Delicious food.burger and poutine was very tasty. Nice pit stop drive through.though it was quite empty restaurant and hardly any people inside for sit down food.hence we enjoyed our meal in peace.

Nice restaurant and good fast food. Had the crip chicken sandwich, it was surprisingly good.

The service is sometimes slow. They have a huge very varying menu. So I get that. Usually service is good.
Love the food, sometimes it's a little over done but frys always perfect.

The young man (Ryan) who served me gave phenomenal customer service. This location is at Tanger Outlet mall.

Harvey's is always good. I love the hamburger. I noticed one of the employees cleaning the tables. I thought that was great.

Servers are extremely kind fast and accurate! Came on labour day weekend and the whole team did a great job

Visited this place pre-covid and dined in. Delicious burgers and sides. Service was quick in the counters.

Very friendly staff and great food. Staff helped me understand various credits available from other card affiliations.

The food was terrible, the burgers were burnt and had a funny taste that made two other people and myself feel sick to our stomachs.

We don't have many Harvey's locations left in Toronto so this was a great treat! Staff are nice and they are fast.

Awesome. Staff is so humble and pleasant. I'll never leave a chance to eat there whenever I visit Tanger to shop.

I like how you can customize the ingredients on your burger. They also have really good poutine.

The gravy was too salty, I ordered the chicken, bacon ranch poutine, I was very disappointed as I only received 1 piece of chicken. The Harvey's in Sault Ste. Marie is 100% better.

My family and I were shopping at Tanger Outlets and decided to drive thru Harvey's. From beinging to end the lady at the drive thru was extremely pleasant and was patient while my children were deciding what to order. And then my husband and I decided to order as well.
And she was so happy to take our order. The service was excellent making the food even better! I would definitely recommend this location! Thank you to the wonderful lady at the drive thru! I feel bad I didn't get her name. But she was amazing!:)

Harvey's used to be my favourite burger place to go to on the run but I find it's not as good as it used to be. Burgers are cooked too fast, rather soggy. Still i like the choices for toppings!

I ordered at counter two large fries and it took 20 minutes to wait also I noticed they were serving others who came after me. I noticed discrimination

Harvey's does make your hamburger a beautiful thing. Or at least this location does.
I informed the staff when ordering I have a seafood allergy since they been making a fish sandwich now. The staff were great. One of the employees said I got this. He removed this gloves. Washed up and put on a new pair. The employees on the grill finished the sandwiches he had going. Turned the grill to full to burn off anything on the grill and scrapped clean. He then turn the grill back down changed all his utensils and washed up and made my burger once made handed directly to the employee waiting making sure it didn't touch any surface and dressed my burger. I've never seen service like this. Hats off to this location. You're great.

Was not impressed. Ordered two things they forgot one. Hot dog was overcooked, looked like it had been on the grill all day at least. Tried the poutine, didn't care for it.

Stale food, definitely not fresh when I received my order. Food preparers touch everything with their gloves then touch your food. DISGUSTING! Everytime I go to the Cookstown location, they're always touching things then make your burger with the same gloves.

This my favourite Harvey’s and we visit this location every time we head up to cottage country. Perfect mid-way stop to Wasaga Beach. Staff is friendly, courteous and gives you that small town service we all yearn and can’t get in T. O. Served with a smile and “Here you go hun” hospitality.

Hamburger, fries, pop and just another restaurant. But this one needs help with cleaning up after customer. The tables, floor were dirty and they need to keep a check on how long they have the food out. Not fresh if it has turned colour and started wilted.

Food was ok, but the staff were being really loud and yelling and fighting over stuff and it really ruined the meal, as they were louder than my buddy and I who were trying to eat and have a conversation.

Do not seem to use real food anymore my chicken tasted like a sponge and actually look like a sponge.

Worst I've EVER had! Nothing I asked for was on it, explisedly said NO KETCHUP, You guessed it, Was drowned in it. My burger went straight out on the hwy for the pigions Didn't even taste like a Harvey's burger

Just sat down to eat my southwest rice bowl, which is supposed to be a rice bowl with roasted corn and black beans with your choice of meat. I ordered grilled chicken.

What I received was a bowl of rice with chicken.

I was told I could add some toppings. I choose cheese and guac. I received exactly 1 teaspoon of each. When I asked for more I was told that it would be an additional $2 and I would have to get back in line (during a lunch rush with a uh fry 3 year old) to order it.

I am very disappointed that I wasn't told upon ordering that they were out of the ingredients for the meal I requested. When I told the cashier which was also the employee I charge of the shift, that i felt i shouldn't be charged when they are out of the main I gradients, I received the stink eye, followed by an eye roll and was told to take it or leave it.

I said I would like to leave it and replace the meal with a sandwich, you said I would have to pay full price because I already put toppings on the rice bowl.

Since my did was starting to act up from wanting to eat and needing to pee, I ended up taking the rice bowl. Which isn't very good. And was now cold.

I'm not a big Harvey's fan but attend there with other people when they want a meal. I find Harvey's food as a whole is blah at best. In regards to this location where I attended I was very pleased with the lady taking the order. She was friendly and helped explain some of the menu items we were not familiar with. Person putting the garnishments on the burger was not as attentive as they seemed to be distracted by other staff members. Food was hot and as expected so no complaints on the quality. If I wanted another Harvey's meal I wouldn't have any problem attending this location again.

Staff at this location are more interested in conversing than customer service.

Sign on the window of the location advertised 2 original for $6. Sounded good to me so I ordered that along with a side of rings and a pop. It wasn't until I sat down with the family to eat that I realized I was charged for an original combo for $10 and a second burger at full price approximately $6. After tax it would have come to about $20.

I approached the staff to ask about why i was charged in that manner and was told that because I didnt specify the "deal" as posted on the sign I was charged full price. The manager insisted that i had ordered a combo so the deal didn't apply.

I asked to speak to someone else and was given a phone number. It turns out it was number for that particular location and not a franchise owner or senior msnager. Not very helpful.

The food was not hot and one bun was hard.
The washroom was absolutely disgusting. Had I gone in there first I would not have ordered so much as water from the establishment. The toilet was dirty and was leaking on the floor. The sink was not clean and the mirror had spots on it.

This establishment should be avoided.
