I was contacted by Health Bound after I was in a serious car accident in April of 2023. I am currently and thankfully receiving physiotherapy from Rady ARJMANDI! He believes in his patients, he is very knowledgeable, he is so supportive in my healing journey, he is caring, kind and a great listener when I am complaining about my pain! He always has encouraging words for me. I love chatting with him as I work through the specialized exercises for my injuries. I can’t say enough about Rady. He is one of a kind! I am truly blessed to have him! Thanks Rady!

This clinic wasted my time and are useless. I dealt with Ani Davytan. She called said they would help me but were busy so they'd have to help me at the beginning of February.
I said, that's fine and looked forward to hearing from them. Then. NOTHING. I had to call and get in touch with her and after explaining that I didn't hear from her as promised, she gives me the run around then asks if I am still in need of help?
No. I'm just following up with you for fun! Of course I do! Absolutely dense!
Fast forward a week. I send what was requested. My insurance adjuster gives her a hard time.as they always do! This clinic supposed works with insurance so this would be nothing new. Conversation continues and she had the nerve to state that she had given me 2 hours of her time for free. YIKES!
Absolutely rude and yes that's what happens until you actually get a file open and START working on it.
I would avoid this clinic. I've now wasted 5 weeks of time when i could have started elsewhere!

It's very friendly staff and they help really well when you have pain, whether it's from a car accident, or arthritis, or whether it's from whatever. They give you a sheet of paper after they work with you for the 1st time. To take home to do to do some exercises and stretching help, To manage your pain at home.

After the surgery, my neck pain was excruciating.

Rady Arjmandi, the Physiotherapist has been that ray of hope in my life who has not only helped me with physio treatment but also help me deal with the pain mentally. He is genuine, caring, experienced and very professional - a true gem. He is exactly that special ingredient you need in your recovery.
I wish I could make more clones of him so more people with chronic injuries can be helped.

There are many times I didn't feel the greatest or the most pleasant but his positive attitude always helped me come out of that zone, complete my session on a happy note and give me the courage that I can do this.

Rady, thanks a lot for helping me and hope you have the strength to heal many more.

*****BEWARE***** This clinic is not here to help you. They are in BUSINESS of keeping you unwell in order to bill insurance company’s. They are unprofessional unprepared, unhealthy and unhelpful. They made my injuries worse. They made me fill out a 50 pages of forms for 20mins on my first appointment. When I could barley drive to get there. They “assessed “ my condition and gave wrong diagnosis. I never got better when I was a patient there. It’s all about money /MVA/ so called lawyers that are “here to help “. The only people they help or themselves. The reviews are fake, on there site and here on goggle. Don’t go here if you want to heal n get better. Trust me it’s not a good place. Nor are there “healthcare” referrals out, as they are all in this together with main objective GET MONEY!

In July 2019 my assailant drove her car directly into mine. The ball in my left arm was broken as well as my neck which was broken in two places. I was in disbelief. The pain was excruciating, and I was stressed off the Richter scale.
Rady is a professional physiotherapist. He has an innate ability to relate and inspire. He got me moving with prescriptive exercises,
electrotherapy, the use of a Bone Growth Stimulator machine and acupuncture. Subsequently, and gradually with time and diligence, my level of mobility and strength improved and the intense pain and my stress level decreased.
I am grateful for the wonderful care and treatment Rady provided during my physiotherapy sessions and his role in my healing journey. He is a valuable asset to Health Bound.

In my honest opinion and review, I would like thank Healthbound Network for your outstanding professional service through out the years. I have been receiving Physiotherapy treatment from R. Arjmandi who has been very educational in providing me with extensive knowledge to maintain my mobility function, injury prevention, health and fitness. I would like to also mention exceptional service and professionalism from G. Faktorovych who helps with maintaining my circulation increase relaxation and aid in general wellness. They are both friendly highly skilled and very respectful towards my injury situation. I appreciate you both, excellent service! Pure joke company. Sent me a psw that canceled 3 times before actually showing up and doing nothing. She canceled 1 more time after that and since then I have cared for myself. Every aspect of their treatmeant of me has felt like a fraud. I highly recommend suicide than this company

The service at Healthbound is an experience that helped me towards my continued journey of recovery. The atmosphere is welcoming right from entering into the clinic im always greeted with a warm smile which always follows how are you today. Communication is always and forever the key to exceptional service.

Such a great and positive environment! I've been going to the bloor clinic since May 2019 after a terrible accident the staff at the bloor health bound clinic have been amazing and has helped me on my journey to recovery and still continues to help. I kindly recommend this location to anyone seeking therapy!

I was recovering from a broken wrist and my physiotherapist, Rady, was the best! He helped me through each session, and guided me from one exercise to the next while keeping things fun and informative. My wrist’s range of motion has improved a lot since I started working with him, and I now have less restrictions. He was a great physiotherapist, and just an overall kind human being to work with and learn from

I have been going to this location for a few months. From the first day I was welcomed warmly by everyone that I have met there. Both Jake the physiotherapist, and Pred the massage therapist, were very patient with me. They have done wonders for my healing process. My body feel rejuvenated now.

I started physiotherapy about 10 months ago. I have never done it before. I can tell you I have the best physio Rady (Radmehr Arjmandi). He is extremely knowledgeable. He very patient with you takes his time to treat you with no or little pain as possible. He goes above and beyond to ensure his clients are more than satisfied.
I am very grateful for his professionalism and friendly ways. I highly recommend him to anyone.

