From the very first day we stepped into Hazelton Manor, our experience was nothing short of fantastic. Every corner of the venue radiated charm and elegance, creating the perfect backdrop for our special day.

The food, a crucial element for any celebration, was beyond delicious. Each dish was crafted with expertise and flair, and our guests couldn't stop raving about it. We received countless compliments, not only on the delightful cuisine but also on the venue itself. The ambiance, the decor, and the overall feel of Hazelton Manor truly made our wedding an unforgettable experience.

However, what truly made our experience exceptional was the dedicated staff. They went above and beyond, bending over backwards to accommodate every request and ensuring everything was perfect down to the tiniest detail. We worked with George and Jim primarily but also met Ken the day of the wedding. They were all fantastic! The bartenders and staff throughout the day were all a dream to work with. Their professionalism and dedication played an integral role in ensuring our day went off without a hitch.

Following the wedding, and we continue to hear from our friends and family about how amazing our wedding day was. Much of that praise is undeniably due to Hazelton Manor and its phenomenal team. We wholeheartedly recommend Hazelton Manor to any couple seeking a flawless and memorable wedding experience. Our day could not have been more perfect!

I just had my wedding at the Hazelton Manor (July 29,2023).

I have only GREAT things to say about the staff. I personally worked with Jim, as our point person at the hall. He was really good at getting back to my in a timely manor, super nice to work with, polite, answered all my 431010 questions throughout the plannng process. I know we were in good hands with Jim! (Also spoke to the other managers during the time leading up, they were all wonderful so no matter who you sign with you will be good!

Day of the wedding EVERY person we spoke to RAVED about the food! It was so good and well done, from the antipasto bar to dessert our guests loved the meal so much! And if that isn't enough the hall is stunning! Personally I fell in love with the venue because of the beautiful fireplace in both lobby areas. The venue to me was perfect and 10/10 would recommend and 1000% will use them again for future events!

We had our wedding at the Hazelton Manor last June and I couldn't speak more highly of this venue and especially the amazing staff that were absolutely incredible. Jim was an absolute pleasure to work with, he accommodated us at a level I truly did not expect which enabled our wedding to roll out with ease and complete peace of mind for my wife and I. The food was to so plentiful and the wide range of variety and tastes completely wowed our guests and us. Thank you soo much to you and the wonderful staff who for which our guests also commented about how nice everyone was and how well they were served which truly made everyone's night, one we we never forget. 5 star customer service. George, Jim, Maggie, Anna and the entire Hazelton team made our wedding one to remember. From the start, George was clear, accommodating, organized and had a positive attitude. From there, we placed our trust in the other Hazelton staff who delivered on making our wedding incredible. Guests keep raving about the food!

This place is amazing. Best food and management. No other better venue in the city. My guests are still talking about the party a month later.

Hazelton Manor was the first venue I went to see when starting wedding planning (during Covid) and did not take long to know this is where we wanted our wedding. Ken made the planning process so easy and stress free and was honest throughout! Ken was so easy to talk to and was extremely helpful when making decisions and keeping costs budget friendly. The food was phenomenal and everyone still talks about it! You can not go wrong with choosing Hazelton Manor as your venue!

Sizable venue, clean and easy to get to. The architecture of the property is also quite good for taking pictures. Would recommend for smaller events (getting smaller portions of the hall) or for much larger events (weddings). I've been to two weddings and one birthday party here. The location was adaptive to various group sizes and design/decorations.

We had our ceremony and reception at Hazelton Manor. We cannot say enough good things about the venue, especially Ken our coordinator. He went above and beyond during our year of planning to answer all our questions promptly. On the day of the wedding I knew everything was under control because he was in charge. The venue itself is gorgeous, the food was exceptional, and the staff were attentive and punctual with their service. Our guests were very impressed with the venue and couldn’t stop telling us how beautiful the evening was. We highly recommend Hazelton Manor, especially Ken!

A lovely banquet hall. Our wedding food was excellent and the wait staff efficient and unobtrusive.

