Customer service was rude and condescending. Unfortunately the only store at the time that had what we needed.

Bought a few things. But one of the tools was a lot more then anywhere else. Doesn’t help that there’s no prices on the shelf’s. How do you k ow what the cost is. Are you supposed to ask for every item how much? Do they make up prices depending on the customer. I don’t get it? Well I definitely wouldn’t want to come back. Rather do to a big box store where there is deals.

Superb experience. Knowledgeable staff, ordered products within 24 hours, excellent customer service. Rose even made me a coffee.

Prices are ok. Ok place for hardware.snow shovels a bit higher price then other suppliers.

Outstanding customer service and huge selection. A must have account for anyone in the trades!
