I bought a vein finder from them through ebay in which just stopped working within the 2nd week of receiving it. It took way too long to get to me in the 1st place and to top it all off refused to refund my money but instead pronised to send me a replacement in which I never received and asked me to change my review. After repeated contact with them and them making excuses of why I haven't gotten my replacement the last thing they told me waa it was too late to receive a new replacement.

Dr. Vera Kohut is an excellent physician and very nice person! She listens, cares, and helps immensely with her most insightful input. I have never seen a medical clinic where everyone seems so happy as well as communicative with each other. Their organization is amazing and not something you see very often these days. Anyone who is a patient of Dr. Kohut is very lucky!

My family and I have been with the clinic for a few years now and find everyone there to be extremely courteous and professional. They proactively care about your personal health. Dr. Vera Kohut is a meticulous and detail oriented medical professional. You will never feel rushed during your appointment and they will ensure that they take the time to diagnose what specific health problems you are experiencing and will follow up with you to confirm you are following through with treatment. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for first class service and personal healthcare.

Doctor Kohut is racist, asking questions accusively to my assaulted Canadian muslim friend like "where are you from? " "who supports you? " and saying her injury can't be treated because there's no full "history" to the quintessential virgin Muslim girl whose never even had alcohol.

I thought Doctor Kohut would be a good doctor, but she is biased. I went in to have faster care for an injury, and from the moment I said that I did not want to really talk about the abuse and assault which led to my two year old injury (polite, sheepish), her face went stern and she stopped taking notes. She started saying I was vague and had no history, and when I asked her what she wanted to know she did not answer. I offered her reports and history, only she got suspicious when I say I've recently started trying gabapentin I was given a prescription by a specialist I am seeing, I was not asking Doctor Kohut for medication I even mentioned I want my injury fixed.the sitting up is so difficult I cannot even cry after being treated so badly in the appointment because it hurts my chest and back to cry and makes the overall symptoms worse faster. I have lived like this for two years so I've had to learn how to manage and go to class. At no point did she ask me my symptoms, and she suggested I do not see doctors in the US or my home country despite refusing to help me. She is good at talking and saying the right things, though she almost slipped up suggesting my issue is psychological, this despite physical evidence I've had to fight for.a fight I decided was too long and the wait was disabling me and turning an acute injury into chronic issues which is why I came here.this healthcare centre advertised chronic healthcare and filling the gaps in the long wait times of the present healthcare system.

She picked at everything I said what alarmed me most was that I did not sense any sympathy or empathy or weight when I said my injury was from abuse after she scared me and punished me for not wanting to talk about how the injury happened, it appears she did not believe me which is fine but I need help for injury. She kept saying I do not have a history when I say I cannot help being an immigrant from my early life and have avoided going to doctors and I was honest about other doctors having said it was in my head in the past because I had no bruises at the time of the injury (I don't bruise through a thick sweater easily). It's sad to me, I don't know what she saw, a druggie, a liar, someone who does this for fun? I wish I knew, but I am broken after this visit.

She accusively asked me who is supporting me. I even went out of my way to tell her I only have ever taken cbd oil without thc, never done drugs, smoked, am virgin, and still I am looked at oddly because a brown girl my age is supposed to be married which I do not mind but I know people perceive something to be wrong with that.out of frustration.and she called me emotional.

I mentioned I've gone to counselling and they said my issue is that I'm living like this daily.physically.which as a science student I can say I cannot avoid no matter how much I go to counselling still I did and yet that's the only area where she gave an answer.

Gaps are bc of "somatization" diagnosis fear.

I showed her my recent records one which notes the absence she spoke of which is all I had she told me that there were too many copies, she did not note the tear or severe tendinopathy stated unbiased-ly on a recent ultrasound which can only be from injury and physical issues, even my Physics TA said that, nor see the scoliosis which slowly appeared after the injury. She stated there were gaps in my healthcare and dismissed and would not believe when I said I do not like going to doctors and only come when I can mentally handle it after I finished midterms or etc for example, and also I was relatively healthy although maybe with underlying issues as indicated, before the injury. I am sorry I cannot prove someone assaulted me, if that is the basis for healthcare you are either greatly biased or gravely misunderstand what it means to provide healthcare doctor. I held onto hopes, I can barely function, I say this objectively. I'm sorry if I made you suspicious by not immediately wishing to talk about the assault, rather my symptoms and what tests can be done.

Great private medical clinic!
Dr. Vera Kohut is the best family physican I have ever had the pleasure to work with. All of her patients are extremelly fortunate to have her as as their doctor. The care coordination piece they offer is a great concept that this company puts into practice, and I'm sure it's the way of the future in our healthcare system! If you have complex medical needs and need help coordinating your care, this is the place. Overall really nice clinic, great team and a great place to work! Wishing I could have stayed longer!

UNRELIABLE dr.elizabeth goldspink- DOESN't BOTHER 2 return emails, so far, over 6 weeks. Completely UNIMPRESSED at best.
