There's a promotional deal for 2 ORIGINAL burgers for $8. I ordered 2 specials so that's 4 original burgers. I opened the bag and saw 4 JUNIOR burgers! Where was the beef. 4 teenage males had to have a kids burger. The price of jr. Burgers is less than $4 each to begin with. So I paid more with this so called promotion deal "with no coupon required", no savings so what's the point.
You're deceiving and cheating customers.

If it were to be kids/Jr burgers then they need to advertise as such.

Not only that I had to wait 17mins for it.
This drive-thru is often too slow.

Do better Harvey's!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Harvey's Restaurant at Heartland and had a fantastic experience with the food counter person, Puvana. I wanted to specifically highlight her exceptional skills in wrapping the burger.

Really disappointed that I’m giving this place a 1 star now cause this was my favourite Harvey’s location to come to in the past, but the quality in the food at this location has really gone downhill. My food was not fresh, cold, and I didn’t get all the toppings I asked for on my burger in my drive thru order.

I used to love this Restaurant
Visited today after years and it is really in bad shape.
Sweating around the salad containers dripping in them.
They are stuffing discoloured Lettuce in sandwiches.
Staff said to a customer that they are out of onions.
Poor handling of food.
I had to leave without ordering.
Place feels and smells disgusting.

Ordered a few times from this location and have not been disappointed. Always got my food served fresh to me and never had any issues with their customer service. Would recommend this Harvey’s!

Dine in service is excellent. They have the best veggie burger in town. Customer service is very good. They are very polite.

This Harvey’s says it’s open until 12 I’m here I can see people inside it’s 11pm yet they have closed down both the restaurant and the drive thru. Does the manager of this location know that their employees are closing the restaurant and hour early and probably even earlier because I got here right at 11 and it was already shut down

If I could give this location 0 stars, I would. I work in the restaurant industry and this is the worst experience I’ve ever had. I was the only one in the drive thru at around 930PM and please tell me why it took more than 30 minutes to get one burger. ONE. Upon paying, the cashier told me it’ll take 5 minutes so if I could just wait. So I waited. A car pulls up behind me and she asks me to wait in the front because there was a car behind me. So I did. It’s been 20 minutes at this point and I’m still waiting. Same cashier comes out to tell me I have to wait another 5 minutes after already being there for 20 minutes because it wasn’t ready. I told them, if I could just get a refund because that was absolutely ridiculous. They apologized, and asked if I just wanted to wait another 2 minutes to try the new burger while still getting my refund. It wasn’t 2 minutes. Regardless if I got the refund or not, this has still got to be the WORST drive thru experience I have ever encountered. Save yourself the trouble and don’t bother coming to this location.

Trying to cut costs at the expense of making food wrong. Order a double cheeseburger and only give 1 slice of cheese (every other Harvey’s I’ve been to has 2 slices) and only 2 half slices of bacon. Definitely not the quality of other Harvey’s. Will not be coming back to this location if I’m ever back in this area again!

They never return your money on cancellation of order that too if they are cancelling because of no product. I do mot understand why this location accepts orders if they do not have in-place. Guys please do not visit this location.

ROACHES IN THE SEATING. Burger was nothing like harveys. Sauce was watered down. Food was bad. Yet it was so busy. Disappointing is the least. Bugs pass. Never coming back. Left our food on table.

Their veggie burger (Lightlife) is terrible. The toppings and sauce were decent but the burger and bun sucked. So bland and like cardboard. I knew I avoided Harveys for a reason, but I had a free burger coupon so I thought why not.
2nd worst fast food veggie burger I’ve tried. #1 is BK’s veggie burger (not the Impossible, their OG veg “burger” if you could call it that).

This Harvey’s restaurant has the worst customer service. The drive trough lights were not on when I pulled in, could not read the menu. There were 2 different orders placed with different customization, and both were packed in the same bag. They agreed to seperate them for me and put them in 2 bags but did not give me any Fries or straw for the drink I realized there were no fries after I reached home and tried calling them and the lousy staff won’t even pick up the restaurant phone. Please avoid this restaurant and save yourself the hassle.

Worst experience ever. Ordered on mobile app at 11: 30, order got accepted and payment was deducted from my account. Went to pickup my order at 11: 40 and the store was closed. Next day asked the lady who works there she said the store closed at 10. Why would you guys accept the order if store was closed? Then the south Indian lady there who was pretending to help said she could not do anything and gave me customer service number which turned out to be swiss chalet not Harvey i told the lady about it she said could not do anything. Totally unprofessional. She finally said she will give me my food acting like she was doing me a favor although i had already paid for it.

