Ordered the buffalo chicken nuggets on takeout.
Not a drop of buffalo sauce to been found on the nuggets.
Had to use my own buffalo sauce at home.not near as good. Disapointed.

Haven't had Swiss Chalet since summer 2019. It was always a family favourite. Had occasion to pick up take out on Saturday for 2. I was sooo disappointed with their quarter chicken dinner (dark meat.) I'm sure if I would have weighed the deboned chicken there was barely 4oz of meat. There was a ton of fries, a small roll and their dipping sauce. This leg had to come from a bird that was barely 2lbs before cooking. We used to always laugh at how quickly we would devour the delicious crispy skin first before dunking that first bite of meat in the dipping sauce. This time we found the skin to be quite bland.like someone forgot to add salt to the birds/basting sauce? ! Needless to say we certainly didn't feel we got value for the approx $13 we spent on each meal. We were hungry a couple of hours later. No more Swiss Chalet for us.but the various Harvey's hamburgers combos.we love those and we felt full after eating those and also felt we got value for the money we spent.

Great service, friendly staff, very clean. I had the big Harv Angus with a chicken bacon ranch poutine, made perfectly to the way I wanted. Fast service!

Some young girl that served me got mad and gave me a lot of attitude cause I didn’t want yellow old lettuce

I would give this place 10 stars if I could, great service and amazing food. Very family friendly. 10/10 I definitely recommend.

Visited lunch time around 12 mid day. Staff great. Food excellent. Hot. And made fresh. Lady on cash was tremendous. I think she was Spanish speaking.super cheerful and welcoming. Great lunch.

Very good food.specially ribs were so good…. Amazing staff.good service. I would definitely visit this place again for my dinner.

Wanted to sit inside but I guess no staff to permit that so used drive thru and took it home where it was no longer hot.
