The staff at HealthOne Dental are very helpful and approachable. I felt very comfortable while receiving treatment, and I very much appreciated how the dentist explained how the procedure would go and regularly checked in with me to see if I was okay as we went. Their hygienist and assistants also did a fantastic job. I'm also very thankful that the front desk staff for helping me with checking insurance coverage.

I am a patient of Dr. Arash. Haven’t come across a single doctor here who pays so much attention to their patients. One time, I had pain in my tooth, he was so kind enough to fit me in his schedule and attend to me immediately. He’s very polite and genuinely cares for his patients. Can’t go to any other dentist than him. I recommend him. And there is Myra (maybe not spelling her name correctly) - she’s a sweetheart who works for Dr. Arash. Dr. Arash is also available through emails if I’ve any questions for him. Overall,

I'm someone that is terrified of dentists and I have finally been converted. I was looked after by Dr. Arash Boroumandi and had a very pleasant experience. The entire staff at the clinic is very nice. I was heard and every effort was made to make me feel less anxious. No treatments were pushed on me and everything was well explained. I went in for some dental work and cleaning and it was surprisingly painless.

Dr iman, is so professional dentist and he made my smile gets back to me again by making a wonderful bridge to my front teeth, he is so patient and helpful

Dr Iman is very knowledgeable and sincere towards his work. A very nice person to talk. My special appreciation towards Naaz (the administrative staff) who goes beyond the way to help me having my appointment on urgent basis and dealing with my insurance.

HealthOneMed at Yonge is one of the best dentals clinics in my personal opinion. You are greeted with great customer service from the moment you walk in, Miss Naz does a wonderful job of making sure you feel welcomed. Dr. Arash and the dental team are top notch. I’ve never had such an awesome time going to the dentist ever since I’ve gone here. Dr. Arash is definitely one of the best dentist out there in the north York area, he’s kind passionate and always on the look out for his patients. Came here feeling a bit nervous since it has been a while since I last saw a dentist. I saw Dr. Sharma for my initial exam and she walked me through some cavities I had and provided me with a detailed treatment plan. I felt reassured and well taken care of! The receptionist was also very polite and warm. The entire team made my experience exceptional.

Best dental care. The receptionist was very patient and provided all the information needed. Dentist Aditi Sharma is professional and compassionate.

I was booked for cleaning and polishing. That's the reason I travelled for more than an hour for my appointment. During my session hygienist asked me to book another appointment as my slot was booked for 45 mins. Had they notified me about this I wouldn't have never booked my appointment. Also, I have been given a quote which included complimentary polishing and that was also not provided. Previously, I had my worst experience with Dr. Bahar in the same clinic. It took me more than 2 months to recover from my wisdom teeth surgery which was unsuccessful at the end. Yet I considered going again but I realize my mistake. Not only bad reviews, I will never recommend this clinic to anyone.

I had my lower wisdom teeth removal with Dr. Iman. He is very knowledgeable and very professional. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this dental clinic.

Came here for dental work and had cleaning and a scan done. They told me that I had to get all four wisdom teeth removed. With two sessions, Dr. Iman performed immaculate surgeries that were completely painless with ZERO post operation complications. Would recommend his expertise to anyone for complex dental procedures.

HealthOne Dental is one of the best places for dental work. I used to go to DowntownDental previously but after my place of work changed, I was advised to register here. This location is at par with DowntownDental with a very high standard of service and very competent medical and non medical personnel. Dr Iman is highly competent in his practice and I respect him very much. Myra and Naz always send reminders in a timely and proficient manner and very courteous during my visits. Indeed a pleasure working with the team here. I highly recommend HealthOne Dental to anybody looking for dental work.

