Harvey's

I was going to let it slide, but for $50 I can't seem to let it go. The patties were burnt, the fries were burnt, gravy flavourless. My experience was so bad I wouldn't eat Harveys at ANY location after this. We work hard for our money and when we spend we expect to be satisfied.fix up!

Great place. We had amazing customer service from a young lady named Laya. We were all talking about going to Harvey's for a while we all enjoyed it

Everytime i visit here everybody is behaves so weird and no smile on face.and the cashier lady is rude to me.

It's Harvey's. Pretty good location. No waiting time. The food was great. Seemed pretty clean and well kept for a busy fast food eatery.

I’ve been to many Harvey but this location is just so disappointing. I bought meals for my kids but they can’t eat them at all. The chicken nuggets are hard like rocks.

As a kid I always looked forward to going to eat at Harvey's. The food was amazing. But lately that's not the case. The food is not the same. It was not tasty, the hamburger patties were thin and the over taste of the burger was very disappointing. To be honest, when I got home I did not feel well and I regretted eating there. This is not the first time I felt I felt this way. Another Harvey's in Brampton I felt the same way. At first I thought it was just one location and now I'm realizing, maybe the corporation thought it was a great idea to change how Harvey's used to be into what we have now. It's a shame because I grew up on Harveys with it's amazing taste, it was a treat for me and my family. Not it's not. I don't think ill be going to any Harvey's any time soon which is a real shame. This review is a reflection of the food and not the service. They were fine. Also I ordered an Angus burger combo for my son and I got a cheeseburger myself. I assume the Angus burger would have been slightly bigger than a regular cheeseburger. But it was the reverse in this case.

Good bye Harvey's, I hope you go back to what you were growing up.

Onion rings are good, fries not bad but sorry just not a fan of the flavor of your burgers. I asked for cheese and did not get it so put my own on at home.

New location! Super clean and friendly service. Didn’t disappoint except for their portion of the icecream for $3… kinda small for the price.

Been satisfied at this location frequently until this cashier looked at me condescendingly and after I placed my order she tried to push poutine, shake and double patty instead of fries, soda or one patty, as if seniors like me with physical and speech challenges are senile or with dementia. You should train your staff to be more tolerant.

Nothing against the food, or prices at Harvey's, despite recent price increases. This location is awful though. The staff seem like they have no guidance or support, orders are very rarely correct and quality just keeps going down over time. Hopefully someone intervenes at some point in a health and safety/corporate image sense.

Owner is cheap, telling their employees to charge 50 cents each and any additional topping. Fix the debit/credit machine so it can accept tap or are you trying to steal pin numbers?

Very unfriendly, unwelcoming and rude staff plus they pick everything up two hours before closing, and then would ask the toppings thrice.

Amazing staff and super delicious and well cooked burger! I drive 20 mins in opposite direction just to eat here

The closest Harvey’s to my work location but I don’t like stopping there because the promotions are always wrongly presented in the window or in the screen and the staff never apologize or honour them. This is the third time. Last two times via drive-thru this time in person.
They had a poster for regular sized signature poutine at $5.99 in the window and when I ordered it, the price was $8.99.
The associate only said it is an old promotion and then proceeded to tell me why they won’t honour it.
While I enjoy their wraps immensely, with this 3rd strike today, I will not be coming to this location again!

Unfriendly staff and slowest dine in service compared to other area harvey’s i have been to. My previous visit, last one for sure, the app wasnt working and store will not honor the app coupon. I just left and went to another location where they gladly honoured the coupon with smile.

The customer service is very nice and staff is also friendly specially the cashier is welcoming and co operative…must go….

This is the second time I got my order wrong I am really really upset I don’t eat onion cuse I am allergic of onion and they put onion when I order I told them make sure don’t put onion and repeat it twice
