This place has been my first choice for massage therapy for many years. Lily and Ivy are both very professional in muscle pain relief.

Due to prolonged desk job, my body could feel miserable some time. But knowing I would always be taken care of when I visit my therapists at HealthOne North York keeps me coming back, relaxing and refreshed.

I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for proper treatment.

3 months ago, I booked an appointment with Pierresen Grant in regards to custom-made orthotics. I enjoy going for outdoor walks and weight-training, however I was experiencing pain in my knees, ankles and feet which impeded my performance. After hearing my concerns, Pierresen did a thural assessment and designed a pair of orthodics. He is also a kinesiology specialist, and showed me a quick and easy ankle mobility exercise to do while sitting at my desk. Fast forward 3 months of wearing my custom-me orthodics daily, I am now free of pain in my knees, ankles and feet and can walk for longer distances. A big bonus has also been the improvement of my posture. Thank you Pierresen!

Health One Rehab has provided me with excellent service! I've had appointments with their physiotherapist Ginalyn for a couple of months due to leg pain. Now, the pain I initially wanted to treat is entirely healed. On another note, the clinic itself is filled with friendly, hospitable, and professional staff members. I always feel immensely welcomed at each one of my appointments. They offer a variety of services that are always quick and efficient. I will undoubtedly continue to book appointments with them for any medical concerns I have.

Ginalyn is the main reason I continue to go to health one. For high quality, friendly and professional physio, I highly recommend Ginalyn.

The Rehab team at HealthOne has really helped me in the past couple years. The pandemic really made me stressed, and one of my friends recommended that I should go see their psychotherapist, Julianna. She was really helpful and made me realize what I was doing wrong. She also then recommended me to their Naturopathic Doctor, Dr. Sarah. I am grateful that she was able to help me apply all of the thing that Julianna was telling me to do in my daily life. I would defintely recommend you go here for whatever reason you may have, they are very helpful:)

Natalie DiCroce and Pierresen Grant are amazing. They've helped me with Physio and Orthotics respectively. Even Carla who is the receptionist for the rehab centre is so lovely. I highly recommend the rehab centre.

The Tens machine that was recommended by my physiotherapist has really helped with my pain management at home!

Natalie (Physiotherapist) : I have known Natalie for many years as a wonderful person and eventually when my insurance kicked in, I tried physio for the first time with her. I have been rescheduling more appointments with Natalie because my body has been responding very well to treatment. I also do some of the stretches Natalie recommended and my body has felt more relaxed since then. I highly recommend Natalie as she is so much more than a physiotherapist. Above all she is a kind person who has genuine interest in her patients and co-workers. Natalie never fails to put a smile on my face and for that, I am grateful.

Pierresen did an amazing job with my medical products. He measured my orthotics followed up with me about my compression socks, scheduled me in with the doctor and also ensured that I submitted my claims online to my insurance for reimbursement purposes. This was a faster way to get reimbursed than mailing it although they still mailed the claim (it worked real fast!) He was very helpful and explained the whole process while also answering my questions. Thank you Pierresen.

Amazing! I booked an appointment with Tatyana due to back pain. She was extremely friendly and professional. The other staff at the clinic were incredible as well, and the clinic is very sanitary. Would definitely come back and recommend to others!

Best Clinic! Very clean and especially very welcoming. I am so happy I found a physiotherapist, massage therapist and chiropractor that can help me with my body pain. I usually book in 3 services so I can get the best treatment on the same day. Also, so convenient that they can bill my insurance blue cross directly. If you are looking for a physiotherapist I highly recommend Ginalyn she is very hands on and takes her time to know what you need and she builds a treatment plan for YOU with exercises to do at home. The massage therapist Tatyana works wonder with deep tissue and alongside with Dr. Mcguire he is very professional and he has been seeing for 5 years! I have already recommended all my friends and family here and its so nice to see them whenever I come in.

Most of the staff are helpful & friendly - even the manager itself, the whole rehabilitation & the dental clinic staff. I'm happy with their service. I even recommended them to some friends & people I know.

Everything was great and I thought they did a great job with their covid protocols. My neck and back were killing me and so stiff that I couldn't take it any longer. Tatyana was fantastic and undid all the knots in my neck and back. It's probably why I was able to sleep 9 hours last night! Thank you, hope to be back soon!

Gina knows her job. She ask the proper questions to give the proper treatments. She always check to make sure I am doing ok or if I need anything to be more comfortable. I could fall asleep and trust that I am in good hands

Natalie was great! This is only my second time getting a massage and she made me feel very comfortable. I explained my back pain issues and she worked on the specific muscles that were causing tension. Felt much better after the massage. I already booked my next appointment with her.
