Worst experience for life lab.after register and waiting for more than 15mins.front desk tells you technician is on break and won't be back for another 30mins? ! But on the lifelab web page they showing no wait time for walk in

I've been to this clinic twice now. Today when I went the receptionist made sure none of the patients were standing for too long by making the process efficient. I appreciated this as a lot of injuries are not visible and patients could have a seat instead of standing in line. The doctor assessed me and was able to deal with my situation and my questions dealing with the situation. He speaks a little fast because he has a lot of patient's but he didn't rush the care. I would recommend because of the other services also provided from this easily accessible location. Only challenge I had was getting to the receptionist when I tried calling, but I can't lower the score as that may just be a "me" problem.

Friendly staff, really caring, very efficient. I don't have a family doctor, always go there when I needed.

It can be said the Healthone is the best clinic around. IT is well organized and very efficient. The receptionist at the front desk is very professional and nice to every patient. My family doctor Dr. Jiteshi Parekh is really a smart and intelligent person who is not only professional but also sincere and conscientious. I am very grateful for their help and highly recommend it.

Head Dentist is great and his support is great too. The dental secretaries is thorough, empathy, and can accommodate you on the fly. Also the manager is nice and full of empathy.

I want to strongly commend the receptionists Karen and Mikey for their quick, compassionate and thorough care when I came in the other day. I was having a health crisis that was affecting me on a mental level but Karen and Mikey were so kind and compassionate and went above and beyond to make sure I was ok and helped me to calm down. I cannot thank them enough. All of the staff were kind to me that day and have always been.

I've been coming here for a couple of years now, Although haven't got a chance to sign up with a family doctor yet, I'm happy with the service I've received so far.

Usually their service is good and fast until I booked an appointment on Friday 4: 45PM and wait unit 6PM to see the doctor.

My neighbor recommended this clinic to me when I was complaining about its hard to find a family doctor. Me and my family went here a few times for walk-in clinic/urgent care, the appointment time is super on time, doctor is helpful too. I also like the clinic environment, clean and new. Definitely recommend.

Reception went above and beyond to make my experience a 5 star. I was an walk in and waited around an hour. Doctor came in and told me to look for my family doctor and assume my issue was allergie. Took around 3min. Never coming back.

Also the doctor was gussed it wrong and I asked him to write me up for MRI otherwise he was telling me it ill get bettdr dont worry its nothing and after MRI he was like yea you were right

I was able to obtain my 4th dose vaccination with the professional and caring approach at Health One from Med centre Reception to the Pharmacist.
I was unsure of my over 3 months, but nearly 120 days from my 3rd dose could get the 4th/booster jab.

I went for an eye exam and new glasses. The person who checked my eyes before seeing the doctor made a retinal exam that I didn't ask for and that happened to have an increased price from the previous years. Also they upsell their hot compress and try to do the Meibography so much it's ridiculous.

I went to get my wisdom teeth removed and I was terrified, especially because it is done using local anesthesia. My experience couldn’t have been better! Dr. Iman was absolutely amazing! Super caring, friendly, kind, professional and knowledgeable. He explained the procedure, made sure I was comfortable and took time to answer all my questions and concerns. I didn’t feel pain at all! Fantastic experience from the beginning to the end.
Dr. Boroumandi is incredibly talented and professional. He has the most steady hands working on your teeth, making it the most comfortable and pleasant dental treatment experience. He explains everything in advance and he makes sure you are happy with the treatment plan.

I've been going here for the past year for physio to treat my scoliosis and I can say confidently that Natalie is the absolute best! She is so knowledgable, attentive and truly cares about her patients. The staff here have always been so kind and accommodating as well. If I could rate higher I would!

Went to Health one for dental appointment. I was greeted at the reception by Naz. She is really kind and pleasant. I was attended by Doctor Bahar and Sarah. Both are very good, kind and really helpful. I would recommend this place. 5/5

One of the worst clinics in the city.
It is really unfortunate because the Orthodontist, Dr. Vakilian is extremely knowledgable, but her secretary Justine is a disaster.
I spent 3 weeks trying to get my Invisalign treatment set-up with them. Justine is all over the place, she sets up an appointment with you, then texts you 5 minutes before the appointment to let you know that she actually won't be there, and that that documents that you requested are not ready. What she spend 3-weeks putting together, I got done at an equally fantastic clinic in less than a day. I went in, did my consultation, set up my payment plan and got the process started all this morning. She blames the delays and disorganization on the process, and I find it interesting that none of these delays existed at the other clinic.

I've been getting treatments from Ginalyn, Tim and Natalie (physio, chiro and massage) for a year now. They are all very good and have been helping me with my recovery. I would definitely recommend them for rehab treatments.

I have been going to HealthOne for physio. Ginalyn has been great about providing top notch care. She is friendly and she listens to all my concerns. Everyone there is great at providing quick responses and are very friendly. I also appreciate the level of care to ensure patient safety during the pandemic. Thank you!