Went to this place for physiotherapy, massage and chiro. First of all, the ladies at the front were really nice and friendly. I like that they screened for covid as I know they do it to everybody and made me feel assured that I'm safe during my visit. So I had a knee injury from 2 years ago from playing hockey and finally got it checked. Shabil and Jake saw me on my first appointment and introduced exercises. They were very professional. The exercises were pretty easy to do on my own and after doing it a couple of times, my knee feels so much better. I got massages from both Tatiana and Pred already and both are amazing, very relaxing. I saw Pred wiping down the room before my appointment and I'm pleased to see that. I always had issues on my lower back from work so I decided to see their chiro as well. Sarah was very friendly and chatted with me althroughout the appointment. It's my first time seeing a chiro and I was quite nervous but she made me feel comfortable by explaining what she exactly she was going to do. She cracked my backed and I immediately felt better. She gave me exercises too while sitting on my desk and it's very helpful because I can do them at work. Will definitely come back for more. Hoping to book an appointment soon.

I started massage therapy with Pred about a month a ago. On my first visit we worked out some problem areas and he gave me tips to work on them in between session. I had my second visit today. After working on my problem areas again, he put me to sleep with a relaxing massage to end the session. Would highly recommend.

The customer service is also very receptive and front desk is all smiles!

Health Bound staff have helped me a great deal over the last year. The physio I had, Rady, is extremely knowledgeable. He made a painful and long process very manageable with his friendly attitude. He listens to clients and adjusts the treatment as needed.

Health bound is really welcoming. They have a ton of services to choose from. I highly recommend trying this clinic out.

I had a motor vehicle accident 2months ago, I got scared of the drivers style, he was driving 90km/h+ on Dundas the rain was heavy, plus the limit is 60km/h,
This place is very hard to get to with crutches, I've been there once when it was raining, their driver dropped me off the other side of the building and said this door just go in, yeah right, I felt lost there is no information board or reception desk it's a lobby, was a hard time to find the place and challenging not just the distance on a broken foot, but talk about the floor condition it felt like ice with a crutches, I almost fall and injured my self more, it may slippery on good two feet as well when that floor is wet.anyway
After the therapy I had to book my appointment like I know much better than my therapist how often I need therapy, I booked appointments, but the receptionist forget to mark it so actually it was not booked.
I would not recommend this place to anyone who is on their own,

I'd like to share my honest story with you all. It was just over a year ago when I discovered Health Bound through Groupon voucher. I had been hesitant to purchase any health & beauty related services from the website, but I said heck, it's a $100 for two microdermabrasion sessions. When I made my first appointment with the clinic, I paid the taxes for the purchased Groupon voucher. The esthetician informed me since I have breakouts, microdermabrasion is not appropriate, I should wait until my skin is cleared out. Although I purchased the Groupon for this matter, I listened to her advice. She pulled out a selection of memberships and I ended up neglecting the voucher and purchased the annual membership. Throughout the year, I had multiple sessions of Chemical Peel. Although this isn't like your typical spa, where the calm music plays and you're left in quiet. It's more like, quick facial and chat throughout your session and leave.

Back in Fall 2018, I let the esthetician know I'd like to use the voucher before they expire. I had booked my first session, all went well. With the second appointment, I was planning a trip so I informed them I will call back. I had a missed call on the month of December from the clinic, so I had called back. When I had called back at this time, I informed them I had a missed call from them. The receptionist mentioned that it may be a follow-up call. I told her to look into any memos and she mentioned no cancellations, no coming up appointments. On that note, she asked I would like to schedule my second appointment to use up my voucher. Lovely lady. The only available appointment was two months away from December. I booked it and decided to wait for two months.

Last Friday, I got another missed calls as I do not check my phone during work hours. I called back and the clinic wanted to confirm my appointment for tomorrow (my appointment). I confirmed and came in on time for my appointment. When I had gone into my appointment I had been waiting for two months, Angela told me I have missed an appointment on December 22, which I was not aware of, nor were they mentioned in the previous calls. She told me my appointment was canceled today, or I can pay $60 cancellation fee. I had been so confused at this point. How did I miss an appointment and when I called back why didn't they let me know IF I actually had missed it. Beyond this mark, I only asked her one question. "Why did you not call me before I came all the way to this place, only to find out there is no appointment today? ", her answer was "Because it's better to tell you in person and would you like to renew your membership? " I had been so upset with her for trying to sell me another membership when I had originally only wanted to use my Groupon prior to committing to Health Bound. Not only have I spent a lot of money on this place, but I also lost my session due to their disorganized communication form. I still cannot wrap my head around the fact that she made me travel all the way to go see her, just to find out it was canceled. Throughout, she kept pulling up files, indicating my signature to be charged $60 if a client were to miss an appointment. But have I missed any? There is certainly something not ethical about this place.

None of my questions have been answered, as she was talking over me the whole time. It was so difficult to have a conversation with Angela, so I left. The questions still remain:

1. Why did Angela make her client (myself) travel all the way to the clinic when she knew there would be no appointment today?
2. This alleged missed the appointment, who booked it and why was there no communication of this appointment? Otherwise, how would I know there was an appointment made on my behalf?
3. When I called back, back in December after a missed call, IF I had missed one theoretically, why did the receptionist say I have no missed appointments and offer to book one for the future?

I walked into the clinic wanting to sign up for membership but left the place disappointed in myself for not standing up for what's right.
