HÔPITAL DE HAWKESBURY JE VIENS DE SORTIR 2 SEMAINES SA ÉTÉ MERVEILLEUX ET LES INFIRMIÈRES SON SUPER TRÈS TRÈS GENTILLE il vienne souvent checker et j'ai pris ma douche il mon beaucoup aider je leve mon chapeau MERCI à tout les infirmières infirmier très bonne ouvrages mes Amies Micheline

Twice in one week at this Hospital for my 79 years old mother, paramedics brought her over and she’s been waiting on a stretcher for 8 hours to see a doctor for her 7 cracked, broken bones in her back after a fall, image laying down on broken, crack, chipped bones for 8 hours……
At least give her Tylenol or something.
But we have to wait to see the Doctor? Do they even have one?

Horrific experience, was not tended to. Was forced to wait for over 10 hours despite the waiting room being relatively empty. The head nurse refused to speak to me in English. Did not recieve my prescription and did not get to see a doctor. Do not reccomend this hospital, average wait time 10-12 hours.

Health problems and being sick or
What ever help needed you are never
Turned away its a big new Hospital they
Are very up to date with everything needed
But once in you need to watch and read
All synes as it's a very big Hospital
But a very nice place to be when you're
Sick or just not feeling well.

My experience is regarding the emergency room. Judging by the other reviews, it's common. You wait hours upon hours, basically have to be dying to be seen. A lot of the staff are rude, with no compassion. I understand the field is hard, but you don't take it out on sick patients. The security guard was openly complaining about the hospital, then sat in the small room located in the waiting room, with the door open and what I'm assuming to be his phone blasting. When I inquired about how long I had been waiting with no medication or anything given, they were dismissive and rude. Unfortunately this is my 3rd bad experience here. If I could give it a worse rating I would.

Worst Experience ever. I heard very good things about this hospital but it was all a big lie. I waited for more than 15 hours with stomach pain. Staff was very rude and very irresponsible. Staff needs to be changed and evaluated. Emergency means someone needs urgent help. 15 hours? Seriously? It’s a shame! Avoid this hospital at any cost.

Everyone the staff knows him has emergency reason to let him in right away with out waiting 10 hours in the waiting room.you can’t complain you’ll get kicked out when you think to do that …I preferred to die in my home and don’t go there again. Very very bad

One of the worst Hospital I saw. I had a Pyélonéphrite severe and they make me wait for more than 15 hours. After 12h waiting, I went to see the nurse and she told me ; yess we received your results of the urinate test few hours ago so just wait. I listen to her and wait 3 more hours. Anyways event if they have the results they don't call you.

By far one of the worst run hospitals. They'll make you wait 17 hours just to tell its some other issue without doing any testing but they're quick to write you a prescription and tell you to leave rudely. Hope this hospital shuts down for hospital negligence

Vraiment je suis très inquiète!
Arrivé à 16.00 heure et reparti le lendemain presque midi.
Presque 19 heures attentes.le matin beaucoup de personel et j'avais impression d'être seule au monde.on ne respecte vraiment pas les humains dans cette hôpital.

Ils avaient peux être bonne réputation avant mais la c'est vraiment pas bon pour les québécois! Service pourri

J’ai été référé à cet hôpital par mon médecin d’Ottawa pour certain tests. De la minute que j’ai entré dans l’hôpital jusqu’à la fin de mes tests, j’ai été accompagné par un membre de l’hôpital. Super bon service.

Mon fils à eu une appendicectomie d’urgence mardi dernier. Nous avons reçue un service exceptionnel de la part du service infirmier, anesthésiste, chirugien Dr Yaites. La propreté des chambres et de l’hôpital en général est exceptionnel. Je recommande fortement le HGH.

Horrible service, 8 hour plus waiting time for emergency patients. I was in a car accident and was send here. Horrible service the employees are lost and I had to come back for another 8 hours because they forgot to put me threw MRE! Don’t go here you’ll regret it.

Come here, If you want to die at the waiting room. Staff just kicking clock, no one cares here.

Il devrait être marqué NON-URGENT au lieux d’urgence, voir la salle d’attente se vidée et se reremplir 3 fois avant de voir le médecin!

Very poor experience at this hospital.

Short staff and no patients extremely slow. I know most emerges are slow but 9 and a half hours in the waiting room for someone in severe pain is just plain not right. Staff needs to be reevaluated drastically.

Supers bonnes expériences à chaque fois. Les membres du personnel à l’urgence ont tous été très gentils, souriants et professionnels. Tout est très bien organisé. La salle d’attente est confortable et l’attente peu longue. Ils nous placent rapidement dans une chambre avec lit à l’urgence lorsque c’est pertinent. Les tests et leurs résultats sont rapides et le système MyChart est super, on peut suivre plus facilement et on reçoit même une notification lorsque de nouveaux résultats entrent. Bravo et merci à toute l’équipe, ainsi qu’aux gentils bénévoles.

Urgence sans le sentiment d’urgence. Arriver à 10h00 am avec une requête de mon médecin de famille pour passé un scan du cerveau d’urgence. Attendu 7heures avant de décider de partir.
Quand je suis arriver il n’avait que 3 personnes avant moi. Les 3 personnes avant moi, non jamais passer.

I wanted to give this hospital 4 stars because of the long long time waiting like all other hospitals, but really I was suffering of a lot of liquid in my left knee and they really helped me and special thanks for doctor Alexandra Shema Bwenge for your job to me, Que le bon dieu te bénisse pour continue à aider d’autres patients se débarrasser de leur souffrance Merci

Been waiting for 7 hours straight in ER with my partner. Others 10 hours. I dont care about what others might have said. This lack of service is just absolutely and totally unacceptable.

Best hospital! Saved my life. Awesome doctors and nurses. Never overly busy. Will never go to another Quebec hospital again.
