Nick P came to do annual maintenance on our furnace today. He was knowledgeable and friendly. I have used Haven Home Heating for the last couple of years and have been very satisfied overall.

Today I used Haven Home Heating for a plumbing job. (I didn't realize that you could book plumbers and electricians through them until they recently began promoting these services.) The plumber, Sid M, arrived early in the scheduled window and did the job quickly and professionally.

Great service with Evan today, walked through all the different options and equipment we have. Thanks again for all your help!

Jett Benia serviced 5 Items which I had bought from Haven over the years efficiently cleaned up well and was courtious. Worked hard did a good job. I was respectful.

We have had another great experience with Haven. This time to help with our very old fire place. Brayden was very friendly and went well above and beyond to try and fix the problem

Evan arrived on time, exactly 12: 15 and your office said between 12 and 12: 30 p.m. Took off his boots and did a good general maintenance job on our gas stove in the family room. Courteous, professional and the area was clean, neat and tidy when he was finished. He placed a red rug around the stove area. Well done Evan. Highly recommended.

Just decided to post my review now. In December 2022 our gas fireplace was working on and off. Your technician confirmed that we had a leak, red tag the fireplace and told us we need a new fire place? We went to your office and again was told, we need a new fireplace. We decided to have a second opinion from an other company and our fireplace was repaired for less than $500.00 vs $ 8,000.00? Long time client (30years+) really furious about the situation. It look like don’t want to repair but just want to sell for more profite! Never contact us for details, just wanted to look good on Google!

Nick P came and did the first service on our minisplit we've had since it was installed. 10 years ago. Dirty but working. Nick was pleasant and professional. Home Haven are our go-to service professionals for HVAC and have helped us for regular service and our daughter with great emergency response.

Shane was so helpful in resolving the issue with my furnace. I'm going away so he made sure the work was done in one day. He also provided me with very useful advice moving forward. Thanks Shane!

The guys from Haven just left my home after a HEAT PUMP installation. They turned up, worked hard at it all day and the workmanship is outstanding. Matt M & Kenn are two extremely efficient and professional dudes and I cannot recommend them enough.stress free experience, it is a pity it only goes up to 5 stars.

Had a leaking bathroom sink, water was coming down to the floor below. Home Haven sent Sid the same day! Was able to get a diagnosis and plan for repair within the hour. Work was prompt and knowledgeable.

Brayden Stewart did a follow up on an air conditioning issue today. He was very thorough, as he was last time as well. He was friendly and explained the issue clearly. I was very pleased with his work!

Shane fixed my furnace in nearly half the time of the estimate even though the original installation was not quite right. He does excellent work.

We needed repairs made to gas line—work completed promptly. All workers were pleasant, efficient and left site in perfect condition.

Wouldn't even come half a kilometer north of Highway 7. No excuse given. Unbelievable! If a solution for another company who was just north of 7 had at least been offered I would not have reviewed it so low!

Braden was on time, polite, and was very thorough in his servicing of our furnace and AC. He answered any questions that I had very clearly. He is a top notch technician, in my experience.
