Charles knows what he is talking about, is helpful, professional, and he has a great selection of quality equipment - which is available for listening sessions to try. Headfoneshop is certainly worth paying a visit if you happen to have audiophile needs.

If you are a non-Asian customer, congratulations, you will receive the warmest service. If you are an Asian, especially if you are Chinese, congratulations on returning to the video store where you were a hundred years ago during the war. Do not let them know that you speak Chinese, or you may get the worst possible special service, even if you are prepared to spend thousands of dollars on equipment. Show your cash before speak any other languages to get a good service, apologies to them if you say your homeland language, it is totally unacceptable in this store

Spend at least 2 hours there to find what I'm looking for really happy with the purchase and how owner takes care his customers he explained everything in spot! Definitely recommend
