I told them the story, and I wanted to get the tankless installation during the day. They are come like bullets …. All my complications were resolved quickly.they are very friendly and helpful. We had a service technician come out to look at our tankless water heater that had started leaking. He called first and arrived on time. While he wasn’t able to fix it right away, he discovered what the problem was quite efficiently and informed us of what was going on. He said he would send his report to the office and they would be in touch with us. All in all, a good service call.

The worse decision I made linking up with Hawk. They sold me bad units. My AHU leaked 3 times and they were not able to fix it. Very dissatisfied with this company. Their service is poor.

Hawk Home Services recently installed a new tankless water heater in my home. The customer service was great, very responsive and easy to work with and schedule install. Technicians were very professional, they called before arriving and were early with all tools and equipment required. Job was done in less time than originally estimated and area left clean once completed. Hawk Home Services also handled everything required for returning old rental unit.
