I ordered a 2 original burger meal, it was decent at first, Fry's were cold though. Later in the night I woke up and had diarrhea as the food was undercooked. I loved this place though I would not probably go again

Simmy & Des took my order and they were so friendly and so nice.
Food is soooo good! Recommend coming here!:)

Store hours listed on door for eat in until 10: 00pm. Arrived at 9: 38 to locked doors.

Ordered online easily and order was on time and hot! There was no root beer but the manager gave a shake instead at no extra charge. The young men behind the counter were very nice and polite. Dinner was excellent especially after being on the road all day … very much enjoyed. Thank you

This Harvey’s always goes above and beyond! They have the friendliest staff and the food is always extremely fresh and hot. Keep up the great work!

Just wanted to share our experience tonight. We had the best experience at Fergus Harvey's with Desiree. She was so thoughtful and even gave my children her own personal markers to keep them entertained.

Later I learnt that the restaurant had to stop ordering crayons, so she took it upon herself to bring these in!

Loved to see this young girl with so initiative and pride in her work!

Omar and all of the staff at this location are top notch customer service people. If I have ever had an issue with any food or temps of food, things are dealt with fast and in a friendly professional manner. They go above and beyond daily to ensure their guests are happy and appreciated.

Love Harvey's burgers. But the Fergus location has gone down hill. The persons on the drive through speaker can barley speak English, making getting what you want a real chore. I should only have to say NO CHEESE! Once.maybe twice if you did not hear me correctly.not 8 times and still get it wrong!
The more troubling part is the Manager that does not care if you're getting what you want. I have had a terrible experience twice with this manager, any other fast food place would apologize and correct your order. NOT HIM! " must have been what you ordered". The future holds Wendy's or A&W.

Drove all the way from Guelph with my friend to check out this amazing location! It was all we could ask for and more! Amazing service by Shaun, Omar and the rest of the staff!

This Harvey's location is good. The staff is very friendly and when there is a problem they help you. The store is clean and would recommend to come here.:)

Exceptional service. The ladies working at this location went above and beyond. Fresh food, clean store front and amazing crew members. Will stop everytime I am in town.

Great experience always. The poutine is always a hit along with a Oreo milkshake. We particularly like their fries and frings, which is a combination of their fries and onion rings. The service is always good and they never mix up our order like other fast food places.

Drive thru and customer service is terrible. They often get your order wrong. What bugs me most is multiple times we’ve been shorted items and they refuse to reimburse you for things you didn’t receive. I’m not going back to get two orders of rings while the rest of my food gets cold!

95% of the time the good tastes amazing. The toppings are always fresh. The burgers are well cooked and you get a fair amount of food for the price you pay. Really sometimes the onion rings and fries taste like they hadn't cleaned the oil in time but it is usually really good. The staff is friendly, clean and helpful. There is always a clean place to sit and if there just happens to not be, let the staff know and they will clean one for you immediately. I have seen several of the employees helping the elderly into a seat and bring them their food. Keep up the good work.