My husband and I went there for lunch last week and we got there at the opening at 11: 00, we were the first clients there that day. I went to use the washroom, it was so dirty!
I’ve been working for years in the maintenance/cleaning service, I’ve cleaned my share of restaurants, stores, day cares, offices, clinics… you name it.
The idea is that you have to make sure that the place is clean for the clients, there should be an effort made, especially in the morning for the first clients.
Anyways, I was the first one to use the washrooms that day and they were horrible!

Dirty toilets, toilet paper on the floor in the stalls, hand paper on the floor everywhere except in the dispenser that was actually empty. Garbage was overflowing with trash, dirty mirrors and hairs in the sink and on the counter!

Makes me wonder what else is not being cleaned, especially places clients can’t see!
Not impressed at all!

Drive thru takes 20 minutes when there’s only 2 cars ahead of you… if you’re on your lunch break or in a hurry, avoid this place

The cashier was so unprofessional, i was the only customer in line. Went up to order 4 combos, she had such a hard time taking my order but not only that, she was rude, doesn’t say thanks, doesn’t look in your eyes and definitely doesn’t look happy to be working there. The other staff came up and took over.

I ordered a kid strips for my son and the strips were dry n hard like they’ve been sitting there all day and for myself I ordered an original burger where the bun was hard and they filled it up with onions. Was not the best experience wouldn’t recommend.

They serve cold vegetable burger. More look like a recycled one.
In general I have a good vegetarian burger at other locations.first bad experience.

This is the first time that a Harvey's has disappointed us. Unfortunately, this location appeared to have very low cleaning standards. Every table for indoor dining was dirty we had to clean one ourselves before sitting down and when we walked up to the order counter there was a large spill that looked like it has been ignored for so long that it had dried up to a sticky mess. When we mentioned it to the lady behind the counter she seemed to not care. The worst of it was that the lady making our burgers was also taking the drive-thru orders which would distract her from completing our order properly - only until after we realized that she had consistently touched her head set using the same gloves she was handling our food. To not cause an issue we did not bring this up at the time and quickly ate and left, it really felt like no one would have cared, they didn't care about the sticky mess anyway.

I came inside to pick my food all the staff was really friendly. The food was really hot and delicious. Keep it up

Don’t bother ordering in the drive thru. Placed an order in the app for pickup in the drive thru. When I got there waited 15mins in the drive thru just to pickup my order. If another cars order is taking too long move them up. I finally get to the window 20mins since the order was placed and food wasn’t even ready. Don’t waste your time go somewhere else.

Horrible drive thru experience. Waited for 30 mins in line. Really need to fix your drive thru service. Try having people park if they are taking too long. One guy was at the window for 30 minutes you could have moved him up

Harvey's doesn't need an introduction, but this little soul does. The sole reason i am writing this review is a kind lady, "Kiran Deep Kaur" @5990 McLaughlin Road. I went to pick up my order at 8PM, on an ebike with -30°C wind chill (haha yas i am that crazy), opposite of the extreme cold, she was very warm and understanding, she packed my order in a logical and spill proof way. I hope the manager notices her hardwork and these small little gestures of kindness, which are needed in today's world when people can't even face each other without masks. I believe, kindness should be appreciated and reciprocated. Thank you Harvey's and offcourse, KDK ️

The food tastes very good all the time, no doubt about it! They are always missing an item from my order. Most of the time it’s my poutine or kids fries. I never get a complete order!

I came here to eat and the food was cold and they’re a few employees that were very rude their names are rajwinder, ravneet, jaspinder.they’re very rude i came and was cold! And when i complained they said “ok i will give you new one” i was waiting for 15-20 minutes for my food i asked for a refund and they said ok and was giving me attitude after that i left the store. THIS HARVEYS IS IN NEED OF NEW EMPLOYEES WHO HAVE COSTUMER SERVICE! And the place needs to be supervised by someone because they speak their language and i feel like that is DISRESPECTFUL to the costumers and especially the EMPLOYEES.

I ordered Angus burger with onion rings. I didn’t get angus and also onions tasted like they were made before.

Waste of 20 mins in drive thru, delivered wrong item at first place and again after 10 mins the staff told they are closing and don't have enough ingredients to cook my meal bcz of the closing time.

Im very unpleased with my experience here today. I waited almost 20 minutes for this poutine all for me to get home and see it’s not even portioned properly, I got have of what I was supposed to get which is disappointing because I get this a lot

You guys gotta stop putting half a can of redbull in the slushies, it's very obvious when you taste it, people aren't dumb, when you spend almost 5bucks for a drink, make it right, I complained once last year after seeing it with my own eyes, this year same thing

Very unpatient employees, and 3/4 of the washrooms were out of service.
I made a mobile order, and they didn't follow the instructions as expected, plus they barely put any sauce in my burgers.
The chicken burger was very dry.

