Shawn, Lauren and Dillon are amazing to work with. My husband and I have purchased 2 CFmotos from them (cforce 800 and zforce 800). The customer service is excellent and they are super helpful and friendly. I recommend them to everyone!

Worst service out there. I bought a uforce 800 and should of known there was issues when i called to pick it up and it took 4 weeks. Called after 6months to get the first service and no one calls me back. Then 3 weeks later i get a message- just drop it off. I drop it off and 3 weeks for an oil change! 3 weeks! Imagine if there was something wrong with it. Wanted them to replace the glovebox lock - its a known issue on ALL uforce machines. They couldn’t even do that. Worst service ever. They act like they are doing me a favour. Nobody cares what you guys are doing in the back - nobody. Communicate with your customers or get out of the business. You lost my business and everyone i know.

Today I picked up my new boat from Hastings Marine and they didn't disappoint. Ken was really helpful and went out of his way to ensure the transaction went smoothly. He took the time to show me details of the boat and trailer I wasn't familiar with and to meet my timeline. The owner Shawn was fair with my trade in and took the time to explain in detail the pros and cons of my options for the deal and answered all my questions without rushing me. They even took care of the little details I hadn't considered like licensing and transferring ownership. I've been a customer for a couple of years now and have never been disappointed in any of the services I received or jobs they've done for me. I recommend Hastings Marine to anyone looking for great customer service, fair prices and work finished on time.

Horrible Customer Experience! We took our new pontoon boat in for winter service and were told it would be over 2 weeks before they could look at it so left the mooring cover on to keep it clean. When we went to pick up the boat the mooring cover had been left unfastened after service, had collasped, was full of water and badly stretched. I emailed the president, Shawn Creasy, because apparently that's the only way to get hold of him, and he proceeded to tell me that unless you pay for storage they do not look out for your boat while it's in their care which is disgusting given people leave their expensive investments entrusted to him and his staff. I asked twice that Shawn call me to discuss my concerns in person and he NEVER had the DECENCY to return my calls. The entire staff (with the exception of Lauren) appear to have a "We're right, you're wrong" attitude which clearly is set by the president himself. There are plenty of good, customer centric marines in the area and I'll be sure to be using one of them to care for my boat next year!

Very good service and care taken. Bought a new G3, with a 115 Yamaha; it was delivered on time with a good walk through. A few goodies thrown in, which are a good fit for my use. I recommend Hastings Marine.

Winterized and Stored my Mastercraft! Even stayed open a bit late for me to drop off when I got delayed with trailer issues.

Super nice, down to earth and easy to talk to!

Will update in the spring when bringing the boat back out onto the water

I had the pleasure of meeting Rick this morning. He informed me that they're backed up 3 weeks in the service department. He and I both agreed that too many people are living in an instant society. Quality takes time people. Learn to book ahead or as I taught my kids.if you fail to prepare, prepare to fail. We had a great visit and shared a few laughs. I'm able to wait 3 weeks. It's not a big deal. Drop down to Hastings Marine and talk to the new owners, Rick and Shawn (hoping I spelled it correctly). They are both very personable and knowledgeable.

Hastings Marine is amazing - we have all our boats stored and serviced there every year. Their customer service is above and beyond what we have experienced with other marinas. They are very responsive, honest and reasonably priced, and they go out of their way to help you out. We have recommended them to friends in the area as well and they were equally as impressed.
