I love how the facility is always clean and smells great. I appreciate all of the employees here and they are so friendly and supportive. Shout out to everyone there who helped me through a difficult time in my life. Special thanks to Tanya for always making me feel comfortable. I have only one complaint/suggestion. This place needs a water dispenser because I’ve had workouts where I’m so dehydrated and there is only the bathroom water. Water is essential thank you!

Overall poor experience. Massage was below par. The worst part was the staff in the open concept common area were loud and obnoxious.

Applied for a position here. She called me and left a message. I called her she said she will call me back shorty. She did not. Ghosted me. Maybe in the future, be more professional.

Love the staff here, I go there for physio, aqua physio, massage and occupational therapy for my MVA recovery and without them I wouldn't be able to move! They're instrumental in my recovery process. Thank you and Cheers.

I have been going to the Pape Ave. Healthbound for 8 months, started during March lockdown of Covid-19. The staff took me in and provided a safe and caring environment from the start. I have received excellent physiotherapy services from Rolindsay and have growing success with mobility since my injury. I am so thankful to Healthbound for taking me in in such a difficult time. The receptionist, Tanya, made every effort to assist me with my insurance and bookings in a warm and friendly manner.

I’m so happy with their services and the staff are amazing. The place is very clean, and I would highly recommend Pape location to everyone.

They are awesome! The place is clean and awesome. They give good plans and all of them are very welcoming. They just make you feel very comfortable with them. Also they will follow up with you afterwards.

I hurt my hand/wrist exceptionally bad in a motor vehicle accident and it was recommended I go to Health Bound for physiotherapy and not only have they made me feel better physically, but also mentally. It’s a very friendly, inviting environment with loads of good people. Even when everything’s a mess, being there feels right. Tanya is very organized and is always there to help with whatever questions you may have, she even rushed her lunch for me on my first day there! Lindsay, Corey, Tatiana, and Angela are all very professional and educated but friendly and trusting as well. I’m very fortunate to have met them. If I could go more often, I would.

Since recently having back surgery I have been speaking with Tanya at Health Bound Pape regarding a bone stimulator and continued therapy. Tanya has kept on my case and stayed in touch from the beginning to receiving this machine and arranged for me to be educated in the proper use.

I’m very confident in continuing therapy and the professionalism of Tanya at Health Bound will enable me to feel better faster.