Horrible horrible horrible! Onion rings taste raw and mushy and even when I told them about the problem they didn’t fix it! I asked for extra pickles and they didn’t give that either! Really disappointed!

No burgers and still accepting the order, I was okay to compromise but at the last moment they say no sauce as well.
And staff is angry at customer for canceling the order. How does this make any sense? Customer service is horrible. Staff was way too rude. I went there on Saturday around 2 pm.

Why would you guys accept an order if you don’t have ingredients mentioned in the order? It is just a waste of time to come to pickup the order and knowing you don’t have half of things mentioned in the order. Also staff is rude. Made my order at the drive-thru and the associate was pleasant. Cashier was okay in terms of friendliness and told me to wait at the side. Waited five to ten minutes, received the slightly incorrect order with no apology for the delay.

Went with friends last night and realized the cook was not wearing gloves! I didn't bother to eat my food, I couldn't believe my eyes.

No self serve drinks at this location.

Diet Pepsi tasted awful and they gave me a bottled one.
The burger wasn’t bad but it was not filling. Not really worth the extra money.

Absolutely terrible experience. We ordered through the drive thru the lady did not respond while I was speaking with her and asking for clarification on what i ordered. At the window they didn’t tell us if we should wait at the window or not (our first time at harvey’s so we were a bit confused) so when we tried asking they once again did not respond. Overall very disorganized and rude staff.

This place is absolutely disgusting. Firstly the staff here is extremely rude, and they slam the food down on the counter. The floor is dirty and slippery. When we got our food it was DEAD COLD. My buffalo chicken patty looked like somone just dabbed a bit of sauce on it. I'd like to add that the poutine was soggy and the fries were extremely dry. The food in general had an overpowering smelled of oil. Please, NEVER go here. It's horrible. The ambience is horrible it's noisy and half the time the staff is shouting.

The service is very slow and they give the wrong order. They need more workers and supervisor who knows what they are doing.

I have nothing against Harvey's. However, the beef burger I bought today was very under cooked and the texture was disgusting. I wasted 15 bucks. The fries was alright and service was fine, but the quality of the burger was terrible. I don't even write reviews but I just had to share this to save YOUR money. If you like Harvey's just go to another location. Save your time and money. Plenty of alternative food options around the area as well.

Two visits in a row through the drive-thru, and neither time did they toast the bun. Because of this, the ketchup absorbs into the bun, and creates a red, doughy mush. Please fix your toaster

Worst harveys experience i ever had at this place. Taste of burgers, fries was disappointing, although they even don’t have even enough veggies to put in salad and buns used for burger were stale. I recommend to visit some other harvey.

Honestly, I've never had bad food here BUT I hate coming here. The reason why is even if I'm the only person in drive thru, they make you park at the front to get your order. There is currently a line up of 7 cars out front. What is even the point of a drive thru, honestly.

Had a very bad experience with the cashier (the one wearing specs). Attitude was very rude. No apologies for her mistake in applying scene points and no thank you. Visited at 17.45 on Sunday 2nd May. Should avoid this location.

Ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich combo. The food was fresh, hot and tasty. Order was taken quickly and sandwich was prepared just as fast by very polite and friendly staff.

Friday, Feb. 7, my daughter got food poisoning. After 3 or 4 bites from her burger, stomach cramps and nausea. Vomiting and diarrhea until the Sunday. Over the last 10 years, 3 of my family members have suffered food poisoning from Harvey's. We will not be patronizing ANY OTHER HARVEY'S AGAIN.

Why would you ever put a tamatoe that looked like that on a burger. First they wait for the burger then they order the onion rings and milkshake while your burger gets cold. Not exactly cheap to eat at Harvey's. I expect more from them. Very disappointed.

My daughter got food poisoning from a burger that looked funny and tasted/felt worse. Soft, pink meat. Within the last 10 years this is the third incidence my family has experienced with food poisoning from Harvey's. They need better training on food handling for their franchise owners/employees. We will NEVER AGAIN be purchasing from ANY Harvey's.

My whole experience going to this Harvey's location the drive thru is terrible. Every single time I've had to park out front and wait a good minimum of 10 minutes. I don't think they have ever given my food through the drive thru window. Service is constantly the same having to park out front and wait a minimum of 10 minutes is ridiculous, waste of time and defeats the purpose of being fast food. Food is okay. Just super slow service.

As usual, Harveys Burgers are pretty good. The fries usually are as well, but at this location the fries ALWAYS disappoint. Everytime i come to this location (ive been at this one about a dozen times, only now decided to write a review) and ask for fries i always wonder if itll be the same super oily, chewy, little niblet fries or if they'll be the usual good quality ones you'll get at other Harveys locations. Absolute worst fries at this location. I always give them back and ask for a salad instead once i see the disgusting fries handed to me. 5 stars burgers, zero stars for their garbage fries.
