Headwaters Walk-In Clinic

One of the most well run clinics I have been to. The staff are very accommodating. You can book a time, call and arrange a time they will call you. The most reasonable way for a clinic to be run in the 21st century. No 3-4 hour waits. Most other walk ins should be ashamed they cant accomadate like they do.

Both staff and doctors are very attentive, and I felt that my concerns were genuinely listened to. The place is clean and well kept and the pharmacy has the fastest turnaround time for medication I've ever seen. I had a relatively severe antibiotic resistant infection I went in for at least 3 times in the last two weeks and not once did I ever feel like I was a bother. Everyone I spoke with genuinely empathized and attempted to resolve my problem. The clinic can be very busy on the lines but that's due to one receptionist handling multiple lines and a phone ringing off the hook all day, when I can't get ahold of them I usually attempt to walk in at opening time instead and that has worked for me! Thank you to all the lovely staff here for helping my awful time get a lot better!

This is my favourite walk in clinic and I’ve tried them all in Orangeville. Friendly, polite, and good doctors. I love the same day booking system as I don’t waste time sitting in a lobby for hours. Will always go here from now on.

Best walk in clinic I've ever been to! Fast and excellent service. Very short wait times too. Wonderful receptionist, fantastic doctor & amazingly kind and expeditious pharmacist! An incredibly positive experience! I'd give 10 stars if that was an option. Kudos to the entire team!

The best experience I’ve ever had at a walk in clinic. I got in, saw doctor who took time to listen to me, got my prescriptions filled in the same office, and on my way home all within 45 min. Unbelievable. I highly recommend this place.

Best walk-in I’ve ever been to. Receptionist was extremely friendly and sympathetic. Doctor was incredibly friendly and efficient. Had my prescription filled in no time flat. I would visit this place again.

Outstanding! Dr Trigazis is knowledgeable, friendly and doesn’t wast unnecessary time. We need more Doctors like him. Receptionist both ladies at the right place. They don’t get frazzled with the patient volume or all the phone calls. Again always friendly. Thank you, you are much appreciated.

Receptionist was lovely, offered me an appointment for an hour from when I entered, but as she saw a no show she immediately offered me an earlier time. The doctor was personable and discreet while still being informative and addressing my concerns. Pharmacy took great care in explaining my prescription. Overall, it just felt like they truly cared about my wellbeing.
Entered the clinic at 320 and was out by 350.
