Harvey's

Was served by Annabelle, and she was very attentive to the staff and customers.was busy when I got there, she was running around, from taking drive-thru orders and packing orders in the back while helping put the toppings on burgers. This employee will no doubt be running the place soon. I thought she was a supervisor or manager because of the way she helped everyone all around. I even witnessed Annabelle offer skip/doordash drivers fountain drinks for being patient while waiting for the orders, making them less aggravated and annoyed at the wait time. I've never been more impressed by a fast food employee going above and beyond to make sure things go smoothly.this employee was very fast to recognize the needs of the people around and she was fast to respond to their needs.
I have read many of the reviews for your establishment, this employee has been mentioned more than once, seriously consider promoting her, or getting her a raise before she gets scouted out by another business. I will be coming back just to see her in action again!
Very impressive young lady.

My husband and I were both very impressed with a young lady named Annabelle. She was the best worker there, many of the other staff were standing around on their phones or eating food while it was busy. We watched as she rushed to cover all the positions.she was very kind to her colleagues and the customers, to make sure everyone left happy. My husband and I both assumed she was the supervisor or manager, we asked her and she said she wasn't, she said something along the lines of "I'm just an associate, I just try to make sure everything runs smoothly for everyone. " she was incredibly funny and put a smile on everyone face with her amazing attitude.
I hope next time we come the other employees take a look at this hard worker and do the same. I would be more inclined to leave 5 stars if the other 3 employees there weren't standing in a corner on their phones, eating, and having very loud inappropriate conversations.

Food was great staff were fast and diligent at performing their jobs and of course had a warm welcome greeting. Would recommend coming here if you want a quick meal!

First time visiting here not long ago and I was not disappointed! A woman named Annabelle was so helpful and kind while taking my order and prepping my burger. It’s nice to see young kids out there still being kind to us older folks, made my day.

Placed a mobile order at 12: 32 pm. Went through drive thru. Was given the wrong order, then was told to park and wait. It was now 12: 59. Went inside demanding answers it should not take 30 minutes for drive thru. They offered me 2 free pies and asked which flavor. I said strawberry.
Received my order exactly 30 minutes later. They couldn't even get the pies right I received apple?

Hostile environment, can't even get an employee to smile, they're short blunt and seem really burned out, food is decent but thats the only positive.

I ordered simple kids meals and i was told to park on the side and they would bring it out, i have been waiting 15+ minutes Multiple cars have been served before me. Food was horrible and cold by the time it came to me. Never ever coming back.

Website states open until midnight but drive through and restaurant was closed at 10: 15 pm. Disappointing, as I really wanted Harvey's!

Google says they’re open till 12 i walked over at 10: 30pm door said drive thru open till 10 and lights were off. Lol waste of time just for that i’ll never spend a dime at this location.

I really enjoyed the food. Just stopped there on our way to New Liskeard. Was very fun. There food was very noce.

Worst wait time in any drive through. Food is cold by the time you get to the window. Staff are rushing and disorganized.

Harvey's is my favorite fast food burger, but lately the service has been chaotic and today was a disaster. The staff are all running around, there is no organization whatsoever, some of them are obviously not well trained. The young guy on cash somehow screwed up placing our order so he asked several staff for help and not one person stopped to help him. He handed a note to the server who completely ignored
Us for the next 10-15 minutes while everyone else got served. Other people were getting mixed up orders as well. This store needs a manager who focuses on training and team building skills immediately.

This Harvey’s drive-through is notoriously slow. I went today and waited in the drive-thru for 20 minutes when there were only two cars in front of me. For the last 10 to 15 minutes of that wait, I could see my order just sitting out at the drive thru window. Why they didn’t have the cars ahead of me pull forward and park in the parking lot is beyond me. Needless to say, I cancelled my order once I got to the window

Harvey's was delish as always. Ate in because the drive through wasn't moving at all. Could have been Swiss Chalet too, idk.

I have never waited so long for a hot dog. However the girl at the counter, Rocket, was very kind and welcoming

The service was good, unfortunately my veggie burger was undercooked and very mushy.
I have had veggie buyers at other Harvey's restaurants so I know how they are cooked and have never had a problem previously.

Super slow writing this review. Been in drive thru for half an hour waiting for them to get our food ready

Had a super good experience with one of the managers named Sam! Great customer service and is super accommodating! Also great tasting food!

Drive thru server was extremely polite and friendly. Bathroom was super clean. Food was served hot, fresh, and delicious. Highly recommend!

