I like the property. It's spacious and good to live. Maintenance Staff here is very cooperative and responsive.

The leak in our bedroom that they refuse to fix, they occasionally come in and look at it for "good measure" and then we do not hear from them for weeks at a time.

This is the third time the leak has occurred, and the last two times it took them three months each for them to even attempt at fixing the issue.

Our bedroom has become unlivable.

Update: we have mold but I cannot post anymore pictures.

Hazelview properties is the worst have ever seen. The light in my room is not working and It has been 3 days that i have been calling them everyday, but no one has came to change the light. It’s just 3 mins work honestly.

The management is so inefficient and improper. Considering this as the last place in the list!

We moved into Hazelview Properties on Mooregate crescent in August, 2022. Tristan Mitchell has been working with us before we signed the lease and throughout our tenancy. Tristan's friendly professionalism and helpful nature has made our stay comfortable and easy. Tristan is incredibly approachable and we have never worried about asking him questions throughout the process of leasing or our tenancy. My best experience as a tenant I have had. Staff are kind, helpful and professional, especially Tristan. Buildings are clean and well maintained. I would 100% recommend anyone to live here.

Tristan is amazing.kind and patient. He made the process seemless and easy. The building is spotless. The unit is gorgeous! Upgrades and amenities. Definitely home sweet home!

Worst place to call home the staff is extremely rude and they don't care about you time. This place is a joke. Thay even broke my stuff in my bathroom and when I went to the office thay did not even care that they broke my stuff.

So once again I am parked on the street hoping I don't get another parking ticket, despite the fact that I'm paying $90 monthly for a parking spot. Despite the fact that providing a parking spot is outlined in my lease, I was misled about parking and this has not been fixed. Signed a lease in November which included a parking spot, was told when I moved in in January that none were available (but you continued to collect money for it). February I went to the office to confirm a spot would be available in March (I was told I would get a spot in March) and was told I had to wait until the other guy came back from vacation. When he returned, it was after March 1 and the $90 had been taken AGAIN despite what I was told in January. I went into the office and was told I would get a phonecall about my parking spot later that day. That was on March 2. No phonecall. I called again March 9. No one has returned my call. At this point, you owe me $90 x 5 (Jan, Feb, Mar, April and last month deposit) PLUS $110 in parking tickets I have accrued since there is often no visitor parking and I have to park on the street. You have shown that you cannot be trusted to adjust the amount to account for the money you have fraudulently taken and account for the fact that you have not given me the parking spot outlined in my lease. Maintenance ticket was marked "Work Completed" even though no effort was made to either communicate with me about my spot or refund the money you owe me or adjust my rent to reflect the lack of spot. The fact that you can't even bother to call me after explicitly saying you would is unacceptable. I await my missing $560.

This is simply the most disgusting building I’ve ever lived in with the most disgusting people. Management stores all of the garbage and recycling bins in the underground parking, in front of the entry way to the elevators. The smell is so atrocious and garbage is everywhere. The underground ceilings severely leak every time it rains. The floors of the elevators are mopped in the morning and by the afternoon they’re littered with food, dog pee, used Q-tips etc. The elevators smell, the hallways smell, you can smell the garbage when you pull your car up to the garage door. I won’t even use the laundry facilities because it’s so filthy. It takes forever to have any sort of maintenance completed and some of the maintenance guys are really creepy. I’m counting down the months before I can submit my notice to vacate!

We have regretted moving into a Timbercreek property from the first week we did. Can't wait for our lease to be up.

I will say our unit is renovated and we haven't had any issues with bugs. But the maintenance in the building is crazy. They never give you the legal required amount of notice for most things they post. We have had our water shut off about 6 times with no notice at all. We have to body check our bathroom door to get into it. Our toilet constantly runs and never fills up all the way. Our shower head leaks water onto the other side of the wall. (Sorry downstairs neighbours, we asked them to repair it) Our mailbox is completely janked to the point where mail has been returned to the sender because Canada post won't use it. Our front door knob fell off in my hand after having issues with it for two months. They still didn't want to fix it. Had to contact the regional manager to get a new knob/lock system. Just frustrating on every level.

If its for one year you can probably make it work in a pinch.but unfortunately this is not the place to settle down that we were looking for.

Everything is always out of order. And noone is ever in the office the building is occasionally cleaned but no where near enough. At least in my unit counter tops in kitchen are coming up and the bath tub is peeling they just dont care. Laundry facilities are are always out of order the underground parking is full of holes and is flooded. The only renovations they do are on the outside so people want to come in it doesnt benefit the people living here in any way. My electricity even shuts off if I have my tv on and try to make coffee

What a waste of my time. All that rushing to get a deposit together just to be told we were declined because of credit. That's the most pathetic excuse I have ever heard. We were applying for an apartment so we could have a roof over our head that doesn't consist of a 16' trailer, not financing for a luxury purchase we don't need. After reading some of the other reviews on this property, I am very glad we got declined, because from what I've heard and seen, you only let drug dealers into your building anyway. Denying someone an apartment because their credit isn't good enough for YOUR standards should be illegal, but somehow sleazy corporations like this place get away with such discrimination. Thank you for making me lose all faith I had left in humanity by making it all but impossible for us to not end up homeless! How the hell do you people sleep at night? !

Worst Management, my AC is not working for 1 month now.everythime I call they say that they are not bound to give AC in summer. HOPELESS management people. They should be left in sahara desert without water!

Roach infested apartments. They sprayed ours. We still have roaches. We asked if they would be spraying other apartments (it's necessary to keep the infestation from simply moving to another unit). There are still roaches in this unit. So glad we're moving out. Stay away from building 80.and one working elevator.

Do not move here! When we first moved in the apartment was nowhere up to par with what they promised us. They told us they would recompinsate us and never did.not only that we had to live out of boxes for 2 months till we could move into a different unit that was slightly better.homeless people live in the stairwells. Fire alarm goes off constantly. Pigeons infest the balcony so it's not useable unless you don't mind sitting on a balcony filled with bird feces. Put in maintenance request and half the time nothing gets done about it. The place smells. Only 2 elevators in 50 mooregate so if one elevator is on service expect to wait 5 to 10minutes to get the elevator that isn't on service. DO NOT MOVE HERE. WASTE OF MONEY.
