Hawthorne Village Dental Care

I and my family are regular patients of Hawthorne Dental Care where I have done cleaning, filling, x ready scanning, and wisdom tooth extraction, and other services.
They are very professional and I really like their services: high higene and non-cheap material. Very friendly staff as well.
They always follow up with me and remind me of my coming appointments and automatically send the bills to my insurance company.

My recent visit to Hawthorne Village Dental was very fruitful. My Hygienist (Anthony) gave me such a nice and simple advice for my teeth sensitivity issue which was very helpful. All Hawthorne Village Dental staff is very friendly and welcoming. Starting from front desk to Dr. Sarna. Thank you Hawthorne Village Dental.

Thanks Dr. Sarna and Sohum for your patience and kindness looking after our little girl’s teeth! You both knew exactly how to make her comfortable and relaxed so that her first proper cleaning was a breeze! She was disappointed to learn she had a couple of cavities but she is actually excited to come back to get her fillings! Most painless dental experience ever!

Honestly worse place I can ever have been to. Been a customer for 2 years so was a little hesitant to move to a different place but after waiting for almost an hour Wait for each appointment in despite of having an appointment and getting into an argument with doctors and receptionist who refused to listen and let me speak, I am glad the decision have been made. They are incredibly unprofessional when it comes to making a customer's experience better. I recommended my whole family to this clinic but now decided to move to a different place. You need to realize we have been supporting you guys and don't deserve this experience when we have other choices available. Regret voting this ppl for best dental clinic nominations. Have a great year ahead!

I always have smooth experiences here, I have been going for a while. I’ve had cavities filled and my wisdom teeth taken out. Heidi is an amazing hygienist and she really helps to calm my anxiety! Thank you everyone at the team.

I always had good experience, and appointment booking is a smooth process as well. I switched from other clinic to this one and it was a smart decision. I don't find them greedy for money as other clinics try their best to squeeze as much as possible from the insurance. Clinic is upstairs and not facing the derry road.

Dr. Malhi is a very nice dentist, while he was the one that started my process, due to Covid and changes in scheduling that it created, Dr. Sarna was the one to finish the job.
Dr. Sarna did my gum surgery and my veneers. He was very professional and explained every part of the process as he was doing it which was something that gave me confidence in his work
Their work environment is clean and they followed strict guidelines to protect everyone from Covid.
Teyan who was the assistant through the process was also very kind and patient.
Overall I had a great experience, with even better and I would recommend to anyone!

I could never say enough good things about Dr Sarna. He did a full cosmetic case for me years ago and I have replaced a few veneers that broke and my smile is perfect. I get compliments everywhere I go. Not to mention his excellent chair side manner. He makes you feel so relaxed and comfortable. His needles dont even hurt! Previous to him, I didnt know that was possible! I refer all my friends to him and will never trust anybody else the way I trust him. Highly recommend!

Yesterday I had an appointment at this clinic. I had a mix feelings about my experience from my visit in regard to write my review or not.
It has been almost 10 years Dr. Sarna is my dentist. I had a very good experience and was happy with their service, especially the resiptionists are very kind, polit and helpful. My appointment was at 9: 39 am yesterday.
When I entered in the office, saw out of 3 staff 2 of them did not have mask on. Except the staff who took the impression of my teeth. But I noticed that she was touching the tools, monitors, everything around she needed to use. Without changing the gloves she put her fingers in my mouth. I am a patient over 60 years of age with chronic lung underlying health issue. Therefore I am at high risk. It was shocking to me to see what was happening there. Now I need to wait 14 days with alot worries and concern to see what happen. When a patient goes a medical clinic should feel comfortable and safe.

This is my second visit (the first was for my 9 year old daughter) and it was a pleasurable and comfortable and comfortable experience. Every one from the front desk, to the assistant up to the doctors are absolutely great and friendly. They are also extremely accommodating. My appointment was last minute and as a single dad with three kids (one is a toddler), I was worried about bringing them in. They all behaved well and everyone was friendly about it. I usually don't say this about a dentist office, but I'm looking forward to my next visit.

Just recently switched to Hawthorne Village Dental Care, that is within easy reach linked to major highways, community oriented focused on helping dental patients equipped with cutting edge technology. From reception to end-treatment, wonderful caring staff mitigated half of my pain, even better, in these challenging Covid-19 times, each member took every precaution to protect patient's safety & clinic associates following Government protocols. Dr. Malhi & his team, great people, he loves working with people. Dr. Malhi worked on my RHS back tooth-gap filling & a cavity re-filling. He made sure, each step I was comfortable without any pain. To Dr. Malhi working on dental patient is not only a passion but creating a masterpiece to patient's dental work and restoring back the full confidence, rest assured. I highly recommend HW Dental Care & stellar Dr. Malhi. Kudos.

I had a really good experience with my wisdom tooth removal I did not feel anything during the surgery and barely experienced any swelling, Dr. Dangi, Dalya his assistant and the complete staff are very professional and caring, I highly recommended!

I switched from my old dentist to Dr. Gulki Malhi and it was a great transition and even better experience. He is friendly and very genuine with his care giving. I would recommend him to anyone in the Halton region that is looking for a new dentist to go to.

Hi! I had another great appointment today with Dr Malhi at Hawthorne Dental. He has a growing practice there and although there are several dentist at the clinic I specifically requested his services. He’s very knowledgable answers all of your questions and has a great sense of humour too)

Nice dental experience. Saw Dr. Malhi to ask about options for closing gaps in my teeth that had been bothering me for years. He was realistic and gave me the options and risks associated with each, but not pushy in regards to treatment. This allowed me to make the best decision moving forward, but also made me consider longer term care of my teeth. He is a caring dentist that’s for sure.

Every time I have gone there I've had to wait at least 30 minutes before I get called in. I have raced to get there taking the 407 at times, which cost me money, to be there on time for my appointment that I was given. I am weary of dentists (and doctors) giving you a time slot and tell you to be on time, pre confirming your appointment over and over again only to have to wait there for 30 minutes or more to be seen. My time is important to me too. I wish that they would stop booking patients so closely together there for not allowing any extra time for incidentals or problems that arise during treatment. They send you two to three text pre confirming and confirming your appointment which becomes annoying as you are bombarded with multiple texts for the same appointment. I don't have a problem with the actual Dentistry that has been performed on me by three different dentists.

In less than a year, Hawthorne Village Dental and their amazing team have completely rebuilt my smile, given me confidence back, and removed my problem wisdom teeth. And they've done it so gently and professionally that they've basically erased my previous fear of dental visits. I'm super grateful!

This office is very professional, Dr Sarna one of the best oral surgeon in Milton, he is sooo experienced and at the top of that he is a gentleman with the patients and his staff as well, smiles all the time, all his staff are experienced and caring including his associates and his assistants, highly recommend this office for every one.

I had an amazing experince here, all the employees were so nice and friendly. Also i felt so comfortable and relaxed during my appointment due to the amazing environment created by Dr. Sarna and the rest of the staff. Overall 10/10 experience
