Excellent customer service, exceptional expertise in food preparation and recommendation. I just had the craziest burger of my life today! It was this good.

Can not be beat for fast food burgers and frings and a bonus is that it is a Canadian franchise.

The best thing about this restaurant is the cleanliness and services which is best experience ever.

I would have given them zero stars if there was an option because I got disrespected by the manager working on drive-thru first time I was there manager told me to let them know about the coupons while ordering the food at drive-thru. And then second time I went there last night after a long working hours and i ordered food from the drive-thru again and told them about the coupon this time and now I got told by the same manager to let them know about the coupons before ordering the food. And then I got upset about it I told Manager why did he not give me the right information first time? And then he refused to serve me. And then I reached out to someone who works in a recipe and told them about the bad experience. And I got told by him that the person working on the drive-thru is suppose to ask the customer first before taking the order that if he/she is going to use any kind of coupons or not. So go and get the proper training first before arguing with the customer. I would never go back to this location again.

Order was placed online and said it will be ready for pick up 2: 47pm. I come in at 2: 50pm and they said it’s not ready and use the excuse of we are making it fresh so it’s not ready.

Had dinner after 11 pm and the washrooms are closed for the customers and no way to wash your hands
The employee told me that the owner had said that it was the by law in Barrie, absolute nonsense.

Pick up at drive thru, food had been sitting long, dried up burger was so over cooked it was like cardboard, fries were hard and cold. Food was ready immediately (8pm). This was my second time eating there and it was the same the first time, I will never eat there again.

Don't bother getting the chicken tenders, they are all just hard breading and no chicken

Very polite and talkative. A lot more people should be like her.

I come here ever so often and never usually have any issues. Tonight was different. I ordered two 4 piece chicken strip meals and both meals only came with 2 chicken strips. Paid $25 for what? On top of that I called the restaurant directly multiple times to see if I could get any compensation for this and of course, no one answered. I’m not one to leave reviews but what can ya do.

Wonderful experience. I ordered via the drive through and i bet the food was hot and fast baby. Would definitely recommend it

I went there last night and ordered one chicken combo. The service was so fast and food was fresh and hot. Great quality! Staff was so friendly and always treat me with a smile. The young manager who works in evenings is so polite and friendly:)

Did not get what we’re ordered ordered onion rings and got fries, all three of the burgers we ordered did not have the toppings we ordered they just through on whatever they wanted instead of what was requested the buns were stale to the point of almost hard.

One of the burgers that was requested with only tomato and pickles had mustard relish and ketchup which was not requested due to severe allergies so my son was left with no burger at all.

Called the store to inform them of the error and was told pretty much not their problem, requested a Manager and was then told there wasn’t one and they ended the call. (hung up on me)

Side note I was not being rude or aggressive in any way to warrant them hanging up on me STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!

It's a Harvey's and it's run better than most of the franchises. I have low expectations from a series of bad experiences from other locations. But this place somewhat redeemed it for me. The service staff is mostly friendly, mostly helpful and usually accurate. The bathrooms could be cleaner and more functional.

The food tasted good. The ingredients were fresh and crisp. The meals were served hot and quick. A little heavy on the sauces.

The overall valued experience here is okay.

It's exhausting having to still write things like this but aside from the mediocre food (which has come undercooked and cold multiple times) we know have to deal with misgendering in the drive thru.

There is NO reason you need to use any gender specifics terms while speaking with strangers. Please be more courteous in the future and inform your staff on good manners. If you value your time, loved-ones, or general human decency I'd avoid speaking to anyone directly and order online or via an app.