Working with Natalie DiCroce on physio and rehab. Not only is she excellent for rehab advice, but she is considerate of the mental toll that injuries can have. Thank you for making a difficult time more manageable! I highly recommend her and the clinic.

I had my eyes checked by Dr. Andrew Liang who seems very experienced and knowledgeable with his explanations.
His assistant Nenet is very helpful and courteous. I highly recommend this clinic.

Bad service. Receptionist is bad at her job. Doctor Ang is not there to help. Sounds like he hopes his shift will be over soon. Was looking for a doctor that I had followed from another family practice so she could refill my prescription and move on with my life. Could not or would not tell me where she was or how to even get in contact with her. This is why Canadian Healthcare sucks. Ya it's free butit is not always there to help when you need it. The few times I've really needed medical help I've been severely let down. Doctors here have a real fly by night feel to them. Very unprofessional.

I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with how quick and good the service was! I called to schedule a same day phone appointment for an infected wound at 3: 00pm, the doctor called me at 3: 45pm. Asked me questions about my state, and assessed accordingly. Since I live in the area, I was also eligible for same day delivery, no charge! This was much more convenient than going to my family doctor.

I had a very good experience at healthone medical center, the staff and doctors are professional and have a very nice attitude, Dr. Iman and his staff at the dental center provided me very good service and follow ups.

Spoke to medical staff named "May" via their phone consultation on November 27,2020 at 2PM. Conversation started fine but notice that she wanted to dictate the tempo of the discussion. She never checked the entire report on her system and went upset when I told her that I have 2 health concerns and not just one. She tried to book me for another day to attend on my second concern explaining that she's already left behind of her workloads but I told her that their receptionist assured me that both of my issues will be addressed on the same appointment. She then started asking questions about my second concern but keeps cutting me off when I tried to explain things and even argued that I should have agreed to continue our discussion on another appointment since she believe there is no urgency on my current condition.
All I can say is people book their appointment to have mutual respect of each others time. Please honor your commitments to your patients.

My sibling went in today for a walk-in appointment. The front desk was friendly and informative and gave them the proper forms to fill. Their wait was around 40 minutes and the doctor was very helpful and calm. The appointment did seem a but rushed but it was only fair for a walk-in with so many people waiting. The visit however was overall satisfactory and very helpful, their problem was dealt with and they got proper medication.

Highly unprofessional, misguiding, money-motivated administrative staff. Misguided my wife about our insurance. Made us pay more just because they did not know how to properly use their x-ray films. Booked us in for an appointment which they were not willing to fulfil. They have utter disrespect for the time of others, while we waited for them to finish their personal phone calls.
Doctor was polite and co-operative but the administrative experience has forced us to never visit this clinic again.

HealthOne you are getting too greedy at the expense of your patients. You guys have spent $$$$ on your second location downtown tacking on fancy services like laser hair removal, Botox, fillers but you guys can’t invest in equipment like ultrasound machines? I just had a major surgery and require therapy services and you guys don’t have machines to help rehabilitate me. I don’t know how you advertise yourself as a one-stop shop for health services when you don’t have equipment like ultrasound or shockwave machines to help with my recovery. I am really disappointed.

Good walkin clinic with good doctors. The wait times are as much as every other place! Maybe slightly higher given its location.

Went in to get prescription for dukoral, talked to the reception and got sent right into the doctors room.

My family doctor was Dr. Victor Liao. I was not happy with the service he offered me. He always rushed through his appointments. I never felt that he actually cares about my problems and is willing to spend his time to review my case. I visited a walk-in doctor once in their own clinic because Dr. Liao was not available at that time. Dr. Liao is in the clinic only in the mornings/early afternoons except Mondays that he is there for the whole day. I needed to see a doctor on another day, so I visited a walk-in doctor in their own clinic. During my next appointment, Dr. Liao told me that if I continue going to walk-in clinic he will remove me from his list. While, their reception told me it is ok to visit another doctor in the same clinic when Dr. Liao is not in. In my opinion, Dr. Liao is not caring and he is impolite. However, one of their walk-in doctors, Dr. Hellen Chuang is wonderful. She is very caring and professional. The reception staff are also very nice. Unfortunately, I left the clinic beacuse of Dr. Liao and the service he offered me.

It is close by and I have going there for a few years now. Staff is helpful and so far the care has been good. As with most places be prepared to wait appointment or otherwise.

Booked me into the wrong location when I was very specific regarding location. They reached out to me after the fact - offered a discount. I've been very happy with their downtown location thus far.

My benefits provider is Greenshield. The most difficult and incompetent benefits provider there is.

Luckily, Health One has an outstanding staff member Joshua Leung who would literally respond in minutes to any inquiry I had. Josh would also be in constant phone communication with Greenshield so I didn't have to be on the phone wasting time.

Without Josh, the whole process wouldn't have been bearable.

