Harvey's

The poutine there is very good. The one guy that works there was freaking out on a customer before me, I thought it was the customer’s fault I wasn’t paying attention, until he freaked out at me too. Condescending, unprofessional, bad attitude, unfriendly.

I don't think I've ever thrown away a poutine before. I mean, how bad can it get? It's gravy, fries, and cheese. Yet somehow this restaurant managed to accomplish the impossible. Truly disgusting food. They somehow managed to make the fries taste like soap. Avoid!

What lovely staff! Friendly and accommodating to my needs. Restaurant was very clean and tidy

Food is typical Herveys and is good but this location is brutally slow in the driveway through.

Update: she got our order wrong too. Typical of 'fast' food joints these days.

If i could give this 0 stars i would. I went through drive through to and had to pull back around because they forgot my onion rings then my sister ends up eating what was suppose to be a jr chicken burger with ranch and instead it was buffalo which she’s allergic too. I rushed her to the er and then went back for at least a refund on my order and was told that it wasn’t there fault for the mix up and was given 3 burger vouchers no money back. TERRIBLE ESTABLISHMENT and all worker are dumb and don’t know what they’re doing at all.

Fresh ingredients, grilled beef burgers/chicken.under staffed.we waited for a while to have our burgers garnished.still fantastic food.

Nothing great. Burgers were cold. It took us total of 25 mins at drive thru to get 3 burgers.

Update: it will be unfair not to mention that Harvey's took my feedback seriously. I have received consistent follow up emails and a call from manager. I am really impressed by their true "customer care".

I will be going back, not for discounts or anything else, but to support their efforts to keep customers happy.

I went through the drive-thru and all I ordered was a regular classic poutine. It looks a total of 8 minutes from after I paid to receive my food. This is suppose to be a fast food joint, yet it takes forever to receive the food.

I have always really like Harvey's and this location has great staff who try. I am sure they are underpaid. Also, Harvey's being Canadian is a nice bonus. The best fast food restaurant

I ordered through DoorDash and I ordered a HamBurger & Onion Rings the food was a wee-bit cold or really lukewarm. I thought it would come from Bayfield St location but for some strange reason they fulfilled the order at the Mapleview location, which in turn made it Lukewarm. The food was still great, as Harvey's always is. Thx Y'all from all of us at: QuestionableGoodz.

What a joke sat at the ordering speaker for five minutes with no one else in the drive-through so pulled around no one else even there and they parked me for 15 minutes they are absolutely useless

Haven't had Harvey's in a few years. Still one of the best poutine around. Sqeeky cheese curds is always a must.

Anna at window was exceptional making sure my order was correct and letting me know promotions and points available to me. Was much appreciated

We waited half an hour in the drive thru. When we got to the window they told us to pull up and wait on the side for our food. 6 other cars went thru drive thru then one of cashiers came out and told us we have to wait for the chicken nuggets. My 2 yr old was already upset so I told him I want to speak to a manager then he started smirking at me. Very Unprofessional. When the manager came out, he was very appoligetic. I then checked my food and found that there was 1 nugget missing so he went back and got us more and gave us 2 cards for free burgers only at his store and no other Harvey's. This was my experience at the time of my visit.

Great place to stop on the way home from the lake. Solid burgers and grilled chicken with fresh toppings!

Not to happy with this location.food was sloppy, made wrong, was corrected but took too long to fix it.staff are all over the place.there were people walking by behind the counter, chatting but not helping out even greeting customers.

For a restaurant whose primary selling feature is that you can get things your way, I feel like running out of just about all toppings and not communicating that until after you've paid is unacceptable. What a disappointing stop on our drive. Requested a refund which was granted after wasting a lot of time.

What you see in the photo is literally all that was left. Pickles, jalapenos, cucumbers and olives. Should've been offered a full refund.

The WORST experience I have had in my life. I get it’s fast food and not fine dining but the entire interaction from start to finish was HORRIBLE. When my order was being taken I had to repeat myself 3 times while the lady working stared directly at me and heard me. Took over 15 minutes to get our orders (which was only one meal and two hot dogs… simple enough) and when it came out it was over cooked and they put WAY too much toppings on it and had no customer skills to ask or correct the situation after we were clearly grossed out. PRETTTY sure we didn’t order a relish sandwich. Whoever owns this location has no care about the staff they hire and how to create ANY customer experience and satisfaction. I genuinely hope this place closes down or a tornado destroys the building when nobody is working. This franchise owner should be stripped of this location because this is THE WORST LOCATION I’ve ever been to.

Love Harvey's. Go to this restaurant when heading up north. Staff were ok. Food was smaller sized from last time. Bathroom was dirty.

The burgers weren't the usual Harvey's burgers they were like store bought cheap burgers, very thin and dry. And the service was very slow.

Only gets better every time I go.

Came on Family Day. The guy making the burgers was amazing and in the ball.

Lets remember everything is still grilled by a real person right in front of you.

It was just okay. Forgot pickles on one burger. Over cooked one burger and barely cooked the other. This is the first time experiencing something like this at a Harvey's as I usually love the food. They did not provide napkins which was a first as well. Overall not good.