Extremely rude customer service.making you wait 25 minutes for drive-through service. Couldn’t even tell us how much longer we had to wait for our food. Very poor attitude and snotty. Simply unbelievable and completely unacceptable. It’s an unreasonable wait time for drive-through. STOP HIRING LAZY RUDE PEOPLE. DO BETTER. A refund was requested and I will not be going back ever again. This is also not the first time I’ve had to wait longer then 10 mins for food at this place. Disgusting

Placed an order, waited in the parking lot for awhile for 4 hot dogs, only to get home with it and realize it was missing ingredients that I paid extra for, and the buns were burnt

Love their onion rings. The poutine is really good too. Burgers done how you like them.

I only stop at Harvey's to eat when I travel. I just love their burgers and their tradition of personal garnishings! I even started adding their portion of 4 chicken strips, for the road, so to speak. If you don't know Harvey's yet, try them out!

Waited in line, made my purchase, waited for my food, got to the truck, back on the road - no forks!

I've never been so embarrassed for a fast food restaurant in my life. I wanted only a reg fry to snack on at night. Took 5 mins with an empty restaurant, no big deal right? Except the fries came out cold and greasy as you wouldn't believe. One star because 0 isn't an option. An absolute embarrassment

Bought three burgers while traveling from Timmins to Toronto. All three were a bit different in taste from other locations. Thought may be because of a different city. Me and my family ate these burger. We got sick and had upset stomach. Would never recommend this location. Negative stars for the location.

Harvey's could be great if they had heard of fast food. I worked there for a while and got told I wasn't cutting it and yet I've been in fast food for years. Their food is great don't get me wrong. But 90% of the workers just treat them like robots. So yeah they're you have it folks.

Waited 5-7 minutes in the drive thru, just to get a messy burger with condiments seaping out the end including the pickles and lettuce, if that wasn't already enough the inside was cold and hard. Overall a bad experience not pleased Harvey's not pleased.

Have to wait for all of the Skip orders to get done before we get served for eat in. Finally got to us only to have to wait even longer for the order to be completed. Waited about 20 mins for sub par food. First and last time coming here.

Got a combo last Saturday and For the first time ever I was not satisfied with the fries from Harvey's. They were horrible, dark in colour, so limp that I tied one in a knot without breaking it just before I threw them in trash. Was in rush so did ask for Manager which in hindsight I should have. Not a good experience in 40 years of eating at Harvey's all over Ontario.

Service is better in restaurant than drive thru. Drive thru you need to give roughly 10-15 from ordering to receiving the food. Half the time I'm not even greeted at the window until food is nearly out the window. But the food is most often delicious. A couple times my buffalo chicken was more like a crispy chicken. Love that they are going more green then most fast food with cardboard straws!

It is fresh and hot as always, I love Harvey's.whenever I enter I feel the smell of yum that tells me I am in the right place

Ordered drive through no problem, sat at the window for 15 minutes, no one ever came to the window to let me pay, or tell me how long I'd be waiting. Eventually just gave up and drove off. A+ service.

It’s silly how certain staff get others to comment reviews here to save themselves from getting fired

Some of the staff were less than friendly, the 'sitting area', wasn't the cleanest either, but the food was spot on!

Very impressed with the service. Tiffany is an awesome server! Very nice and helpful! Way better than McDonald's.

I love the burgers at Harvey's but the last time I went one worker stuck with me and it was Nadine. She greeted me with a smile and definitely made my long day better.

Went over to Harvey's to put some food in our faces. The burgers tasted burgery and were good but the chicken fingers were like wood covered in dirt. We really wanted the fingers of a chicken to be tasty and they weren't.

I go to Harvey's regularly because I'm obsessssed with the fried pickles and I love visiting all the staff! Bryce always remembers my order as soon as I walk in and has it ready for me with a smile! Can't get better service from any other fast food restraunt in the bay!

Food is alright but Nadine makes my day every time I go in! She makes me want to go there more often.

Was super impressed with Nadines service! She was very polite and efficient! Even though it was super busy and she had probably been there all day she didnt let it show! 10/10

Thanks Bryce for the great service! Our food was just the way we like it. Best veggie burgers in town, made the way you like them no extra charges for topping.

They either changed their veggie burger recipe or served us uncooked ones because our burgers were cold and mushy. Do not go if you're vegetarian or vegan.

A friend of mine was there and ordered peppers on her hamburger, when she got home she started eating it only to find a big pepper stem in her hamburger. She said she will never eat there again. She posted this on facebook, so I think you better train your staff a little better. This stem was about three inches long, how could anyone miss this.

Worst grilled chicken wrap ever!
First off the staff taking order in drive thru, messed it up multiple times as we were ordering. Then we got them, my boyfriends wrap had mustard on it after telling him clearly NO MUSTARD, the only condiment he asked for was Ranch. Not happy will not be back anytime soon
