Harvey's Casselman

I don't do takeout all of the time but when I do, my favourite place to go is Harvey's in Casselman. They always have friendly service and very efficient. I find that nowadays it's very hard to find this type of service. The service is one of the reasons why I keep going back to this location.

Wow what an AWFUL experience. We went Tuesday oct 10th @ 7: 25 pm. Fries were sitting in a stainless steel bowl on the counter then we're made into a poutine for us. Cold. Hard. Stale of course. Next the chicken I ordered was the same thing, Im sure it was cooked a half hour earlier. And the bun rock hard all around the edges. Didn't even eat half my food. So disappointed because we are Harveys fans in this family but will not go back to this location. Not to mention it was 34$.

Very clean, great staff (from cook to cashier) who took time to get my meal done right. Food was great. Plenty of parking.

During a power outage they were awesome to everyone. Even those that were unnecessarily panicking. Just good ppl!

Best Harveys I have ever been too. Cheerful atmosphere, great staff and great food. Clearly a Harveys franchise where the owners are attentive to details.

I went here to get my wife and I some dinner while we were in the area. We both been stuck with food poisoning for the last 24hrs. It was the only thing we both ate and were both violently ill.

Whatever it is that you guys are doing there, you need to stop, could seriously hurt an older or more vulnerable person. Close your doors.

Incredibly slow service. The staff there didn't smile at all but she not unpleasant. My poutine had almost no gravy.

Excellent and fast service, done in a friendly manner. Food was excellent and hot, I had a angus bacon cheeseburger and poutine.

Service is slow no one at the cash register, can't do it right the first time very disappointed

Waited over 10 minutes in drive through even after saying hello anybody there and no one moment please zilt nothing so decided to take my business somewhere else. Terrible customer service at that casselman location especially when gas is at an all time high. Never going there again. June 16,2022 at noon.

Amazing customer service. The lady at the cash gave me the best customer service ever. They made sure that everything was in the bag and the food was delicious. I will come back again this service made my day.

Went through drive-through on my way to Montreal in the service and food we’re fantastic. The onion rings were hot and crispy and hamburger was garnished perfectly. Thanks Team

9 times out of 10 bacon is missing out of a plain berger with bacon
Onion ring so tharn hard onion look extremely dehydrated like dry paper and white they were disgusting but because you can't eat there I guess when you get home with your order it's to late.but the girls that was serving the order was verry nice and kind

Food very good and fresh just one problem I would think I was in quebec person taking orders and ppl working there all French seems like we need a language law here in ontario

They got the worst system for checkout and there employees dont know how to speak with there customers. Worst experience ever in harveys!

Slowest place I have ever been to. Staff is super nonchalant and seemingly confused about just about everything. Food was mediocre and you can find better cheaper elsewhere.

Awful, I went in the drive thru and the girl demanded a tip, are you kidding!
And when I brought my order home, she forgot to put 2 items I had ordered and noticed my 50$ order was 53$ as she took a tip and never told me! Will never go there again! And funny how the owners do not reply to bad reviews only the good reviews lollll

St Hubert express not so express wait about 30 standing at the counter for take out order placed on site

Très mauvaise expérience. Nous avons attendu près de 30 minutes en ligne avant de passer à la caisse. Ensuite, le temps d'attente était de 30 minutes aussi!
Une heure pour des hamburgers et des frites. Sérieusement, un gros problème de gestion ici. Les enfants étaient pu capable d'attendre.pour s'excuser du temps d'attente, un employé m'a remis une carte cadeau pour un hamburger gratuit
De plus, la carte était passée date. C'est n'importe quoi!

Went through the Drive Through today. Placed our order. One of the items had to be brought back because they forgot bacon. By the time you wait in the lineup to talk to someone, your food is getting cold.finally get to the counter, explain what happened. (I had the receipt with me). He brings the item back to the cook. Comes back and says, we'll you didn't pay for it so they must not have heard you. QUITE rudely. To which I replied, look at the receipt which CLEARLY showed we had paid for DOUBLE bacon. By the end, I dealt with extremely rude manager, got 1/2 the order of bacon I had paid for, AND got to eat a cold and slimy (lettuce) meal. Thank you so much Harvey's! Unfortunately, this is not the first time this has happened. Additionally, the beyond meat patty we ordered was we'll overcooked and dry. Brilliant visit overall. Would NOT recommend.

Service was lacking and food was very badly prepared also cook not wearing his mask (was wearing a great looking chin guard). Don't care about the mast usually but I am compromised because of a liver transplant and can't take a risk with covid. But Harvey's food is good so the 4 star.

Manager was kinda suspicious, she was rude and honestly ruined my day. The way she treated some of her cooks is a little messed up too.

I generally like going here; however, on my latest visit we went through the drive through. I redeemed scene points to get a $50 E-gift card for Harvey's and when we got to the window to pay they informed us that they don't take those gift cards because they are a St Hubert's. TAKE YOUR HARVEYS SIGN DOWN THEN. Also there workers didn't seem to care that much and didn't offer any solutions. Do not recommend

Service a l'auto rapide et courtois. Certains employés parlent français et n'hésitent pas à le faire savoir.

Really need adults on staff at St. Huberts.went in at night, they turned the lights out early as well as locked the front doors. Not a big issue unless one has a mobility issue.
