Usually I have my appointments with Loiza who is amazing!
BUT this time I booked Kassandra, who is a big disappointment. Avoid her if you can.

I only need 6 doses, but she kept enforcing me to pay $150 equivalent to 12.5 doses for future or else they will lose money. I said I only need six, she said I can get the extra doses on my face elsewhere. (? !) BUT I DON’T NEED EXTRA DOSES. Just like that, because she doesn’t really care as long as she is making money for herself.
I checked with the front desk and no where is this “rule” applied.
Don’t book with Kassandra if you can.

After a no-pressure consultation, I did a series of 3 BBL sessions to address concerns I had with pigmentation and broken vessels. The aesthetician that did my consult, Madi, also did my treatments and I appreciated the continuity in care. Madi is also just an all around great professional. She’s always on time, communicative, and patient with all my questions. I felt comfortable from the very beginning. I intend to continue going to this skin clinic in the future.

The clinic made a consulting appointment for me very quickly (within 3 days of my inquiry). The consult itself was extremely informative, giving me what I needed to know not just for the treatment, but after care, return visits, etc. HealthOne is a very welcoming space, and everyone is kind and laughing and in good spirits. I was incredibly impressed overall, and will definitely be returning often. You rock!

I get laser hair removal done here with Emma and she is truly amazing! She makes you feel comfortable during the procedure and explains everything in great detail. She’s also a very nice lady to talk too, which helps a lot aswell.

Loiza was incredibly kind and informative. She really took the time to educate me and answer any questions I had. Everything was very well communicated. I never felt rushed, and it was such a judgment-free zone. They also don't do insane upselling there like many other places; it really feels genuine and like they do want to help you. If they do recommend something, they don't pressure you into buying it right on the spot, which happens a lot at other places.

Nurse Kassandra is friendly, and makes sure you don’t feel awkward at all. The entire treatment was a fun experience and she made sure I knew what to expect in terms of pain, swelling, etc.

I had an amazing experience with Nurse Kassandra on my Botox procedures. I was really nervous doing Botox for the first time, and she was able to make me feel completely comfortable by taking the time to explain the procedure, letting me know exactly what to expect, and talking me through the whole session. I never leave reviews but I had such a great experience at HealthOne skin clinic with Rachel that I’m really excited to share this with everyone. I’ve been having acne scars/dark spots for years (since teenage years and I’m in my early 30s) and tried many many treatments and products, but nothing really worked. Last year I had a complimentary consultation with Rachel and she gave me some recommendations on treating my acne scars with NanoFractional and PRP. I started with a package of 3 treatments and finished my treatments this August. I have to say that my acne scars have significantly become smaller and way less visible and my skin started to glow! I would never imagine such great result on my skin and I’m so happy with Rachel’s treatment that I bought another package because I know it will make my skin even better. I had the pleasure of meeting Ada at a consult a few weeks ago and right away I knew I found my girl! I've been researching like crazy about filler in the tear troughs since I've had a few bad experiences in the past.and when I luckily came across Ada's Instagram and read her post of how tear troughs are her specialty.the fact that she explains she under corrects and uses filler that doesn't draw water like most fillers I had to message her cuz I totally believe in her theory! When I went in for the actual procedure she explained everything she will be doing and let me ask questions here and there which she answered with great patience and understanding. She is EXTREMELY knowledgeable, kind, gentle, calm and confident. I felt well taken care of from beginning to end. Oh and may I say how fricken AMAZING my eyes look. I don't even bother with concealer anymore. She believes in giving a natural look which she totally delivered. So as I said I finally found my girl and she is a FANTASTIC injector and such a sweetheart too! Oh and whoever I came across that works at this clinic are so polite and friendly. Great staff!

The HealthOne Toronto Harbourfront is absolutely incredible! I've had appointments in almost all different services they provide. I am doing my Invisalign with them, and I am truly impressed with their professionalism, care and technology as well. Everything is extremely cleaned and properly sanitized. I am not exaggerating, the entire clinic is top-notch, from the receptionists to all the professionals I have had interaction with. I also had an appointment at the Rehab with an Osteopath (Jessica). She is fantastic. Very kind and competent. She sent me an email with a Home Exercise Program the day after my appointment without I was even expecting it. A special shout-out to the amazing Dental Manager Bianca as well as the Dental Assistant Justine (thanks for everything) and to the Dentist Dr. Vakilian (I can't wait to see how beautiful my smile will be in a few months!). I do recommend the Walk-in clinic too.:)

Great experience. I went in for a health assessment with Dr. Saira Kassam. She was professional, insightful and helped me understand the importance of nutrition. I also had acupuncture done, reduced the size of my surgical scars and aided in my fertility battle.

