I had a wash, cut and blow-dry today with a hairdresser who's got long red/orange hair (I'm sorry I didn't get your name). She was so sweet and easy to talk to about my hair, especially because I rarely get haircuts due to bad experiences as a child. She was so soft-spoken and took her time with me; I never felt rushed whatsoever. I asked to go shorter and she reassured me that I could ask to cut more as many times as I wanted and that she will take it slow with cutting the length off. I appreciated that so much. Please let her know that she's making a great difference being with your company.

Been coming here for years, always accommodating and getting me in when needed. All the staff is wonderful!

They don't know men hair cut. I don't know name of lady cut my hair she finish in 5 min and I show her picture want to cut like that it totally difficult.if any men's wanna cut avoid this place

Usly this place is amazing but to. Wait an hour and a half for a simple hair cut when I had an appointment no wash just a cut is just redculous sorry but I won't be returning expcally when my kids only like this place is sad

A week ago, I went to there to get my hair cut/layer for the first time there and Nicole took me last minute. I informed her that I’m deaf so I wouldn’t be able to communicate well with her when I take my cochlear implants off. She was so understanding and respectful, we communicated through texting on phone when she was washing/cutting my hair. She surprised me that she know little bit of sign language that even made my day a lot better because of her! Definitely coming back again to get my hair done by Nicole:)

My best friend went there to get her hair dyed and they didn’t even give her the hair color she wanted even though she showed the girl that did her hair a picture it was supposed to be a maroon color. The first time she did it she messed up and my friend asked her to fix it then the second time she tried to fix it came out with orange highlights then she ask for a refund because this hairstylist messed up her hair and they didn’t give her the money back. Let’s just say they are terrible at hair and have horrible service definitely do not recommend

The hairstyling staff is extremely nice, however I noticed that the manager by the name of Khalid is extremely rude to his staff. This will drive customers and eventually staff away if this treatment continues. Do better, Khalid.

I had the best experience here. Iman was my hairdresser. She was so nice and gave me the best haircut ever. I am so happy that I went to this place. I will definitely recommend everyone to visit them.

I came here for balayage. Maryaana explained me the entire process and was very patient with every question I had about the product being used. When I realized I went too light on the color, they were happy to change it for me. I would recommend this place. Great craftsmanship and excellent customer service.

Further Update: I had been trying to book with Nicole again the pasted 2 weeks but I was only able to book on Nicole's day off both times due to my work schedule.
I had Vicki cut my daughters hair last week instead and she did an amazing job!

I went back again this week and had Vicki put red in my hair as a change for Fall/Winter and I was overwhelmed by compliments when I went in to work today by both my students and co-workers.

I have gone to other salons simply out of convenience and I left in tears!

The lady who did my haircut was great.a very sweet lady. But II will not return to this place and will not recommend to anyone. The lady owner was condescending.

The owner stood impatiently by my hair stylist while my stylist was at the cash register to bill me out.

The lady owner’s demeanour or body language tell you that she was annoyed because she was waiting and as if her time is most important than the rest of us

That lady owner was waiting to use the cash register to bill her own customer. She didn’t say anything but her actions spoke louder than words. Actually she said to my hairstylist “do you need help” sounding.condescending as if my hair stylist didn’t know what she was doing.

My hairstylist knew what she was doing but she was working quite slowly as if she was just a new hire or that she needed eyeglass.

I wondered why the attitude? No one was waiting. It was not busy.

The whole took about 5 to minutes. I wanted to tell the lady owner to just go ahead if she was in a hurry but on 2nd I didn’t. I was thinking let her wait just like everyone else.

I left the place feeling offended for the lady who did my hair cut or some unpleasant feeling arising from an unpleasant encounter.

Such a cheap owner …. He ruined my hair, and when I asked him to fix my hair or return my money he was so rude and asked to leave and said he is not going to fix it and not going to return the money. When you go first time they are very nice but if you ask them to fix something they are different people. Such a poor customer service. I warn those people who think of talking their services. Such a bad place and owner. I would never recommend this place to anybody. 0 stars. Cheap people …. Hey owner keep my money as a tip for you and for your staff.

They all are so nice and friendly I felt like I was with my friends. I cut my hair and dye it. I always do the same cut never changed it but with different salons and non did it the way I wanted it except them. The best salon ever! All my family went there after I did:)

I had an impulse to get a haircut and haircolor to my hip-length hair. She knew exactly what I wanted with little info I gave her and did an awesome job. I really liked the result. Def recommend

Walking into this hair salon is the biggest mistake I made this year. I just wanted someone to trim my hair and I found Maryna because I saw her from their Facebook. And I showed her a photo from their Facebook which is a simple hairstyle. She cut and blow dried my hair so it was hard to see the details. But after I went back home and took a shower, I found my hair is so messed up. It's totally uneven, and outside layer was so thick and short. And the bottom of my hair is uneven also. A kid can cut better than this! I have to spend another $50 to have my hair cut again. Of course in another hair salon.

