I advise all customers to get a copy of your claims history and check the details of your claim. They accidentally filed a claim for my car when I never filed a claim. This had affected my premiums by a whole lot for renewal and didn't know why. I then decided to shop around and look for other insurance provider so I needed an experience letter. So it wasn't untill then that I noticed an open claim registered under my car (which clearly ended up being a clerical error). To get this resolved, It took 3 days and over 10 hours of phone calls (including being on hold for hours and being moved around between agents). I am very disappointed on how the agents handled this issue especially that I have been loyal with them for 7 years. I am still shocked that I had to spend that much time to clear up a mistake that their own agents did. Also, they LIE (or maybe they're just not properly trained) so make sure to keep probing them with questions because after being on a call for over 10 hours with different agents every explanation I get from them is different. Which is very concerning as I start to question the credibility of this company. I advise for you to get a copy of the information they have in their system especially now that they are going through a transition and it doesn't seem like the right information is getting transmitted over properly! Also just to further show how inefficient and incompetent their employees, they had to send me 6 different experience letter as they always have incorrect information disclosed in it. So please make sure to review what they send you, and take what they say with a grain of salt.

I was over charge about 2 times 1000$ for changing address in Less than 2 months second one without notice and they don't want to give my money back

Called to get a quote for my car but waited for 10 minutes and nobody answered. Excellent customer service

BEWARE of this company. I had group insurance through my company KPMG. Even though my insurance contract ended and I called prior to that confirming the closing of my account. Aside from that, they have continued to fraudulently charge my account for 3 months (PAST THE CONTRACT DATE and agreed end date when I called). When I call in now, after being on hold for a long time, the person tells me they sent me emails and phone calls 4 months ago - which were all lies - no such things exist. They could not provide proof of an email to me, the representative provided an example of the letter i "would have" been emailed, which says nothing about extending my contract or continuing to charge me. Furthermore, when I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor, they say they do not do that. That some customer service advocate will give me a call in 3 - 5 business days. I joked "like the emails and calls I apparently got 4 months ago? ". This is extremely shady I now I await this advocate call.

Lastly, the best part - my refund would be processed in 5-6 weeks if it does get approved. Meanwhile, they stole 3 months of car/condo insurance from me - what a complete scam and terrible customer service.

Very bad company after i had small accident they said it is my fault last may/ 2019.this week they send me a letter saying they can not renew my insurance policy march 1 /2020 because of the accident.plus the have very bad customer service and one person there I realy feel he does not like me because my faith he is antisemitic I will take legal action against them if I can not find fair insurance please take action to stop this abuse if you have same experience (under the COSECO banner)

HIRE SOME STAFF for your call center! I had no problem getting through when I was purchasing my policy, however, now that I need to make an account change I'm on hold for over an hour? !? !

We have been with this company under the COSECO banner for 3 vehicles a house and a mobile home and are very pleased with the service and the rates