This facility is great considering they service a condo dense area but the wait times could be a bit better

They have the WORST dental clinic in town. The cleaning service was great and beyond my expectation. However, the other services were very unprofessional. In the end, the bill is pretty much made up. The front desk lady was acting very rude and insisted on overcharging me in my bill. It was definitely not their first time doing this, and I wonder how many other young people they have cheated on before. I ended up arguing half an hour and showed them their policy online to get my money back. Please never try to fool or play tricks on your customers and mess up their bills if you still want your business around. The overall experience was just DISGUSTING.

Not seems very professional to me and the referral is also not satisfied. Kept coming here and told me fine, and didn't try to find the root cause and ignored my concernand symptoms. I felt my case is prolonged and missed the best time to take action.

A really good clinic. I went there for my flu shot. It really helps people like me who do not have an Ontario health card.

My wife had a dentist appointment nearby and I was meaning to see a doctor. I saw Dr. Chuang within 20 minutes. She did appropriate assesments and was very patient in explaining some pathophysiology. She was also very professional and respectful. I then got my prescription filled out at the pharmacy in the clinic 10-15min wait. Very clean and efficient clinic.

The clinic is extremely efficient and well organized. I went in today to the walk-in-clinic and was seen in under 15 minutes during lunch.

Dr. Chang was professional, compassionate and thorough. She referred me to a specialist within 15 minutes and gave me a variety of options to assist me until my next appointment.

The pharmacy, optometrist and a variety of other services were on offer.

I would highly recommends this clinic.

Great place for all of your essential health needs in one place. Under 5 minutes wait time, inquired for a custom brace and received measurements, doctors note and estimate all under 10 minutes in one place. The staff are all friendly and helpful. Would recommend again

I have a really good experience here. They have a good Chinese doctor. Also, I had dental appointments with Dr. Iman. He is really professional and skillful. I pretty like him and his assistant who are so friendly. I'm always afraid of going to the clinic or dental clinic, but this one let me feel definitely comfortable to visit.

Made an RMT appointment a month in advance.
Got a voicemail 3 days before the appointment telling me that my session has to be rescheduled because the RMT practitioner is not available that day, and call them back to reschedule. Called back and left a VM and asked to cancel the appointment. No call back to confirm that the appointment was cancelled, no apologies.

Our go to walk in clinic. They used to have a parking space, but jot anymore. Now you have use the paid street parking which is an inconvenience.

I called to make sure my family doctor would be in during walk-in hours. I go during the said timing, and he does not come for 20mins. I had another appointment and asked at the front desk, "would be ok if we came back in 30 minutes". The receptionist tells me "ok". Feeling relieved, go on my way. 5min later they call and say, "Can u come back right now? The doctor has a meeting at 3. " And my appointment with them was at 3: 15. I was with them 5 minutes ago and they told me I could come back in 30min.
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. He did not come on time and the receptionist did not know that the doctor had a meeting and still gave me an appointment. And after the miscommunication, they made me wait another hour till I could finally see a doctor.

The staff and doctors were very friendly, however i was misdiagnosed and the quick strep test turned out negative and I was dismissed without prescription, I then went on to suffer a couple more days only to found out that strep culture WAS positive tested by another clinic (MCI), I feel unsatisfied because i wasn't fully offered the full culture strep test at this clinic location (the quick swab test kit maybe insufficient for full diagnosis)

Its convenient clinic. I went on sunday and they gave a good service. They also have large waiting room. I will come back again

I had two out of two pleasant walk in visits here so far, the teams professional, helpful AND respected my time. Doctor Gloria Lin is nice, patient and thorough with my problems and helped a lot explaining. The other time I had tough symptoms and the doctor knew how painful it must be and showed sympathy, much more than what I got from my family doctor.we all have feelings, some sympathy and attention especially when we are sick matter.

Worst walk in clinic i can possibly imagine! Went there to have my cousin's throat infection cured. After three visits and bunch of side effects from medication, have to go to different clinic. And also had to pay 60$ each time just to see the same person. Also lodging a formal complaint. Doesn't even deserve one star.

Rushed experience and all the doctor told me to do was take pain medications when it gets bad. That's not helpful to me as I'm pretty much in constant pain.

Doctors should actually care about trying to heal their patients instead of just slapping them with medications that wont help much of anything and sending them on their way. Very dissatisfied and even further discouraged about my health situation

I've visited HealthOne for both Physiotherapy and Chiropractor. While the receptionist & admin were very friendly and helpful, I cannot say the same about the quality of the actual service. The biggest problem I have is that they make you spend half of your session using a heat pad to relax your muscles (which you can just do at home) ; the rest of the service seemed procedural as well for both physiotherapy & chiropractor. I just cannot justify spending $100+ for what they provide; if price is not a concern and you have ample time I'm sure their treatment would help somewhat. But for similar prices you can definitely get much higher quality and personalized treatment elsewhere.

A great walk-in clinic with good hours all week long! I always have quick appointments and every staff member is friendly and welcoming! I don't walk into any other clinic but this one, HealthOne Medical Centre never disappoints.