Today i was invited to my cousins wedding. The hall looks beautiful but the manager and service are bad.they kept taking our chairs as we only went outside for a smoke and the manager is rude.my experience was bad and will not come back. Plus the food was not to expectation.

Thank you to Jim, George and team of Hazelton Manor. Michael and I had our wedding on July 16,2022 and we have only good things to say about our wedding. The service, food, staff and amenities were exceptionally great! Our guests continue to talk about our wedding and how beautiful and fantastic the food was!

My nephew had his wedding at Hazelton Manor. It was a beautiful venue. Food was delicious and the service was great.

We had a fantastic experience working with Hazelton over the two years our wedding was postponed. Jim was so flexible, kind, and caring. He was always giving us suggestions and recommendations to make our event better. We hosted an indian fusion wedding and brought our own caterer, Jim worked so kindly with our caterer's team and supplied them with everything they needed. We had an amazing day, and I'm so happy we ended up choosing this venue! I'll miss working with Jim! He was such a calming and dedicated presence over the years we were in contact over the pandemic. I wish him and his team nothing but the best.

My husband and I visited multiple different venues, but Hazleton Manor is the best one of all! Everyone from the team is absolutely amazing. They were so kind, accommodating and quickly responded to any questions throughout the wedding planning. Even on the day of Jim & Tony made sure to be at the wedding to ensure things went smoothly. They made sure my wedding was organized while making the food absolutely amazing! I highly recommend this venue. Family oriented and sweetest staff I’ve met!

I can't say enough great things about Hazelton Manor and working with Ken! We originally started working with Ken in 2019 for our 2020 wedding - which was then postponed twice! Ken was so great rescheduling our wedding date twice and so accommodating with every detail along the way. He made planning our final day so easy. On the night of the wedding (and after) our guests raved about how good the food was (and my family is often very picky about good food!). It's not often you hear about big banquet halls having food this good. We are so grateful for all of the staff and service. Thank you Ken for everything - it was worth the two year wait!

My reception took place here and the venue itself is absolutely beautiful! Special shoutout to Ken Christofi who helped us out from the start and went above and beyond to meet our expectations. He even stayed late on the day of to make sure everything went smoothly - amazing customer service!

Beautiful place. Food is good.only thing food portion small. Server told us I know Italians like pasta.literally gave us a tablespoon portion. He said he would come by later for seconds. But came back just to collect plates.

An amazing wedding last night! Jim and staff were so amazing from the day we signed up to today. Our daughter had every wish fulfilled. Any future function we have will be at Hazelton Manor! Thanks Jim for everything!

George and Ken, whom we dealt with for our wedding, were amazing. They both treated us with so much respect and care, considering we were planning a wedding during COVID-19. I would recommend this venue 100% and will continue to keep them in mind, for my next milestone. They are held at such a high standard in our eyes and am so happy we booked our wedding at Hazelton Manor.

I'm speechless when it comes to my happiness and appreciation for the staff at Hazelton Manor. Everyone on their team made my husband and I feel like royalty when it came to our wedding! Excellent event venue. As a wedding MC, I’ve seen hundreds of different venues and truthfully, Hazelton never disappoints.

My husband and I have been working with Ken and his team at the Hazelton Manor for almost a year. Our wedding was postponed due to Covid, BUT Ken made this entire process run very smoothly. He took the stress off us and he was always quick to responding to our emails. Fast forward now to our big day. The Hazelton Manor took every precaution to ensure the safety of all our guests. They screened every guest and ensured every guest had a mask or they provided them with one. The food was EPIC! Delicious! It came out warm, the steak was cooked to perfection, all our guests were very impressed with the hors d’oeuvres, the antipasto, the desert and with the quality and quantity of food they got. The bar service was amazing, they had every alcohol our guests wanted and with Covid measured they made sure that the drinks were delivered to the guests table to avoid crowding at the bar.
Ken worked with all our vendors to make sure our day ran smoothly. We highly recommend the Hazelton Manor if you’re looking for a beautiful, elegant, clean venue and delicious food! Anything we wanted on our big day, Ken made sure it happened! I swear if I had asked for fireworks, he would’ve made it happen somehow lol. I’ll miss working with Ken, but I do want to thank him and his entire team for making our day memorable and amazing ️

The service here is outstanding. My sister had her wedding here last year and we fell in love with the hall and the amazing service and knew this was the place we wanted for our wedding venue. Ken and his team were amazing throughout the whole process - very good at communicating and supporting us through every step of the way and had amazing recommendations and tips.

