Hazelton Place Retirement Residence

I am disppointed about the smoking faclities here which are inadequate. & suprising for a facility rated this highly

Money hungry, greedy people. Even if you are dying, they will suck every penny out of you. While you are taking your last breath, they are asking you to sign on papers so that all the money related formalities are done before you are officially declared dead. No compassion. Hazelden is a money sucking company that has become very rich by using vulnerable old people who have too much money. Shame on Hazelden!

I found this place to be a great place to work and a good place to start a career in hospitality. However I continually felt shamed by the top person and this is why I left. Thank you for the extremely fast response. Little hard to reach out to that email as it is the very person who does the shaming. I not believed if I say anything. This way I am at least heard by someone.

Great place to work within the hospitality industry.
Overall high end atmosphere and super friendly staff and management team make this place one of the best retirement homes in Toronto.

I recently moved my mother into Hazelton Place and it has been a wonderful experience both in introduction process with Leslie Westlake the Marketing Manager who was so professional and outstanding on the following up the details. The staff have been excellent with any interaction, the food excellent and overall cleanest is outstanding.
I highly recommend this facility to anybody looking for care for an older love one.

Hazleton Place was by far the best place I ever worked at. It was the first place where I felt i was apart of Mangement Team where my opinions actually mattered. The rest of the staff welcomed me with arms wide open. I got to meet such awesome Residents with such amazing background stories. The GM was a very cool and a respectful Manager with a great sense of humor. Thank you for the great memories that I will always cherish.

A wonderful residence with extremely caring staff, Hazelton Place did an outstanding job protecting their residents, and supporting them during the challenging times of the pandemic. Staff and nursing professionals always go above and beyond.