Jessica is our family Osteopath at Healthone. Her expertise stands out and she is extremely caring. Her treatments helped me to find the root of my back problem. Always smiling and positive, Jessica also has the right way to communicate with the youngest ones, my 3 year old loves her as much as I do!

By far, the best walk-in and all round clinic in Toronto. Making online appointments is convenient and Dr. Shivji is fantastic (am planning to apply for him to be my family doctor). When I call them I never have to wait to speak to the admins and they are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

My first experience with a Chiropractor ever was phenomenal. Dr Sean Eastman is amazing. In the first consultation, he explained my chronic condition in a very simple language and also the proposed approach he will take.

In 4-5 visits he fixed my range of motion and suggested strengthening workout. After 13 (long) years I feel that everything is normal again.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kevin Cai for the past 5 years and he has helped me greatly. I experienced a constant shoulder pain, migraine and sciatica. I also visited a physiotherapist and chiropractor but nothing really worked. I lived in constant pain. I was diagnosed with sciatica. After just one session with Dr. Cai the pain was gone. Dr. Cai helped me with other health problems (for example: irregular periods) as well and I can feel the benefits. I strongly recommend Dr. Cai. He is not only an experienced professional. He is also a kind and caring person, he makes people feel comfortable he is genuinely happy when he sees his patient feels better. I am writing this note because I want to help other people who live with pain. Thank you Dr. Cai. You are the best!

Such an amazing place! A very clean and modern facility with the latest technology. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. The best part is the clinic itself offers other services like massage and physio that I can book at the same time- one stop shop!

I had an amazing massage, even visited the walk in doctor conveniently in the same visit, and Emily the concierge made everything so clear and easy. They offer so many awesome services and she walked me through them all and definitely inspired me to keep visiting health one and take care of myself.

I really wanted to like this clinic as it's close to where I live, but today's experience really ruined it. I did a blood test at the clinic today and the lab technician might've been the most inexperienced technician I've ever seen. She came in and asked whether I ate or drank anything beforehand which I said no, not really. She mentioned I might be dehydrated but proceeded to giving me the blood test anyway. I trusted her judgement as she's supposedly the pro. She tried with my left arm first and said the veins are too small so continued onto my right arm. Once the needle's in, it took her literally a few minutes and I look at the tube and it wasn't even 1/5 full! That was only 1 out of the 3 tubes she was going to fill! I immediately noticed a bruise forming and told her to stop right away. She gave me back the referral paper and said I can go elsewhere for blood test next time if I wanted as well which makes me really question her skills. I've had blood tests done at LifeLabs before and it's usually very quick and I've never gotten a bruise from it. I might've been just the unlucky one today, but it was definitely not a pleasant experience and makes me think twice about ever coming back.

Unfortunately did not have a good experience at the skin clinic. Had botox fillers before I know what to expect, but this nurse did not sound qualified made me feel uncomfortable to proceed.

Visited Rehab Center in Healthone Toronto last week. It’s a very beautiful and well organized place. Staff at front office was very helpful since I was visiting them for the first time. Massage therapy started on time. I went for back pain. Since this was my first therapy session, so therapist Hailey listened to my complaint patiently, explained me the process and therapy plan. At the end of session I was given recommendations for better sitting posture and activating weaker back muscles. These folks know their job really well, expert therapists, welcoming front office, awesome place overall. Highly recommended. After visiting this place if you go somewhere else.not going to happen LOL

Overall great experience, had 4hrs of various appointments within the Wellness and Skin Clinics. Love the convenience of having all services in one location. Amazing, experienced, friendly and very knowledgable staff that care! Modern facilities.

Working downtown creates a need for convenience and efficiency with medical appointments. HealthOne has that on lock. The service is great, facilities are beautiful, and the people are extremely kind.

To top it off, I can go to HealthOne for pretty well all of my medical needs! Great spot and I would encourage folks to check it out if they are hesitant.
