Hi Dr. Clay Kosinsko and Heli are fabulous. All the staff members are professional and down to earth. I was suffering from severe sharp stabbing pain on one side of head, took lot of medication but no use then I approached Dr. Clay, only in one session pain subsided and the results are amazing. I’m extremely thankful to Dr. Clay and his staff members.

Both myself & my boyfriend have weekly appointments at Health First. Clay's team is very knowledgeable, professional and punctual. I'm currently 28 weeks pregnant and looking for relief of muscle tightness & lower back pain from now till the end my pregnancy. The team has made me feel very comfortable at all times and I look forward to my future appointments to put my mind & body in the best shape for the birth of my daughter.

I can not speak highly enough about this amazing place! From the secretary Donna, to Dr. Clay and Heli. Very professional, knowledgeable and down to earth at the same time. I only see the RMT (Lawrence) and Physio (David). Both of these gentlemen provide me with excellent advice and ideas about my overall health journey. Their service specialties have been extremely good for me as well.

Have been going to this location since January 2022 and have been to this location more than 10 times. Normally get Chiro, Physio and sometimes massage services done. Amazing, caring and helpful staff. They have done wonders for me - Would definitely recommend!

Dr clay, Dr, Heli, and Donna made me feel like family from the very first visit, I couldn’t find a chiro to take my car accident case and dr clay and dr heli both took me in the same day I met them and treated me just to make the pain go down even a little even though there was no case open for me yet and even that meant the world to me! I’m so happy I found, this place, Donna has been taking care of my health outside of the accident (trouble with weight gain) like a literal mom with how much she cares, couldn’t have asked for a better chiro office to come across it’s like they’re all family and make sure you feel that too even from the first day!

This is by far the best place I’ve been, Dr. Clay is very professional and has been extremely helpful in treating my back/shoulder issues.
The staff are very friendly and accommodating, I always leave feeling better!

HFFC is fantastic. The staff and the practioners are incredibly friendly, from the moment you walk in, there's a sense of meeting good friends. They know their stuff and take care of you - a highly recommended with 6 stars if possible!

Went for an emergency visit today. I could not say anything but amazing things! Donna at the front desk was absolutely wonderful. Donna was extremely helpful and an absolute joy. I absolutely love the staff. Every treatment I need in one place. Dr Clay is amazing and very direct regarding his recommendations for the treatment you require. Physio has helped me immensely. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Dr. Clay always takes his time and talk to you unlike any other healthcare professionals where their goal is to get your appointment over quick. He has your best interest in mind. Had my first experience here today for my initial visit. Donna was very kind and personable. Dr. Clay was also very helpful and answered all my questions and eased any doubts or hesitations I had. Went to the emergency hospital today because of severe neck pain that was not resolving with medications. Later that day I booked an appointment with Dr. Clay and received an assessment and adjustment. The results were amazing. I can sit, bend and actually go to work tomorrow! Thank you for relieving such intense pain that I have never experienced before.

Dr Clay has helped me correct a number of issues with my neck and shoulder over the last several years. I also suffered with piriformis from running and he showed me how to manage it on my own with a $3 ball from Amazon. Highly recommend him.

I came to Dr. Clay with almost daily migraines. Within a few weeks the migraines were completely gone and after a couple months of intensive treatment I was switched to a very affordable maintenance plan. Even though I travel out of the country regularly, my sporadic chiropractic treatments contributed to significant pain reduction in my back and neck and kickstarted a healthier lifestyle for me.

Dr. Clay himself has impeccable social skills and is always willing to provide further education and encouragement, above and beyond what you would expect from a regular chiropractic visit. The visits really do make a difference.

This place was recommended by mom and sister. I injured my knee very badly, I was unable to walk, but thanks to Richard Cisneros who helped me a lot, and fixed the problem to my knee. Now I can walk normal again. I highly recommend this place. It was worth it! Last but not least, the receptionist is such an amazing person, she will always put a smile on your face.

Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Since there is a chiropractor, physiotherapist and RMT you can address a whole host of issues and everyone will be on the same page. COVID procedures are very good as well. Highly recommend this clinic.

After one visit to physiotherapy for Sciatica and worn lower back disc. I noticed significant change with mobility and pain. Young professionals that are very passionate and effective at what they do. Very friendly, with a sense of humor. Highly recommended clinic.

Dr. Clay, the chiropractor has a thorough knowledge of his job and is an expert in adjustments of the back, the neck and the other parts of the body where people generally suffer from pain.
Yan, the physiotherapist is an absolute delight who keeps you engaged in pleasant talk while he performs his therapy on you with a lot of care and concern.

I have been experiencing moderate lower back pain for some time. A FB promotion led me to Dr. Clay Kosinko's office and took a chance. This was first visit to a Chiropractor so I wasn't completely sure what to expect. Dr. Clay was very attentive and took the time to fully explain the process. He seems to be very knowledgeable and caring doctor, I would highly recommend.

I've worked with Dr. Clay previously having lower back and upper back spasms. With his help and physio I was able to completely rid myself of my lower back pain and spams and also fix my posture and neck position which I didn't even know was off. I still may have upper back pain but it is much easier to deal with. I have recommend my sister and would recommend him to anyone out there that is looking to have help with pain relief through chiropractic work. He is an amazing Dr and you won't find anyone better!

I love coming to see Dr. Clay Kosinko. He is in an amazing chiropractor. He listens to my concerns and provides me with a lot or exercises to help my headaches and migraines. I've seen the difference in my posture and he really helps with my painful headaches. A bonus is that his secretary, Heather is simply amazing. She is always so positive and bubbly as soon as you come in. She makes you feel so welcome. I've also referred my Mum to the physiotherapist, Dr. Nishith who is great.

Highly recommend all practitioners! Being in the health care industry I am very particular about who I trust with my care. After meeting Dr. Clay along with Nishith and discussing my care, how they plan to fix my spine and balance my muscles it was clear they knew what they were doing and also took the time to listen to me and work with me. I also very much apprecaite the fact that Dr. Clay puts together a fitness plan for you to do at home as well. I highly recommend their total body approach.
