Harvey's

I previously left a good review. The food can be good, but there is a rude old lady working there that sounds like she hates her job. She must be a real head ache to work with. She was working at regent st.location at dinner oct 18. The night shift guys give good service but she is very unpleasant. I guess some people can't handle a 3 car line up, maybe they shouldn't be in charge. There is also a younger lady who's been at different Harveys locations in Fredericton for years, I watched her a couple years ago continiously wiping her nose with her sleeve and touching all sorts of cookware without washing her hands. We were disgusted and got our refund. Then somewhat recently she served me on Regent st.and there was a long hair twirled through my oreo shake so I just threw it out and didn't bother with a refund. Plus she was also seemed sick this time, seems like she's sick frequently but has some poor hygiene practices at work. Harvey's should pay more attention to the quality of their service and practices of their staff. The guys who usually run the night shift are pleasant and take care of their customers.

L was really disappointed today your indoor dining was closed to the public. Anyway l had services in your location it was slow and l also noticed that you don't have any colored people working for you. Maybe if you would hire different types of people maybe your dining would be open to the public.l was there tonight at 7: 00pm

Chicken sandwich, wouldn’t let me get cheese. Common guys I’m from Wisconsin! Buns were charred to a crisp, so burnt. Got a lot of sass and impatience from the workers.they just assumed I’d been to a Harvey’s before but this was my first time ever. Terrible impression. Fries and nuggets were good though!

Absolutely amazing service, August 17th, 2023 at the Regent location.

Placed a large order, staff took the large order over the phone, had the food ready and even helped carry it to my car.

Used drive-thru. So extremely disappointed. Cold hot dog, which my husband had to throw out. My Buffalo chicken wrap was cold and a soup mess of Buffalo sauce and not sure what. I tried to sop it up and salvage but no. Disgusting. Shame on you.

Ordered 2 hotdogs.maybe they should ease up on the mustard.bun was so soggy and was a total nightmare to eat.ended up throwing half away.way too much mustard. Also maybe have another way of packaging it up instead of rolled up in a wrapper.maybe a box.other than that a great place to eat

Nice clean.order a combo with ring.but drive true. Keep taking it had to wait 5 minutes, so I had a seat and ring never came.got money.and back but the funny thing about it 3 times in a row should I try again.

It a great place to eat I really enjoy their food and the service is excellent I highly recommend

The worst customer service, very slow service, enough mustard that you cant even stand to eat the burger. Said there was napkin in bottom on bg not one. Would I every recommend going there NO NOT your life

This Harvey's has not aged well. Backrests are falling apart. Door handles missing. Food was ok staff were ok but not were you want to stay and eat

I love it when a fast food place is fast friendly, and the food is great.i highly enjoyed stopping here for a quick bite to eat

Parking lot is atrocious. Someone's gonna lose a baby in one of those sink holes. It's bad even for Sudbury standards.

The worst customer service I've ever had. Argumentative staff. Asked for fries well done they argued and refused to give new fries. Singular piece of burnt bacon on Angus burger. Just a terrible place now. Hopefully the owner can figure this out before the business comes to a stop.

7up was literally just carbonated water, fries were soggy, no lettuce, and the mini donuts were so greasy. I did enjoy my burger though!

Wasn't expecting it be a as bad it turned out to be. Ended up in the loo shortly after eating NOT how it works. Will NOT be back to this specific location.

A year ago my wife and I decided to go Vegan, we decided that we love animals way to much to take part in eating them. My wife has been a Harvey's fan forever, and has missed it a lot. Today we decided to try out the new Lightlife offering. Well, we were supremely impressed, absolutely delicious. We actually liked them better than the Beyond burgers at A&W, mostly due to less, uh "repeating" after consumption. The cashier was amazing, and very friendly as well. Great job Harvey's!

Burger since discontinued, no longer going near a Harvey's, thanks for nothing.
