Purchased a new 2023 Cadillac CT-4 Blackwing. The sales team works together to help you no matter who you connect with first. They offer a team approach to give you the best sale experience possible. The General Manager is great to deal with and very fair with his customers when it comes to pricing. All around, going out of town is well worth it to get the friendly service of the Hawkesbury staff. Highly recommended!

Le manque de professionnalisme et de savoir vivre est flagrant chez ce concessionnaire. Il a été acquis dernièrement par de nouveaux propriétaires et ils ont du chemin à faire! Mais si vous voulez avoir le meilleur prix pour votre véhicule d’échange, ils en valent le détour! Semble-t-il qu’ils prennent vos mots sur parole, certains vendeurs ne se daignent pas de faire les vérifications nécessaire et ils ont du rappeler un client à qui ils avaient remis 20,000$ en trop pour sa Porsche…car il avait déclaré un modèle plus luxueux que celui qu’il a remis au concessionnaire! Comment est-ce qu’un vendeur d’expérience ET un directeur général aient pu manquer un si important détail? Honteux…

Gone here for 30 years Turpin then Laplante and now that it’s changed ownership, its definitely not the same changed the staff and the service department is not the same, I decided to look for a new dealership or go to Laplante in Casselman

Après avoir fait affaire avec ce garage, je constate que le service pour la vente est correct, ils se donnent à 100% pour vendre le véhicule.
Une fois le véhicule remis et les papiers signés, le service après vente est MÉDIOCRE. C’est comme si on ne faisait même plus partie de leurs clients tellement on se fout de nous.
Appels par dessus appels, je me suis présenté maintes fois au garage pour avoir des suivis par rapport à mon cas (plusieurs petites failles; ils me devaient un remboursement dû aux plaques, ensuite ils étaient supposé venir chercher le camion pour réparer quelque chose dessus…) ils nous « oublient » et on reste sans nouvelles tant qu’on ne se présente pas. Lorsqu’on leur parle, ils s’excusent abondamment et disent qu’ils vont remédier aux problèmes mais après plusieurs semaines d’attentes, je reste toujours sans nouvelles. Je dois encore prendre de mon temps, monter chez CHEVROLET Hawkesbury, et tenter à nouveau de régler les problèmes récurrents. Si j’avais à donner une note à ce concessionnaire, le service après-vente est un gros zéro. Si vous désirez acheter un véhicule, oui le garage est compétant pour vous le vendre. Mais assurez-vous d’avoir un bon plan avec un autre garage pour l’entretien et les suivis, car le service après-vente chez CHEVROLET Hawkesbury est inexistant.

Great customer service. They offer a shuttle service which is great because let's be honest most of us do not want to wait around all day. They kept me updated by text regularly. They always take good care of my car.

I’d put zero stars if possible.purchased a used 2017 gmc pickup from there, it was agreed upon I’d purchased the tired and they’d purchase the rims and they would put it in the box for pickup. Got home and it was just the tires, tried getting an answer for month and a half and nothing, finally today they said they didn’t write it down in their notes so if I want the rims I’ll have to purchase them separately. Dealerships have a bad rep for a reason I guess, It’s my first and last time going there.
