Manan provided outstanding help with the process of renting out this apartment. He went above and beyond to assist me with the documents and he was extremely kind. I recommend Hazelview Properties to anyone looking to rent in the London area.

I visited today to see one of the apartments and I was really impressed with their buildings.
Apart from the gym, they’re not big on amenities but overall the community, staff and cleanliness is impeccable. Also the basics like laundry and garbage disposal are well taken care of.
The new leasing agent Manan, was very kind and professional and walked me through entire application process very patiently.

Sokha Johnston is a wonderful community manager to work with, her staff Rosanna is a pleasure to deal with. I enjoy dealing with hazel view on a weekly basis.

Absolutely amazing staff to deal with! Sohka is very patience and knowledgeable and beyond friendly. As a contractor she makes our job very easy and is extremely helpful.

Bad management, poorly maintained building of cockroaches and bad insulating apartments almost frozen during winter.horrible to live

I absolutely loved living here. I would give it 5 stars except for 2 things. 1. Hydro is a little expensive in the winter ($200-300/month). 2. I had a neighbor move in across the hall and down one that smelled like they let their cats pee wherever and they never took their garbage out. It was gross. I'm not a patient person when it comes to that so I moved out before the eviction process could be completed.
Overall, beautiful huge apartments, things fixed promptly. During signing our lease we were given a welcome gift of a beautiful throw blanket and a bag. You receive a card that gives you discounts at some stores just for being a tenant with Timbercreek (I mostly used mine at Jysk). The building was relatively clean and the neighbors mostly minded their own. The office staff I had at the time was amazing, we had Lissa during our stay and I always knew things were going to be taken care of when I went to her.
The building is pet friendly, lots of parking, far enough away from the road that you dont hear the traffic. There is so much natural light and if your lucky enough to get a corner unit, there are bay windows that allow extra space.
Out of all the apartments I rented before moving into a house, this one was the best. I also did not experience any pest issues aside from the annual ladybugs.
If you have the budget for these units, totally worth it. So much space!

My friend was a resident at this slum. The entire time he lived there (5 months) there was a strong scent of urine on the 7th floor hallway by his apartment. When his doctor told him that a skin problem he has was caused by vermin in the building he informed the landlord and moved out immediately.
Months later and without warning, he was contacted by collections who are trying to collect rent for the entire remaining duration of his lease and not accounting even for the last month rent deposit that was abandon. He is suing them for the injury inflicted due the the pests, the unsanitary living conditions, and their attempt to claim money through collections they are not entitled to.
If you move here, you're nuts! If you live here, I feel sorry for you.

I wish I could give you all 0 zeros, especially Joan Der. Poorly managed. Staff do no answer their phones during standard business hours - a problem that's been going on for over 6 months now. Conversely, the staff employed in the Building Office at 760 consistently make errors when it comes to rent payments, charging us fees for their incompetence. They also LOVE to leave aggressive, threatening letters in the slit of your door after business hours and on weekends.
