Food was made very messy also cold and the one making the burgers was very rude and didn’t look like he wanted to be there

I tried to order food here but when I got to the veggies and condiments I noticed SOO many fruit flies landing on and flying around the food.

Go for a burger at 9 pm on a Friday night and the grills are not available because they are cleaning them. Hours of operation show it’s open till 10: 00 pm. Had to wait additional 15 minutes for them to finish cleaning the grills. Isn’t this done after when it’s closed?

My food was fine, but my girlfriends Angus and bacon was on the grill and on fire for a lot longer than it should have, not to mention the cook did not have gloves on and then tried to mess with the girl at the counter with his bare hands when handing it over. Absolutely worst harveys experience I've ever had, been coming here for years and will not be back.

It’s our go to place. We go once a week as our treat and never disappointed in the service and food.

I just picked up food for my family for dinner it was a 50 dollar order. We love Harvey's have been going for years. But tonight was the worst meal we had ever had. My niece wanted chicken nuggets and got strips instead. We also order 2 orders for strips and both order tasted and look like they had been sitting there for hours. The poutine was too full of gravy soaking through the bag. For dinner for 5 pp that cost 50 dollars I expected more. And better quality of food

Service was ridiculous tonight. Our burgers and fries sat under the heat lamp while the server took his time serving his co worker who wasn't currently working. Someone needs to crack the whip a little more on their employees. Our food wasn't that great and it usually is. Dont go on the weekends. Weekdays are better. Just saying.

Food was actually really great I only took a point off for the lack of working slush machine. They did still have smoothies and milkshakes so not all was lost. Really one of the best places to go to "have it your way". I'll revisit sometime in the near future and if they got their slushies back I'll make it a 5 review. Staff were helpful, friendly and seemed to work well together.

The works were very nice but I noticed the worker cooking was using only one pair tongs used for raw burgers and bacon being used for cooked meat. Also Using the same to transfer the meat to the bun. I spoke up about it and the worker said they've been doing that for 20 years leaving me with no peace of mind and scared of Cross contamination and the risk of food poisoning, Not worth the $50 for my meals.

There was an employee (possibly a trainee) working the burger toppings area. He changed his gloves and got my toppings from new containers due to an allergy to one of the other toppings. I was very impressed as most place only change their gloves.

This was amazing.

I didn't catch their name but he was working at 6: 30 pm on Sunday the 26th of March. I wanted to make sure his service was known about because it could have saved my life.

Best fast food burgers, hands down. They don't offer a gluten-free bun, however you can opt not to have a bun at all and the burger (with toppings) will be served in a carboard bowl/carton type thing. Still a really good burger, even without the bun!

Horrible experience. I came in for a milkshake and a poutine. I waited 5 mins for my order to even be taken while the workers talked to each other. I ordered a my food, paid for it and then watched the person who cashed me out walk into the back and stay there for close to 10 mins. My poutine sat on the counter made waiting to be handed to be for over 5 minutes and when someone finally handed it to me and I asked for my milkshake I was given a rude look and a few minutes later handed a half full cup with my milkshake in it. Super not impressed and will not be coming back and I don’t recommend anybody else to either.

Went for some milk shakes. They were decent. The service was very good, but the interior was fairly unclean.

We got our meals all dried up. Our drinks came second, meals before forks ands spoons. Partner was service his tea with no mug took another 15 minute for mug. Tea got cold, took tea back. Mug finally came with no tea. Bread no butter. Ne extra pesto that asked. Talked with manager nothing improved. We walked out

Best service I had in years at this Harvey's location on Lasalle Blvd. The food was amazing and staff was friendly & helpful. These folks will make your burger the right way, your way; unlike those other clowns out there that will make you McPuke afterwards!

Harvey's burgers are the only burgers I can eat now that do not upset my stomach; my grandmother was the same way. Furthermore Harvey's truly values their customers which is another reason I only eat there as that's a rare thing now a days in a fast food restaurant.
