Unprofessional and rude staff who is busy with their gossips rather than making customers order, wont visit again.

We tried Harvey’s for the first time and it was such an amazing experience. Manpreet and the whole team we so amazing, very polite and cooperative.

For sure to visit them again.

We have been coming to this location for over a decade because of the service. Janet has been incredibly consistent offering expectional customer service. She even remembers our orders which in turn makes us feel special, highly recommended this location.

Food is ok because its Harveys Brand. Employees are Rude.one guy who normally always works on cash he wears glasses. 1 indian girl who wears glasses terribly Rude and if you ask for paper bag or anything else she will give a dirty expression and ignore you.as if she is giving out something from her own pocket the kind of service she provides is similar to cheap local owned Restaurant.good that she is not owner of this harveys oresle imagine the attititude and service. Keep people on front who knows how to provide friendly Service. Not Attitude they give customers for free

Best Harvey’s in Mississauga! Amazing New Management, everyone is friendly, helpful & the food is great!

This is one of the most affordable fast food restaurant chains you would find in Canada. Burgers/ sandwiches would not cost you more than $8-10. I liked the poutine here. If you have little time at hand and do not want to spend much, give this a try. I would not recommend it for a full fledged weekend meal though. Taste and ambience is satisfactory. Adds up to scene points. If you are a Rogers customer you will het Harveys offers very often.

My wife and I both had the Angus burger combo and it was delicious. One of the juiciest and flavourful burgers we have had in a long time. They have lots of fresh vegetable toppings to choose from and also a variety of sauce. The fries tasted fresh and perfectly cooked. CAA members get a discount at Harvey's. And the pop was not flat, that's always a good day. The place is clean, and service was OK. Can't expect too much from a young crew. Over all, it will meet our exceed your expectations.

I went to this Harveys recently and I loved it. The new management that took over is amazing. The staff is very kind and makes sure you’re satisfied with your visit. This Harveys is also very clean.

The manager so nice and beautiful she just makes ure day with her service

I enjoy a nice veggie burger sandwich loaded with topings, fresh fries and soda for ten bucks and change. Not bad nowadays.

Very bad experience. All the three times I went, they didn’t accept the scene points and told many excuses but I was ready to pay, at the counter, but the staffs were not polite and very harsh. They didn’t have my mobile order ready when I arrived and they acted as if they didn’t receive it. Had to go to another Harvey’s location to place the order again. Never going to this location again.

Original was supposed to have cheese, bacon pickles NO BBQ SAUCE, had no bacon and covered in bbq sauce
Double angus was supposed to have cheese NO PICKLES and bbq sauce, had bacon, pickles, no bbq sauce
This needs to be rectified as the bill came to $40.93. We tried to contact the store 3 times no one answered the phones.

Fresh burgers, though been noticing that beef burger meat from all Harvey's locations, not just this one, doesn't get mixed in at all so the patties end up lumpy.

Bad service.the guy at the front need to be trained more how to communicate ppl.there no line and we have been rushed to order

OTHER DAY I CAME IN THE COOK HAD NO GLOVES) THE OUTDOOR PATIO IS VERY OLD AND NEEDS TO BE CLEANED UP AND NEW TABLES

I have visited this location multiple times and have had great experiences. Once there was bacon added to my poutine order and re-made the food fresh without even being asked to do so. During quarantine times, they provide the essentials of napkins and utensils with our pick-up order. Keep up the good work!

Initially got a wrong order delivered to me, but after I complained about it, I got a call and it was replaced. Thanks for addressing my concern in a timely manner. Tasty meal

Worst place …. Zero customer service. I asked for two combos
first she charged me wrong, she didn’t even know what my order was and then she charged me again. Then my burger was full of sauce, they were all talking. No one greeted us. Then she gave me half tray for two drinks.

Honestly the worst Harvey's you could ever walk into.
Frequent wrong orders, zero customer service, the longest waits you will ever wait in fast food, even of noone but you is ordering.

This place is ridiculous.

