Came for shisha and was pleasantly surprised how good the food is here! It was busy on a Friday evening with only 1 server and possibly the owner running around helping everyone. Overall good vibes, good food. Would recommend!

JOJO! Shout out to my server Jojo! She totally SAVED my night by fixing my shisha. She spent 15 minutes to help me fix my shisha and such an amazing conversationalist and a total sweeeetheart! I have been coming to Haze for years, but I felt so taken care of by Jojo that tonight was one of the best nights here:)

First time went there, I am from Calgary, honestly I was more than happy with the food, the pasta absolutely delicious and just like the authentic one! Shane was so nice too! Music was great. I’m happy with my experience and would recommend!

It was definitely an experience customer service definitely needs a serious improvement but i would rethink before I go back.

Great spot. Great food and vibes. The shisha’s reasonably priced too. The server Shane made sure we always had everything we needed at all times checking up on us. Music was also banging. Great spot to take some friends or a date. It’s open pretty late too which is good. I’d definitely come back here again.

It was my first time there today and I loved it! Definitely coming back soon. The staff is very friendly as well. The shisha was awesome, the best I have tried so far!

I like this place it's vibrant and has many nice staff. The shisha is very good, the food is delicious and the service is amazing. Thanks to everyone who served us there. I don't recall their names, but they were very polite and fast.

Shane was super helpful we had a little work crew get together, We were treated good and food was awesome as usual I have been to Haze after two years wonderful place to hangout.

HORRIBLE service, didn’t get checked up on even once. Waitress and server didn’t have a welcoming vibe at all. Main point is the food (Chicken shawarma w/ fries) was overpriced and made me sick to the point where we had to pull over on the way home. Complained to server that I was feeling sick after not finishing my food and he proceeded to take my plate away without asking what was wrong, then asked everyone else at the table what they ate and handed me the machine to pay with no regards to me. I asked him if anything was made in fish oil and he said “we don’t sell fish” even though there is fish on the menu. No apology, no questions, no nothing. Absolute horrible experience after being recommended to me a number of times. I will never return and everyone will be hearing about my experience.

Where to begin? The food was above average but the service was pathetic.
My drink (pass the cookie shake) arrived post us finishing the whole meal and when it arrived, the straw was missing.
I raised my hand to a server standing nearby and he looked into my eyes and went off, completely ignoring my request. Second server came and i asked for him, he told me he is gonna be back in a second and he vanished too. Lastly after 5 min someone came and we asked them to at-least bring us the straw. How were they expecting us to drink a shake topped with whip cream?
Later we shared our underwhelming experience with the GM who was a real positive and polite man (he gave us a 5 dollar discount on our 70 dollar bill which is good enough). At this point, my anger was melted away but oh my god We asked for cheque and waited again for 5 min on the table yet nobody came. We stood up, went to the reception and paid there.
Not going to recommend this place

Great food and a great place to spend time with friends. The staff is very friendly, the service is awesome. And it’s really nice to have the manager greet us with a smile each time and check in time to time to make sure everything is okay.

I thoroughly enjoyed the ambiance, and the location was fantastic. It's undoubtedly the top spot in town for a great atmosphere and hookah experience.

I went here with 3 of my friends, amazing experience. Fast Customer service, and most importantly really well maintained and clean environment. The only down side was that my food was received cold (lasagna), but the staff immediately resolved the issue with respect, but they did take a little longer than expected. All and all I enjoyed the food and had a fun time. I Highly recommend coming here.:)

I wish I could gave them negative star because the night manager doesn’t know how to respect drivers. I came to pick the order they said you have to wait 15 minutes. After 15 minutes I waited 10 minutes more and they didn’t give me the order

Went there for the weekend brunch and had a great experience! The service was great and the food was amazing. And it was halal!

Broken glass, dirty cutlery, slow service, mosquitoes and flies around the food. Will NEVER go back
