Scam organization. If I could I would give 0 stars. Their cohibas (and higher end Cuban cigars) are ALL FAKE FLAT TASTING CIGARS. Their green labels are glued/taped on, no original green box…. They scammed us out of 2014 Cohiba Edition limitada, Siglo 6 and many more cigars. All the lighters they sell are cheap Aliexpress Chinese products. House blends are way over priced and again have 0 taste. STAY AWAY FROM NON LICENSED HABANOS VENDORS especially Havana Castle.

As long as AJ is working here this is where I will purchase all my cigars even if I live half way across the world. AJ knows his cigars like an absolute pro and will give you the best recommendations. I genuinely hope he goes up in ranks at Havana Castle because that could only mean great things for the cigar community. Thank you brother. 10/10 recommended.

Great place to buy and learn about cigars. I've been going here for a couple months now and the owner is a great guy, he really helped me out with figuring out which cigar brands I enjoy.

Super cool spot, the salesperson was very informative and super friendly, highly recommend it.

Highly recommendet place! Looks like a toy store for a smoker, plenty different brends and products you may get lost from the wide selection but the guy who was there persian man is super profational and knowlegeable about what he is selling you can tell that he loves what he do!

I have been a customer of Havana Castle for a couple years now. Despite living in Ottawa and not having direct access to a retail store, the Havana Castle staff (Kris and Andres) have gone out of their way to keep my Humidor well stocked with fantastic cigars. I have become a fan of the Havana Castle House Blend (red and the blue). Great cigar to enjoy on the patio or the golf course. Looking forward to joining the Havana Castle fans and staff on the upcoming Harbour Cruise. Now if only they would bring their show to Ottawa.

My opinion.best merchandised cigar stores in the GTA. Open concept makes it feel welcoming. If you have the pleasure to speak to Ali, he'll hold your "novice" hand and walk you through the choices till you hit your comfort zone. That's what he did for me. Professional from beginning to end! LET'S not forget about Noor, the other professional associate @ Havana Castle. Her friendly demeanor and knowledgeable presentation of "all things cigar's" is gonna WOW you! **That's if you can pay attention long enough.her eyes will put you in a trance! LOL**

I recently went to buy my husband cigars for his birthday and the lady working there was very helpful. I didn’t know exactly which cigars to get because there was SO many but she recommended a few and my husband loved them!

Great selection, best walkin humidor in the city. Even in COVID times the staff are amazing and knowledgeable. This is my go to now. Traveling from east of T. O just for them.

The service here was above and beyond my expectations. As a newcomer to fine cigars, the service was very friendly and I felt welcome and wiser by the end of it. Will return soon.