I had a very good experience with my dental appointment today. Hygiene with Kakada (the best) and with Dr. Iman. I was so amazed and very satisfied with the dental works that he did with my missing tooth. With his brilliant knowledge, no more gum issues and pain. It’s being replaced with a perfect smile. Been coming for years for walk in clinic, dentist and optometrist. Everyone is very welcoming, friendly, organized and you develop a bond with them knowing everyone is there to take care of you. I’m so glad this facility exists

After my last dental appointment, I made it so clear I did not want any appointments until I want to book. I said it 3 times because life is busy with a little active boy. Some how I got an appointment and I had to call in to cancel (my kid crying in the background cause I had to make this call, waiting for a live person) or else I would be charged! Why? This is what happened to my last dentist and before I changed dentist I said specifically I do not want any appointments book for me until I said so, since it's my pet peeves. Does pandemic cause people to not listen or dentist just want to make $$$ and not care about their patients needs and requirements? Just frustrating!

I had the best experience here. I came in with a lot of anxiety and the entire staff were so kind and accommodating. Naz, Sarah, and Dr. Bahar were all so supportive and professional. Their work is amazing. Thank you!

Dr Iman and the team at Health One made my visit so pleasant. I was suffering from tremendous pain and they were able to book me for a consult and procedure very quickly, the receptionist was extremely helpful in sorting out insurance while the hygienist, Ophelia, was patient and attentive the entire time. Dr Iman was also very knowledgeable and made sure I was comfortable at every stage of the process! I definitely recommend

Just came here today and I am really satisfied about the service. The best thing about here is I don’t need to explain a lot about the insurance I used like other clinics. The receptionist who helped me is Myra, she is really knowledgeable about student insurance and did the paperwork really quick. Everything was really smooth and professional. Also the dentist and the dental nurse, I forgot to ask their name but they are really kind and polite, They addressed my problems quickly and filled my caries teeth. Overall, The price is really affordable, the clinic is nice and I would say they provide a way better service compared to most of the clinics that I have been to.

I highly recommend HealthOne Dental clinic. I was in desperate need of getting my bridge done. Thanks to Rose Janolo Felice and Dr. Iman for making it possible. Their exemplary commitment is above and beyond customer service. Dr. Iman is very meticulous, friendly, knowledgeable in his field. Moreso, the facilities are clean and well equipped. Their customer service exceeded my expectation. Excellent care.

So I have mix reviews. First I had Dr Bahar and she was absolutely TERRIBLE. She is a nice person but a TERRIBLE dentist and lacks experience on every possible level.
I had 4 fillings with her and they all had to be redone because she didn’t do them correctly.

She couldn’t even do my crown, but the good thing is that she introduced me to Dr Iman to do for me and he is a God send.

Dr Iman is EXCELLENT, professional and explains everything in details. He fixed all my issues and some of Dr Bahar’s mistakes and I would highly recommend him.

I would highly recommend this clinic specifically for dental purpose. I had wonderful experience for tooth extraction by Dr. Iman. He is very experienced and did my extraction smoothly and without any pain. I forgot the name of nurse (from banglore, india) accompanied Dr. Iman, she also boost my confidence as i was very worried about my extraction. There is very transparent process from appointment booking to final payment. Thank you team!

I specifically called and asked if this clinic treats kids. The receptionist confirmed that they do. It turned out that a dentist could not do anything to my child because they do not have an appropriate X-ray machine for kids. I wasted my time and my money for a useless dental appointment. I will not be coming here and will cancel my own appointment.

I had my dental hygiene visit with Tina.
She was by far the best hygienist I have ever had. She was very thorough and had me relaxed through the entire appointment. I am looking forward to my next visit with Tina.

I had a really unpleasant experience with HealthOne Dental. After my procedure was done, the receptionist tried to charge almost double the cost (I presume it's because we have health insurance and the difference out of my pocket would have only been $15 - $20). When I asked for them to break down the cost of the procedure, they did and I pointed out that their math doesn't add up. So the receptionist proceeded to tear up the invoice and issue me a new one with the correct amount.

I thought this was done, only to get two separate invoices a couple of weeks later from my insurance provider, looks like what HealthOne Dental did was to try and double bill for one of the procedures (the most expensive one) by issuing a separate invoice (basically what it looked like they tried to do in the first place when I was at the clinic).

Needless to say, I am never going back to that clinic again. They should be investigated, who knows how much money they have cheated people out of.
