Called in advance and made an appointment. I’ve been waiting for 75 minutes and have yet to see the doctor.

Horrible. Doctor was not helpful and walked out before I finished speaking. What kind of doctor does that?

So it says on their sight walk-in clinic me and my wife and 2 kids went there so that the front desk tells me its appointment only, so why it says walking clinic, this is absolutely scam to our health system and wasting our time as we where sick

The doctor has no idea what she is doing, she is also rushing patient. Avoid wasting your time and money in here.

Dr. Monica and the receptionists are helpful and professional. Although I am a walk-in patient, Dr. Monica provides everything I needed at that moment. That's so important for a pregnant during the pregnancy. Thank you so much, Dr. Monica!

I called the doctor's office on behalf of my Family Friend. The Receptionist/Secretary had the Typical Unprofessional Attitude on the phone and face to face. This is not good when brining Patients to the office. Doctors should take into consideration that this will affect their business and Dr. SHAROBIM's Office. Other patients feel the same way. This needs to change. Can't be unprofessional and be lazy to look into things for the patients if help is needed. She's not fit for the job. Please be aware

Nora was excellent at addressing the urgency of the matter. She scheduled my appointment for 12: 15pm and I was talking to Dr. Sharobim at 12: 16 pm.
If you have been to the doctors office lately, you know the wait times are ridiculous!

Walked in with severe pain they took me right away, got me medicine all within 30 minutes. Last night I went to shoppers for pain medicine and was waiting for 1 hour for the pharmacist to get everything organized. Way better experience especially if your in pain and need help asap

I have been going to this dental office since 2005. The team is so welcoming! Ethel, the hygienist, is extremely down to earth. She makes it feel like a second home. Lets not forget, Dr.is female! Highly recommend!

One of the worst clinics.they don't respect first come first serve and the staffs are really rude. Ontario healthcare sucks.

After being turned away from Westney Heights yesterday with my sick child that had bronchitis, I decided to try this Center and I was very impressed with the service. Great center. Kudos to Dr. Sharobim for making our experience a good one. You were thorough and professional.

This is the absolutely worst doctor in Ajax. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this place. If you would like to get in ahead of people who have been waiting for hours simply show up with a walker. Apparently the extremely rude and uncaring staff only admit patients with ailments they can see. If this is what the state of medical Care has come to in this Provence we're all doomed!

So disappointed with dr Nazar and never going there again! He missed all the symptoms of my sons sever dehydration, he left the room when my son vomited and never came back while we still had many questions and concerns to be addressed! The receptionist gave us the prescription and asked us if we cleaned my son vomiting! Of course a couple of hours later we re-took our son to the ER where he was immediately admitted to the hospital for two days with severe dehydration and high liver enzymes. The pharmacist at his clinic is extremely nice and helpful she even called us the next day to check on our son as she saw how sick he was.

They dont tell you when there is only one doctor. Wait times are excessive. Waited 2+ hours for them to tell me what I already knew and to get the doctors note I was coming in for.

Dr. Monica Sharobim and staff are professional and absolutely amazing! With Dr. Monica Sharobim's quick actions from diagnosis to a treatment plan, she saved my life in 2018. The staff are always pleasant and accommodating with your schedule. If you are looking for a doctor that absolutely cares and courdious staff, I highly recommend Hardwood Medical Centre. Dr. Monica Sharobim is a Doctor you can trust.

Worst treatment I’ve ever received in my life. I have a severe skin condition and it was flaring badly that day so I went in to get a doctors note as I couldn’t work in that state. The women laughed at me! She said “if you’ve always had this skin condition why do you suddenly need a doctors note? ” She literally is looking at me, raw and red as a lobster with no hair (I have to shave my head) and laughing at my pain. I was so humiliated and angry. Never ever go here, they do not care about you!

DO NOT GO HERE! If i could give a 0, i would. Waited over an hour. I am usually okay with waits but Dr. Nazar comes in, barely sees me for 30 seconds and walks away as i am talking to him. I told him i have had a fever for 3 days.he is so lazy he speaks into microphone so it can type out his notes. In which it typed i denied i have a fever. I had to correct him before he hit submit. He doesn't read what he writes. He laughed because i said my ear and throat hurts. Wrote it off as an allergy. Worst worst worst.do yourself a favor, find another walk in clinic in ajax even if you have to wait. This is pure waste of time.

The staff and doctors at Harwood were easy to talk to, kind and genuinely take the time to listen. A very positive experience.

I brought my daughter here. The worst place to go to for anything. The woman physician prescribed nasal spray which I got so worried about coz she didn't take my daughter signs and symptoms seriously. So I took my daughter to emergency hours after seeing this clinic. The hospital ruled in pneumonia as a diagnosis whereas this clinic said she has common colds.
Be careful going here.

Worst medical care ever! Went for an X-ray referral for stomach issues, the Dr.was an African lady who barely spoke English she didn't even examine my stomach, didn't answer any of my questions and literally walked out of the room while I was trying to talk to her! I told her to ensure my X-ray results went to my family Dr.and of course they never did! This woman is utterly incompetent & should not be practicing medicine! Our OHIP tax $ pays her salary, what a joke!

The staff and doctors here are friendly and amazing. They take time to listen to your concerns and do whatever it takes to help. I'm glad I found this clinic.
