I have never done a review in my life cause i never tought i needed to but everytime i come in the drive thru it takes hours to go thru the drivethru even tho theres only like one car in front of me the person at the window was very rude. I went there at 11: 55am and at 12: 40 still had not received my food

Visited this Harvey’s location for lunch today. Placed order and requested crispy fries with the Angus combo. What I received were cold fries, not crispy but soggy. On top of that most of the fries were burnt ends with most of the fries under an inch in length. This is how customers are being cheated. Shame on management for not overseeing what’s going on in the restaurant. Could not find a box with zero stars.

Had a technical issue with Scene card. I sent email to Harvey's and within a few days the Manager, Lackshay, called me and issue was resolved. He even offered me a complimentary burger combo. Always have good service at that location, friendly staff, and yummy burgers. I go every couple of weeks for their burger and fries.
TODAY - 1 month later - Same Issue with Scene points at Harvey's. They do NOT give the bonus points loaded on your Scene account. I am tired of hearing them blame their IT issues which clearly have not been fixed. Tired of calling SCENE to get the bonus points owed to me. This has been going on for over 1 year. Why do you participate in the Scene program if you are not able to properly administer it. The Swiss Chalet terminals have no problems giving the proper bonus points, why at Harvey's - same restaurant. Hope this gets your attention to FIX the issue.

I have been coming to this location for awhile and whether its Gagan or other staff working i am always greeted with a smile, my order is taken promptly and always accurate. For a fairly busy location i could not ask for more. Great atmosphere, hard working staff and good food. Would highly recommend to others and will continue coming myself.

Got there at 9: 30 PM. The cashier was so nice and I got my food quickly. The restrooms were quite clean.

I took a crispy kitchen sandwich. It was okay. The meat was dry-ish (which I don’t understand because it’s deep-fried…) and lacked seasoning (no herbs, black pepper…).

Another employee was sweeping the floor under/around me while I was waiting for my order and I had to tip-toe left and right to avoid getting my boots swept and I kept apologizing for being in their way, it was so awkward that they’d keep sweeping « on » me. I think it could have waited 5 minutes?

Anyhow, all in all I would go back to this location but I’d try ordering something else.

Was greeted by friendly cashier Gagan. It was combined Swiss Chalet and Harvey's. The chicken dinner arrived fast and hot and delivered to my table and Gagan even came back and asked if needed anything else. The food was delicious! Never had such great service. Will be back for sure.

Went to pick up dinner on Friday night and was unimpressed by the staff and service. I ordered the Buffalo chicken poutine (2) and requested that half my cheese be out onto my husband's poutine. Staff that took the order looked angry that I made the request, told me it couldn't be done in a sharp tone and then another staff corrected her which led to her giving attitude to me until I got my order and left. Very sharp, angry tone and cut me off twice while I tried to order.

As I was leaving I saw that staff eating my other half bag of cheese that I requested get put on my husband's poutine, missing a pie which was discovered after I ate and no cutlery which meant we stopped at Tim Hortons to request forks as I didn't want to go back inside to ask due to the experience. I was also charged for a drink I didn't order. Very sad over this experience as I always used to love going there but will not be returning after this experience.

Gagan was helpful at the cash while I ordered my meal. A pleasant surprise was her chatting with me while I waited for my meal. She continued her work while speaking with me.

Gagan struck me as being very competent and personable, a very nice mix of important traits for someone working in a business.

I think Gagan would be an excellent candidate for promotion.

I am confident in my observations because I am a Psychologist who has worked in selection and placement for processes.

Gagan gave me great service, nice smile and very kind.
They were just about to close but decided to serve me anyway and allowed me to come in and wash my hands since i had just finished work and i was dirty.

Crazy lady 2 (best friend) brought me to Harvey's and since we walked in the atmosphere was joyful. We even even conversed with other customers. It was a freakin' friendly experience. Kira the cashier was all smiles and she was only 3 weeks new at this, her first job
Lala was dressing our burgers just the way we liked it. When you are treated right, you like coming back. Crazy lady 1 and Crazy 2 will be back!

I just ordered 2 burgers and they were absolutely burnt to a crisp. How you gonna send out 2 burnt burgers? Did you not see they are black. Horrible. I'd like to be contacted by management please.

Excellent service en français des 2 serveuses et tout était excellent! Frites et rondelles d'oignons bien dorées et cuites à notre goût! Nous avons eu aussi droit à un beau bonjour du gérant. Je reviendrais ici sûrement! Merci!

Edited. Talked to the GM. He's fixing our order next time. Thanks for charging me for 2 large milkshakes and giving me 2 smalls. Even after being corrected by a coworker, you tried to argue. We didn't have time We eat lunch here 2-3 times a week.

The food was good but the service was awful. The staff were so serious, no smile or greeting. And waiting for our food took so long.at least 10 minutes.and it wasn't even busy!

Garbage and litter, burned out light polls in poorly kept parking lot! Shame on the owner and property manager! Dangerous at night because of the poor lighting!