Our original wedding date was supposed to be in May 2020 but of course, COVID-19 had other plans. Once COVID updates were provided to Ken he would always updated us and keep an open line of communication. Unfortunately we were unable to have our wedding at the venue due to COVID but Ken supported us through all of the postponement requests and was truly empathetic. After many many MANY phone calls and emails (sorry Ken) my fiance and I decided to continue with a small ceremony in a family friends backyard in July. Ken reached out after the fact and asked for some pictures!

Truly felt all of the love and support - would definitely recommend the Hazelton Manor for any/all events!

I've worked weddings for Royal Orchid Florist for five years now and every time we had to set up for a wedding/event and for tear down at night - it was always such a pleasure. Always a clean environment and the staff is very nice. George is a superstar

Hazelton Manor is such an amazing venue! We had our wedding there this February and everything went so smoothly. Ken was our point of contact there and he was simply amazing to work with. From helping us organize the little details to knowing when to break a stressful moment with some humour, he was the best! The night of the wedding, every little thing we needed was taken care of with the greatest attention to detail and timing. The food was so delicious and the bartenders kept our guests smiling. We can not thank the team at Hazelton enough for all their hard work the night of. Ken you made our vision of the day come true - thank you so much! I would highly recommend this venue to everyone!

Small but good venue for weddings and other celebrations. Went on January 12 to wedding of around 120 guests. One small room for ceremony and other for banquet and dancing. Decor common. Most annoying thing was that walls are thin and we could hear another celebration, speeches and music through the walls.

We had our wedding ceremony and reception at Hazelton Manor this past weekend in the Central Hall. We cannot say enough good things about this Venue! Ken was amazing to work with from the very first meeting! He helped us customize a menu, and answered any questions we had through the months leading up to our wedding. The space was beautiful and the food was amazing! We have been getting messages from friends and family about how delicious the food was. The Hazelton Manor team made the entire wedding planning process so incredibly easy, and everything went off flawlessly on the day of!
Also a special mention to the bartenders; they were fabulous all night!

George was amazing to deal with from our first meeting, the night was absolutely flawless, all the staff members the night of were so helpful and pleasant and the food was amazing! We loved how easy the entire process was having both our ceremony and reception take place on site and it’s all thanks to George and his team!

I had my wedding in July 2018 in the South hall of Hazelton Manor and my guests are STILL talking to me about the food, ambiance and impeccable service from the staff at Hazelton. I worked closely with George and he was able to execute my wedding the way I had envisioned. I decided to go with Hazelton based off of reviews I read and they certainly lived up to the expectations I had set for them. Thank you so much!

We recently held our company Gala at Hazelton Manor and, if I could rate our experience six stars, I most certainly would. The Gala was the first time I had ever planned anything of such magnitude and Ken was with me every step of the way providing suggestions, guidance and sharing his years of experience. The venue is beautiful, and the staff were very professional, friendly and accommodating (especially to the unexpected extra guests that showed up). Ken stayed for the entire event and was always close by when I needed him. Many thanks also to Jim who was also very accommodating. I would highly recommend Ken, Jim and their team to anyone wishing to host a perfect party.

The Hazleton Manor is an absolutely beautiful venue with great staff. We had the pleasure of working with Ken. If it wasn't for him, our wedding wouldn't have been what it was. He went above and beyond what needed to be done and he made everything effortless for us. I highly recommend this venue!

Event was a high school home coming. Instructions were provided indicating food allergies. Phone call to management at hall confirmed receipt of these food allergy notification. We were specifically told that the allergens are not served at all.

When food was served the food not only had the allergens on them but when servers were questioned students were told it’s not their job to care or know what’s on the food.

Servers were full of attitude and rude to the kids who all paid to attend the function organized by the school.
