Dirtiest franchise ever the floor, tables, washrooms. Couldn’t find a clean table to sit had to leave.

Dirtiest washroom I've ever seen. Harvey's has become so cheap that all condiments, napkins etc are not avaiable for customers to grab If you forget something, you have to wait in line again. I'm done going to Harvey's!

Service is is top notch, their food is absolutely delicious. It's very simple here. It's very welcoming and clean, too. Whether you get the onion rings, fries, hot dogs, hamburgers, etc, I can guarantee that you'll enjoy your time here.

Drive through was short and attendant was nice and patience. Food tasted as good as the outlet I usually go on Dufferine.

The food is not good.burgers are overcooked and almost burned.the fries are bad.the chicken sandwich tastes like a burger somehow. I don't know if it because they don't use enough salt but it's just so bland and tasteless.

I ordered two of the same burger, one of them was fine but the other tasted like it had completely different meat (very poor quality, nothing like my previous experiences at other Harvey's locations), not to mention it looked different (old, dry) as well. Had my roommate give it a try as well, he concluded that the taste is off. Not sure how there could be so much inconsistency within a single order, perhaps they made one of them with an old patty and the other with a new one. Disappointed.

Very disappointed with your burgers. Yesterday we bought 3 burgers and the cook didn’t clean the grill. The burgers tasted like they were burnt. Not coming back to this location.

This is one of my favourite Harvey's locations. Fast and friendly service. Food is pretty good, Angus burger is delicious and poutine is pretty good too!

This place has been around for years. And there is a reason for that. Great staff and great food. I just wish they wouldn't be so stingy with the onion rings.

Absolutely shocked how old their speakers are in drive thru you can't hear them or vice versa so they make you repeat your order numerous times yet still get your order incorrect. They need to focus and pay attention. My burger buns were burnt and the poutine was drier than the attitude of the employee at the window. Terrible location lazy employees nobody picks up the phone. I don't recommend this location.

Always use fresh food materials, always give fresh coffee. Very kind, high quality customer service, one of the best Harvey's restaurant in GTA!

Harvey's makes a hamburger a beautiful thing and their onion rings are top notch. Plus I got Scene points!

Burgers are sometimes a little stale, since it isn't the busiest location but the staff is always really great here. The older guy at the cash is always super nice, as well as everyone else.

The service was excellent inside, and at the drive through. Staff is welcoming and friendly. Their burgers are amazing as well, although I found the poutine gravy to be cold. Place itself is clean. Worth a visit if you love burgers.

Excellent service both at drive through and walk in. Employees customer service is excellent too. I have coming to this location for years and it seems I will continue coming here.

This restaurant provides amazing service and delightful meals. One of my favourite places around town. The drinks and food arrived quickly and the rates were fair. Highly recommended.

Burgers were cold, and the poutine was not hot, and the cheese curds were not melted.staff was lacking customer service quality.

I’ve got a poor service at there. I just sat and eating my ordered food, the owner suddenly showed up and started swiping only under my table. His cleaning stuff reached my shoes several times. When i told him, “Excuse me? ! ”, then, he stopped doing it and left without saying anything.

Typical Harvey's food but very inefficient service, lots of running around with little results. Prepare to wait longer than you normally would.

Good Harvey's clean and nice staff. The only reason it is not going above 2 stars is because I feel like the meal/combos are very overpriced for a fast food. My burger once came out undercooked and sometimes I feel like the service is rushed. It saddens me to not be able to give this local Harvey's a higher rating because I used to be a fan of this fast food restaurant. I just wish the corporate greed doesnt overcharge.

Great staff! That makes it a great place, they are always pleasant and helpful. Meals that I have had there are always "you made my hamburger a beautiful thing ", perfectly done.

Always receive Harvey's coupon, It's quite tasty for the price, but I felt the room temperature is very low at the location. I am live in the area, so it's good to go when you can't decide what to eat or don't have time to cook. But now I only go to this place with coupon.

Convenient location after grabbing some groceries. Friendly staff good service.
Food was good, only reason i went 4 stars is the size of the hot dog was little small for what it costs at $7 +
At a street vendor you can buy a dog double the size for half that price

The food and service were ahead of our expectations. We surely liked the ambience of this place. Nice place to take my family out for dinner.

The food is consistently well prepared and flavorful, employees provides excellent customer service. I loved the cleanliness and character. Worth a try.

Parking space can be hard to find, sometimes. The plaza has basically everything that one might need, e.g. Supermarket, restaurant, drug store, coffee shop, fast food, post office, rehab centre, souvenir shop, too many to name.

Service is fast but the men's washroom was nasty. For a Harvey's in "Willowdale" that's pretty sad. They need to upgrade this location. Looks disgusting.

This Harvey's location is a favorite stopping place for our family. Always friendly, clean, and quick (except when they are extremely busy)

This spot is worth giving a shot. They serve large portions for fair rates. Regularly well organized and with fantastic ambience. Will come back again.

Pathetic service. They kept me sitting at the drive through for 15 minutes and were not at all apologetic. They can keep their overpriced burgers.

Older Asian woman with glasses. Why you gotta always touch your face or glasses before serving customers. Gross

Was told to use the app to get the 2 for $6 hamburgers, used the app to order at this location, and the app says the items are not available. Apparently Harvey's does not carry hamburgers. Enough is enough, they pulled back on their free burger for the Raptors win and now this. Why do I even bother. Even when you offered to resolve the issue on Facebook I sent you my email and you never replied.

Food was great but the door was locked with 10 mins left of open time. A little disappointing being the only restaurant around for great hamburgers.

Food was good. Employees excellent. Deep fried Dill pickles were hot and tasty. Burger was cooked well and all toppings were fresh. The decor is a bit dated and old.front doors are a bit broken and inside is very cold but otherwise a decent Harvey’s location.

Usual for chain. Staff friendly & quick. Music a little loud. Need some Mantan ce in washrooms but clean. Food standard fair for chain. Parking readily available

Came here on June 21 at around 6: 10 pm. Ordered 2 large onion rings via drive thru and left at 6: 52. Drivers in front of me sat and waited with their engines turned off. Lady at the drive thru couldn’t care less. All the workers were having a good time laughing it up inside while the line behind me continued to grow. Onion rings were lukewarm and the batter was not cooked, felt very ill and threw the food away. Horrible food and horrible service. I will never visit this location again.

I ordered a junior burger and a regular burger.
To my disappointment.the regular burger was the same size as the junior burger.a rip off
