you all I want is a milkshake and to leave it's really not something difficult to do for the customer so to just ask me to go wait in line outside just showed how little they care.

I was already told that the service and the food there was terrible and this is my first time going and of course I didn't go to the drive-thru I just left and went and got it somewhere else

I truly wish there was another Harvey's/Swiss Chalet close by without having to go to Newmarket. This location has really gone downhill since I moved here many many years ago.

More recently, I have found that the drive thru is extremely slow. I have spent 20 minutes in that drive thru on numerous occasions and rarely do I get out of there in under 5 minutes, that has only happened a couple times. There could be no other cars there and nobody inside and I'm still waiting 10-15 minutes in the DRIVE THRU.

The staff have become so rude. I don't know who is in charge of hiring at this location but I think they are in need of retraining. I have had the bag placed on my door and the person just said "bye" and closed the window, I never get a "have a good day/night" or anything of the sort. More often than not, you are treated as a major inconvenience to them. God forbid if your card is making you insert it, rather than be able to tap (we all know you can only tap so many times before it forces you to insert the card and use the pinpad) I have been given dirty looks, growled at under their breath and just all around unfriendly.

This drive thru has always been slow, but never has the customer service been so terrible. It's not any one particular staff either, it seems to be the entire team, although some are somewhat more tolerable than others. I honestly think that this location needs a review. Going by other reviews left by other customers, I can see I'm not alone in my thinking. There have been times I just decided to go to A&W or Wendy's down the street, just to avoid the lackluster customer experience at Harvey's.

I really enjoy the food, though on many occasions (including tonight) the order has been so wrong, I can tell I got someone else's order. From ordering an Angus burger and fries, and getting a kids burger and hot dog, to ordering a quarter chicken and ending up with a burger. I got tired of calling to mention that my order is wrong because I've been accused of lying when I bring up that my order was wrong. I don't need to lie to get free food, I want to mention it so that better care is taken with people's orders, as I ended up with onions on a burger for my child who is allergic to onions and we ended up at the ER that night with a child suffering from anaphylaxis.

I hope in the near future something is done about this location. For now, I will no longer be going to Harvey's here in town, and will get a burger from another Harvey's location when I am out of town. I do suggest someone get a handle on what is happening there, as your reviews are showing, it's going downhill and that's not a good look for the restaurant, or the company as a whole.

EDIT: Exactly HOW MANY times do I need to say "NO PICKLE" with my club wrap meal before they stop giving me pickles? I'm allergic to pickles and can't eat any of the meal that is touched by the pickle, so I am left with just being able to eat the fries.

I’m waiting in a spot I was asked to pull up to at 748 pm it is now 803 pm. No food. Update to follow……See my Swiss Chalet review from Monday! 20 min, what a joke. Many people came and went as I sat there to rot!
Update 2. The food was good but 1 order of fries and 2 drinks short. I can’t even believe it. I’m not going to fill out anything online. I’ve been put out enough already. I’ll mention it at my next order, if there is one. Thanks anyway.

I used to love this Harvey’s when I was a kid (that may be because that was the only fast food place my parents took me too), me and my boyfriend were both sick after we ate from here, we were both starving so we ate the gross soggy food we were served that was bad enough but I wasn’t expecting to be sick, I know this is gross but me and my boyfriend were both stuck on the toilet and puking.

Slooooooooowest drive thru ever! Was stuck in the drive thru almost 20 min and couldn't back out or pull forward. Food was the only redemption for this location. Staff didn't seem to care about the slow speed. Don't take their drive thru unless you have about an hour to kill

One of my favorite Harveys locations, burgers and chicken always seems to come out hotter and perfectly cooked. Moreover, The staff here are absolutely superb, friendly and eager to make sure every customer has a great experience. Quick, efficient service and always dependable for quality.

Harvey’s does not care about customers. They only care about getting as many people through the door as possible. They passed my drinks with the lid completely off thusly spilling and ruining my cars passenger seat. It’s time we boycott this low value org. When I called in and thanked management for hiring local students, but also to train their staff a little better and ensure future customers avoid the same spilled drink syndrome they called me a lier. Never going there again after having eaten there hundreds or perhaps a thousand times in the past 10 years. DON’T EAT HERE. Clumsy and careless staff and extremely rude management is the only confirmation I can give for this Harvey’s franchise.

This place makes you wait astronomical wait times for food that you didn’t order or that they messed up. I’m so sick of the employees here that just don’t seem to care about the orders or the customers, they just care about getting paid and leaving. Will NEVER be back. The person before us in line tonight even got his order messed up! Just over it! Please work on hiring staff with experience and actual knowledge and working ears. Thanks. EDIT: When asked to fill a survey, I needed the receipt, when I was at the window, I gave my receipt like asked, then was not given it back. So therefore, I couldn't complete the survey. Such a waste of time to be quite honest. Still super disappointed and still haven't been back. Never again.

Ordered a buffalo chicken poutine. Its about the only thing I get from Harvey's so I was surprised to find out that the Buffalo chicken poutine didn't come with buffalo sauce on top. Not only that but theres barely any gravy on it so you can't even call it a poutine. Disappointed that I spent money at this location.

Super upset with this location I went to the dry food, order my food and ask you a question about one of the coupon for the festive meal meal. The lady on the other end completely ignored me and then when I got up to the drive-through window, they said they cancelled my order and I had to sit there and place my order again for the second time which already annoyed me the customer experience is horrible and terrible. I’ve never had such horrible experience in my life and asked me to park in spot number two for pick up and when you’re 25 minutes this is getting ridiculous.

Check your food bags before leaving! They forget to put the right order in this has happened twice now. Burgers also aren't cooked enough through at this location very disappointing.

Was in the restaurant a while ago today and can say that the cashier with the fly away butterfly eyelashes who gave me the "just so you know" reply was quite rude. She called over the shorter European looking older woman who was even more rude. Be careful who you are ignorant to as you just never know who works for Corporate!
More training has to be provided as these staff haven't half a clue. I ordered a wrap and asked for everything on it, as in veggies. In any other store much like a sub shop, sauces are put on last and not part of the "everything" condiments. He was about to put ketchup on top of my grilled chicken. WOW. Its a wrap, not a burger. Good thing I was paying attention and didnt go through drive thru or i would have had every sauce available on the counter in my wrap.
What a mess! Will only go back for a challenge!

Got a completely wrong order.no bacon or cheese.and i'm allergic to mustard and its absolutely everywhere.theres nothing i can even eat here. $15 in the garbage.
