I like coming here for my lunch because my server Katie knows me and knows that I’m a regular customer that comes here, she is a caring and loving person who always ask me how my day is and I appreciate the service she provides for me whenever I order my lunch here and I thank you for your service.

Fabulous for Uber eats. Food is hot and made perfect! Only drawback is this location turns off their Uber app too frequently. Only location with free delivery that has the Buffalo chicken poutine. We order a couple times a week and this past week every time we've checked the app was off. The restaurant isn't busy most times we go by so there is no valid reason for them turning it off. Just some feedback as it's lost business for them and unhappy experience for me.

Usually good food and service except when cut corners this time. I am a regular at this location. Usually we order Veggie Burgers. I was surprised that they were ready in few minutes. Unfortunately the two sandwiches had reheated burgers. You could tell from being dry and not hot. They just warmed them on the grill for a little. Tasted terrible. While they do that sometimes in rush hours for beef burgers, Veggie burgers not forgiving when reheated. If it happens again I am for sure sending them back.

Came to this place randomly and hungry lol. Service was good the cashier attendant very nice and quick multitasker I don’t know her name short young lady has lots of energy getting the job done. I commend her for her hard work along with her coworkers. The food is delicious I got the buffalo chicken it’s very scrumptious highly recommended the fries are crispy golden brown not greasy. For my first time here I really loved the flavor.

It was a very busy evening, however one employee Katie really gave it her all! The most enthusiastic employee I have seen in ages. A true leader in training

The food is good but every time I come here I have to wait about 20 mins for my order even when it’s completely empty

Food was good as it can be. I love their onion rings. Unstoppable. Burgers and poutine were amazing also.now that I think of it.everything was delicious. Lol.

Nice place, super friendly and patient staff. Our order took a little bit longer than we expected but it was hot and very tasty. We all had the poutine.

Wife's purse got stolen there. They have no security cameras. Other wise it's your typical burger joint.

My partner and I have been going to Harvey’s almost weekly since Katie has helped us a lot. Today, we went and we just missed her, but I thought, “it’s Harvey’s, whether Katie makes it or others do, it’s Harvey’s”. Unfortunately, it didn’t taste as good and the service wasn’t welcoming. If the manger sees this. Please give me Katie’s schedule because she does an amazing job and deserves a raise!

This place is a very outdated location. The parking lot was flooded, the floor inside was sticky and two of the staff were very slow completing orders. That's on a Saturday, which is naturally a busy day.

Katie took my order and she was very pleasant and professional even though the store was busy. She has excellent customer service skills and we will be returning because of her!
