Had an emergency situation and Headwaters fit me in same day. Kody is a miracle worker! Was in extreme pain walking in, but walked out with very little pain and more mobility. Highly, highly recommend if you are in need of physio, go to Headwaters Physio.

My daughter who is a minor had an ACL replacement and was showing great progress with Kody, until I had a payment disagreement with the staff and manager. I requested to speak to the manager twice before she returned my call where she stated she would get back to me with a decision about payment. A day or two later I notice many emails coming to me about cancelled appointments! I did not cancel these future appointments personally and supposedly this is a "rule" they follow and "are not allowed or have the authority to cancel, change, or book appointments for you, " but here I have my appointments cancelled for me. I called to see why they were cancelled and so on and was dismissed, and did not get a call back.
I've never had an issue prior to and Kody was doing an amazing job. My daughter has anxiety and depression and now we have the challenge of getting her used to someone else and I don't think that's fair to her.
I would not recommend this place as they have no empathy or sympathy for their clients OR come from a non biased approach.
All over money, that manager sacrificed my daughter's well being and recovery time because of money and a point that me as the paying customer has all rights to question and appeal.
So thank you Kody for as much as you did he is very kind. But as for management thank you for showing us how people make this corrupt world the way it is!

Scott is amazing, he has helped me gain mobility I once lost, his knowledge of biomechanics knows no bounds, he is professional and brilliant. This was my first time at Headwaters Physio and the experience was very enjoyable.
Kody was friendly and knowledgeable.
He set me up with exercises after evaluating my range of motion.
We will continue to see each other once a week for the next few weeks.

Christian took the time and effort to teach my 8 year old stretches after her massage to help prevent her hip pain. He went above and beyond to ensure she felt comfortable. Great work Christian!

Super informative and thorough assessment! Great clarity and exercises. Kody seems to have Lots of knowledge although he’s easy to understand and listens well to the client! He has good demonstrations and is believable in his attributes!

Kody treated me for an Achilles rupture and a shoulder surgery helped get me back into shape for the summer and outdoor activity

With spring rolling around and me looking forward to being outdoors I did a full assessment on both previous injuries and we will be revisiting certain workouts to ensure proper stability

Both of my teenagers have been seeing Scott at Headwaters for the past few years for a variety of injuries (dislocated knee, tendinitis, broken hand, etc.) and trust him immeasurably. He always takes the time to explain the exercises and treatments and treats them with absolute professionalism. Wouldn't take them anywhere else.

Terrific massage that left me feeling so much better while offering insight into body alignment and functioning, as well as constructive suggestions.