I am a regular client at this salon. I always get blowouts from Maryna. I always receive great, professional, and clean service!

I came in as a walk in and asked if anyone had time to squeeze me in for a balayage and haircut. I was greeted with kindness by the staff and was designated to Iman. She’s wonderful. She did a great job with my hair and has an amazing personality! I found out later that she actually volunteered to stay past the time she was supposed to stay at the salon to take me in and do my hair. She’s very dedicated to her work. I highly recommend this salon and will be back again!

My First time at HD Hair, I am thrilled at my new look, Hairstylist Nicole Talbot did an amazing job & created a look suited for me - the salon is impeccably clean, friendly staff, enjoyable experience, I will be back)

I called and booked an appointment for a haircut with Khalid. They asked me who I wanted and I said Khalid. They said he can take you at noon. I drove in from Harrow and was on time. He did not take me. Did not acknowledge me. He passed me off to a woman who raced through my hair in less than 15 minutes. I asked for a pixie cut with layers and something edgy. I left with uneven, hacked up hair. I literally have to pay someone else to fix my hair. I needed a precision cut and a GOOD cut. I asked for Khalid and was told I had an appointment w him. This was only my second cut since Covid and I am very upset to be treated so poorly, to be out my money and to have to find a new stylist. TERRIBLE experience. I am very upset.

It was a great experience. They transform my brassy hair into an amazing hair. I really love how they did to my hair. I would recommend this hair salon.

The only place I go to get my hair done. Iman has always taken care of me and made sure I’m satisfied before I leave and I always am. She does my colour, highlights, cuts, and styles and I’m always happy with the result.

Amal is professional and courteous. I attended as a walk-in. She was attentive to my hair care needs and delivered quality service. She has a great personality and is very personable. The salon itself is clean and well organized. Great atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Khalid has been with a few salons through the mall. I follow where he goes. He does amazing work. Always makes me feel so much better aBout myself after a great haircut.

I got my hair done from Khalid on Thursday. I left extremely happy and thankful to have someone fix my mistake of using a box dye. Professional service would highly recommend him for colour as he took his time and asked all the right questions to Make sure i would be happy. Thank you HD hair salon.

My daughter’s hair was done by Iman and she did an amazing job! She had a wonderful personality, she out my teenager at ease right off the bat. Services she received was a treatment, wash, cut & blow dry. I picked up my daughter who had all smiles because she was so happy. Iman was so good we rebooked a follow up appointment before leaving. Highly recommend

My daughter has been getting her haircut and styled with Iman for awhile now. Iman is so great and super friendly every time we go in. She always does a great job and my daughters hair always looks great each time!

I went in asking for layers, hair thinning, and a cut. Unfortunately, the hair dresser started cutting, did not even show me what my hair looked like until the “final product” after my hair had been “curled” to cover up what it really looked like. I was not given an option to see what she did to it, or to ask for anything more cut off or anything done different. I left looking like I got a choppy 1/2 inch cut off and 3 curls put in my hair, with zero hair thinning done. Went home straight after and my family was shocked that I paid for it and had my mom take these pictures.

I was having having down day and I walked in for a cut and ended up getting a color, cut, was blow out and I feel amazing! The gentleman that helped me was fantastic very nice and very professional. I will be back. Thank u for making me feel human again!

I got my daughter's hair cut here and I found the lady to be very dismissive and cold. No smile, no hello. Just a, yup I can do it in a few minutes.

She took WAY to much off the top I only need the bangs trimmed a little.and I asked for it to be evened out at the back a little not all her curls be chopped off. She looks like a boy now.

Most of the time, if I ask for a professional opinion on a style or cut.the hairstylist is more than happy to let me know what she thinks but not this lady. She just chewed her gum and was on her phone as much as she could be. I had to wait for her to be off her phone so I could pay.

I get people have bad days but.try? A little bit at least?

Never, ever again will I go here.

I had a wonderful experience with my stylist Maryna. I initially went for a blow dry but she suggested curls. They turned out amazing I had so many compliments during the day. My hair doesn't hold well with curls but these lasted the whole day!

Iman is awesome at this salon. She knows what she is doing and she is very professional and makes sure you leave completely satisfied. I would recommend her for cut and colour services. Truly top notch!

Not good. I choose angilica for haircut.she was pretty confused in the first place what i wanted. The haircut was a total mess.she ruined my hair.now I can't even keep it open.

I could not be happier with my experience today getting my hair cut and coloured by Kalid! He really took the time to understand what I was wanting and then blew my expectations out of the water, my hair ended up being better than any picture I could have showed him. When we took our daughter for her haircut, the young lady was very helpful and talented. Very professional and kind. But a few days later we took our son who was cared for by another individual. This lady didn't follow my direction at all and also answered personal calls during our visit. Maybe pay more attention to your job and make less mistakes. Probably won't go back.
