I have been seeing Heidi for almost 20 years and I cant say enough good things about her. She (and her staff) are fully there to help you feel better and be at your best. Heidi is kind, attentive, thoughtful, caring, helpful, knowledgeable, has the patients best interest in mind.the list goes on. I would highly recommend her to anyone, especially if you are looking for an alternative to our healthcare system.

I have chronic back pain and one day I bent over and could barely walk, rotate or lie down comforably. I'm so glad for Sarah and our spiritual discissions during myofascial release, it gave me great tools to use to keep my back feeling better. I have been seeing Dr. Heidi for approximately 2 years now. It has been the best decision I have made for my own health and that of my family. Heidi cares for my 3 children and my husband as well with all our health questions and concerns.

Having Physiotherapists and accupuncturists on staff means was able to get a much more well-rounded treatment plan.

My family and I have been seeing Dr Heidi for 16 years for everything from allergies, to common ailments, general well being and also some very challenging health issues. I have been a client of Healing Foundations for the past decade. I turned to Dr. Heidi McGill when traditional doctors weren't able to help me fully resolve my health issues. Dr. Heidi took the time to get to the root of the problem.providing me with only naturopathic remedies, which I much prefer over the chemical alternatives. I first went to Heidi when I was feeling rundown, overweight, exhausted, peri-menopausal, and generally frustrated. Heidi listened to all my concerns and sent me for comprehensive blood work. She then took the time to carefully explain everything that came back and why I was feeling the way I was.

I added osteopath as well, and Andrea has helped me feel stronger and helped with pain. I am now feeling calmer, healthier, more positive, and have more energy to exercise regularly.

I highly recommend going to see Dr. Heidi. She has improved both my physical and mental health. 8 months ago, when I found out I was pregnant, I booked an appt with Heidi because I wanted to optimize my health and pregnancy. My first appt was so warm and welcoming. Heidi recommended I start acupuncture treatment with her because it is so beneficial during pregnancy. She was right! My pregnancy has been a breeze. I feel like my acupuncture treatments have helped with my energy levels, stress levels, and any pain I feel in my body. Sometimes it doesn’t even feel like I am pregnant because I feel like my health is in the best condition ever. I feel strong and confident! Through Heidi’s recommendation, I also started osteopathic treatments with Andrea who is another practitioner at Healing Foundations. This was a game changer. Andrea is very knowledgeable and passionate about her work. She has expressed so much enthusiasm while working with me and I feel like I can trust her. After my first appt with her, my lower back pain disappeared. It felt like magic! I will continue to see Andrea for the remainder of my pregnancy and postpartum and I think anyone can benefit from her treatments!

In my first trimester of pregnancy, I travelled to Nova Scotia and unfortunately while I was there, I contracted Lyme disease. This was very devastating and traumatic. I started experiencing horrible symptoms and I got very sick. Dr. Heidi worked alongside me and helped me manage my symptoms. She was very optimistic and she also helped me maintain a positive attitude through what seemed like a never ending nightmare! With the work of antibiotics and Heidi’s homeopathic recommendations, I was able to cure my Lyme disease after 5 months. This was huge!
