It's a Harvey's. Nice happy staff. Not busy on a weekday at lunch which was nice. Has tvs.

Dine in might open til 10 pm but I saw the drive-thru is still on operation even after 10 pm.

They are absolutely friendly and helpful. This has to be a corporate store. I love Harvey’s but unfortunately many locations are simply run down and the service is terrible. That was not the case today and at this location. Young Indian lady who took my order and made my order was just very pleasant and helpful. Great location, keep it up!

I always and always and always get here for its hand spun milkshakes.
The are the best on this entire planet.
The chocolate and the orange one and the oreo shake is just sooooo good.
The summers are incomplete without these drinks.
The new flavour - salted caramel was okayish.
Need to the blueberry milkshake and once again the previous ones too.
It's worth the money indeed.

There is a nice 2 bench patio. Usually sunny. The vegetarian burger is quite good. I really enjoy it. The fries are good as well. Management is nice and always try their best to accommodate you. CAA membership discount offered here. You may choose a 2nd veggie pattie option on your veggie burger. You may even ask for Jalapeño peppers on the side. Their drinks are good and refillable. Lots of space inside to sit. A bit cold thought, normally. I definitely recommend this Harvey's and will be coming back throughout the Summer. We went at 9: 30 pm thinking that it was closed and were about to leave to go elsewhere. Then, a staff member from behind the glass door told us to come in and that we still have time to sit and eat. So we ordered, but then the person at the cash said, "You have to take it to go because we're closing. "

The fact that we were told to come in and made to think that we can dine in, but then told we can't, was pretty annoying and inconvenient because we never would've ordered if we knew we had to take it to go. So, points off for that.

The staff at this location are outstanding! We had a terrible experience trying to order on the mobile app so came in to ask questions and they were so friendly and accommodating! Simply amazing! We ended up ordering more because they totally changed out outlook on Harvey’s - thank you!

Friendly staff, clean restaurant. Love the concept of the toppings bar, because come on, who hasn’t left a fast food burger joint and realized they messed up the toppings? Not happening here! Beef was good and fries were tasty. Just a little greasier than average.

Harvey's is always so good. I love their burgers. The way you can top the burger off with whatever you like. And their toppings are always so fresh. The double Angus burger with ghost Pepper sauce is my go to burger. Even if I get it in Edmonton or Toronto it still tastes so good!

I frequent this location and I've never had a bad experience. The food is always fresh and the staff are kind and clean. I had the pleasure of talking with Karan today. What a nice guy! I'll be back!

They have issues with the poutine. Twice I ordered poutine with bacon, but I didn't see the bacon after I arrived home. And today, I ordered classic poutine and it is 1/3 box empty. (See photo) don't order poutine in this restaurant.

The best part beyond having my classic burger dressed ‘ my way ‘ was Roya who served us with a smile and went above and beyond to create a great dining experience. Thank you Roya

Came to this place Feb 4,2023@12: 00 pm. 2 ladies in the front. 1 came to the cash and I asked if they have the 2 can dine. She asked me for the coupon and I reached out to my pocket for it but can’t find it. It may have fallen down, so I told her I don’t have it so I proceeded to check on the menu. As I was checking, the other lady approached the lady on the cash and I heard that she was telling the other lady that she was asking me for the coupon and I didn’t have it. They started looking at me and giggling and then the lady in the cash said that I’m taking half an hour to order. At that time, I had to call my daughter if she wanted to upgrade into poutine. The lady in the cash showed that she was very annoyed and then they started giggling again. I think it’s just very unprofessional. I’m pretty sure customers can take their time to decide on what they want to order. Someone working in the customer service needed to have patience. It did not take me five minutes to try to look at the menu but with the attitude that those ladies showed me, I left and went to another Harvey’s location get my order. One thing that the lady in the cash should have done to customers in same situation with mine: she should have suggested other options like: 1.we have some coupons available on the app if you want to try to take a look at it. 2. We have some other promotions that you can try…. 3. You can take your time and browse through our menu if something can interest you and I will be right at your service when you are ready. Etc etc…
I don’t think these girls have any customer service training before they even started working there. These ladies need to learn professional ethics and act accordingly…

The one on Donmills is the best Harvey's that make the Buffalo nuggets the best not cheap but worth the meal! And everyone there are such awesome people!

Good food and great service. Staff are friendly and helpful, restaurant is always clean, and food is ready quickly - fast food that is actually fast! I’ve been visiting this location for many years and never once had a negative experience. 5 stars.
