Too long wait to pick up delivery orders and dont let drivers come in and they say if you want to deliver our order then you have to stand outside no matter its raining or snowing or there's a storm they dont care
Horrible store

Went throu drive thru and fries and onion rings were everywhere in the beg instead of where they was suppose to be, onion rings was stuck together and over cooked

The drive through was very fast and efficient, they wore matching shirts and I loved it. Highly recommend Harvey's in Owen sound

Jessica was phenomenal. We came for lunch the other day and it was EXTREMELY busy with a long line of patrons. Seems everyone in Owen Sound came to Harvey's that day. Jessica was working on the grill, and did an outstanding job in a very trying situation. And the hamburgers were great.

Service is miserably slow! Our fries ans onion rings were up and done for 20 mins under the heat lamp while we waited for our burgers It’s chaos and dis organized! Food was stone cold. 8-9 staff and nothing was quick. Won’t come back

Girl taking orders in drive through, was absolutely miserable. Snotty, rude and clearly does not like her job. Usually, I have wonderful service at this location. Very disappointed today.

The food was fine, chocolate milk shake not too chocolate but.the service was good. But the place is filthy! Every where. From the dust falling down to the streaky glass, dirty tables and sticky floors.and the flies! Maybe time to wash the mop bucket! Ya can't do a quicky mop job every night.wash the whole floor.

Came bere 2 times over the week around the same time. 1130am. First time no one was in the drive through. We had to wait 5 mins before they took our order and waited another 5 mins at the window. I ordered a chicken sandwhich and poutine. The second time I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and a poutine. We were in the drive through for 20 minutes. The patty on the bun was super small. What I would have expected from mcdonalds! The poutine had about 20 fries.
I will not be returning to harveys.

Gave me the wrong order, asked for plain chicken sandwich and got it regular with sauces had to through it out because I'm allergic to the sauce.

Cheers to you great staff! Excellent service. Food was 10/10. Clean store and bathrooms. I also absolutely love the whole Canadian feel and theme in the building. Will be back. Keep it up!

Without a doubt the slowest service I have ever received. Truly horrendous timing for a fast food restaurant on the main strip.

Dropped it down to 1 star. It is like they don't care how long you wait.

Server took my order. When time to top my burger "surprise" wasn't the burger I ordered. Staff need to pay more attention to the details.

Good food when the order is right.long waits however.also received enough mustard on my burger for maybe ten burgers.so gross we tossed it

Okay, I don’t know if it’s just the whole building or what? But terrible service at Swiss chalet and my dumb self decides to go to Harvey’s because it will be better right? NOT.
My fiancé and I both placed mobile orders to pick up, and followed the instructions on the app and started waiting.
Two different groups of people who arrived after us, ordered and got served before us. We were waiting for 20 minutes without someone even talking to us. At least three managers or supervisors, whatever you call them, walked passed the counter and looked at us, and just kept ignoring us.
Then when they finally did, we received our soggy bags of food that had been made over 20 minutes ago, and told “oh did you say you were here? ”
I will never return, I tried to give a second chance, but this is pathetic and I’m completely done with this whole place.

Absolutely amazing they are so polite and friendly. These guys work there butts off on short staff and still show excellent customer service keep up the great work

The service was great, and so was the food we had for our Thanksgiving dinner. Chicken potatoes and stuffing, and pumpkin pie for dessert with a little bit of whipped cream. I might have to do that next year also. Good job, keep the good work up.