This location is unfortunately always a disappointment. Food is always ok and customer service is always non-existent. Went in to order and the woman taking the order did not even say hi - they made it seem like my order was an inconvenience as they couldn't sit on their phones behind the counter anymore. Additionally, the one garbage can outside is completely overflowing and there is trash everywhere throughout the parking lot. Overall, this location is in need of major updating as it always looks dirty and unappealing.

I like Harvey's but the owner of this franchise doesn't care about their customers or providing a quality meal. Recipe Unlimited/Cara really need to investigate this franchisee and see for themselves how badly it's operated.revoke their license and sell it to someone who will actually take pride in operating the restaurant and providing better customer service

They are so slow. I watched the workers work so so slowly while customers waited. You shouldn't have to wait 15 minutes for food.

Sign is on saying open but its closed.no drive thru and the front entrance appears abandoned.not sure if this location is open but if it is, it looks disgusting inside.don't waste your time

Came to get a milkshake was done very quick despite the long line. The staff aren’t really interactive they just want to take the order and finish. Other customers seemed like they were waiting for their orders for a long time. Will only come here to get drinks the place looks old and not clean in my opinion.

Worst experience I’ve ever had in a fast food environment. Firstly, when I was ordering it was quite a hassle. I had to say my order multiple times. As well as, the burger sizes were so small. I didn’t realize how tiny they actually were. Anyways, so I had my burgers made and ready to eat at home. So, I opened up the bag and looked at my burger, at the bottom of the bun, I could not believe my EYES what I seen, “MOULD”. Yes! MOULD! I have never in my life had this horrendous experience. I don’t know if it was done on purpose or by mistake, but either way this cannot EVER happen. This establishment needs to be shut down immediately. I recommend NOT ever going to this Harvey’s unless you want to get SICK. Make sure to tell EVERYONE not to come here.

I had placed an order in store last night. I ordered a diet Pepsi due to the fact im diabetic. I went to take a few sips and realized they gave me regular pepsi. My sugar levels tripled. I did call the store and talked to the manager because that mistake could put someone in a diabetic coma. The manager didnt even really apologize and acted like he didnt care. Im not really happy with this place of business and probably wont be back.

Highly unprofessional way of serving food to customer. Moreover employees at night are not seen following hygiene requirements.

Terrible experience there was one lady who came out of no where and picked up the hamburger bun with her bear hands when i told her i didnt want that bun because she came out of no where and didnt wash her hands nor put a gloves on.she started to give attitude i'll never go back there

It was actually Swiss Chalet at the same address. Had a wonderful chat with Franchisee Manny discussing the impacts of Covid 19 restricting capacity to 10. Restricting to 50 seemed about break-even for Manny. My friend and I couldn't dine in, but were happy to take out because we'd each come from a distance in opposite directions. It was a nice day so picnic style was okay. Yeah, that was only two weeks ago. That would not be an option now: (Manny has a plan, but many others are going to have to join forces where maybe they were in competition pre-Covid. The franchisor too, is going to have to rethink how business is done. Personally I've not found them overly responsive to me. They've got to know, the best answers will come from their own investor/entrepreneurs. (This is my opinion!)

They didn't care about the safety protocols. Touching everything with only one set of gloves including your food. Be careful.

While in the restaurant during the evening I couldn’t believe my eyes. I saw staff members not properly wearing their face mask and on top of that, the lady who was cooking the burgers wasn’t even wearing gloves! I literally seen her rub her face and then would pick up burgers and hand them off.disgusting! Please people do NOT eat food from this location! Plus the staff seemed very unprofessional. Just a message to all think about what your putting in your mouths

I'm not normally a big fan of Harvey's but this place was horrible. Ordered chicken strips and they were dark brown. They smelt rancid. When I brought them to the counter the staff told me, "they're not burnt, it's just the oil. " Then I tried the Pepsi. It was slightly favored water.

Horrible customer service at this Harvey's location! The owner is rude and not receptive to simple requests like grilling burger patties well. I will definitely not be returning as there are many other fast food options in the area.

Servoce was fabulous. Food was not for me, so I cannot rate it. However, the servers were really friendly and accomodating.
