Nurse Loiza is the absolute best! I’ve never seen a Nurse injector as knowledgeable and as passionate as she is about her work. She takes times to listen and addresses all the patients needs. She’s an angel. So lucky to have come across her.

Got a massage from Melinda Baldwin and I left the next day in more pain and found a bruise on my back. I’ve tried other RMTs which were fine but left with a bad experience this time. The clinic called me after and gave me a complimentary massage with Minoo which was amazing. Definitely recommend Grace or Minoo which is why I have changed my review to 5 stars as the client service was great and they were quick to correct my experience. Receptionists are always very sweet as well.

Have had awful experiences at healthone optometry. Given the prices healthone charges, you would expect some better service. To begin, when you get the eye exam, they upsell random services that are not covered by insurance, but they say it’s part of normal eye checks and I had to pay over $100 out of pocket. After they tried to upsell random eye drops costing close $200 for dry eyes. They also tried to talk me into getting $2000 out of pocket procedure to fix my dry eyes. All the upsell is crazy here so be careful

Given that they know your prescription, you’d expect them to recommend glasses that fit the lenses. However, within few months of getting $800 pair of glasses, the lenses began to pop out and when I took the glasses back to fix it, they say it’s because my prescription is too high so my lenses are too thick for the frame. The frames the store recommended using the prescription they gave me. I tried to warranty the frames hoping it would fix it but they kept suggesting me against it to save the warranty in case the frames snap or something without telling me how long my warranty actually is. Now that I actually need to warranty my frames 1.5 years later, they said the warranty is only good for 1 year. The customer service on phone and in stores is awful and have an attitude the moment they pick up the phone. My $150 warby Parker glasses experienced completely blows healthone out of the water

I have done physiotherapy and psychotherapy at healthone before and those have been great experiences. However the experience at healthone optometry makes me never want to go back and would recommend everyone against this place that clearly don’t care about the customers and try to scam as much as possible

I have been going there for few years and I'm very happy with every experience I had there: Jessica the osteopath is amazing! I have already received massages several times: recommend it! I have been seing Dr. Saira Kassam, naturopath, she has been sooooo helpful! I have also visited the skin clinic with Karen and Madison: super happy with their work too!

So thankful for Ada! Been seeing her for the last few years for my toxin and filler treatments! She has such a natural approach and does a lot of teaching while injecting which makes makes me feel more comfortable as a client. Very knowledgeable and gentle! 10/10 would recommend!

I had booked a full eye exam and when I arrived in the clinic, I saluted the receptionist and she didn't reply as she didn't hear me (but definitely saw me), as she was laughing out loud with another staff and trying on glasses. After going around for several minutes, she then came to take me to the doctor. The doctor was amazing, nothing but excellent service and professionalism. After the exam was done, I paid and I was told by the same receptionist that I would be sent the invoice and prescription via email that day. I didn't, and i had to call several times and sent an email to get it in my email. Very disappointed on the customer service considering the fat price they charge.

The Health One ecosystem is by far, the best medical experience I've ever had.

At the start of the new year, I went a little overboard and booked appointments with all of the departments.

My vision test with the optometrist was pleasant and informative.

The walk-in clinic wait times are incredibly short.

And my appointments with Dr. Saira Kassam have literally helped my overall health do a complete 180 for the better.

I'd highly recommend this location and all the staff there as well.

Dr. Zimbaro is the most professional and caring chiropractor. He is extremely dedicated to the wellness of his patients. 11/10 would recommend Dr. Zimbaro!

Very happy with my experience at the eye clinic, Thank you to Dr. Ming Xuan Li for looking into my eye problem and providing a professional and efficient consultation, Dr. Ming took the time to do a deep eye exam and provided very clear and explicit instructions.very friendly Dr and staff. You would think for a clinic that has multiple medical expertise services under one roof, you would be just "another patient" to them. Wrong-from the minute you enter this clinic, everyone is so welcoming, helpful and kind. I highly recommend HealthOne especially Madison Noakes and the MediSpa team! They are truly the best!

I have been here several times for dental and medical appointments and the very friendly staff has always exceed my expectations. At my last appointment the physician took time to explain on pictures what's happening in my body. So you get a free biology course with your prescription - outstanding. You can seemlessly pick up your descriptions in their in-house pharmacy - perfect. Grateful to have found a medical operator who makes it so easy for me to access good healthcare services as a new Torontonian.

Regularly go to Grace De Pasquale for massage therapy. Her service/work is excellent and she provides very helpful info for post workout stretches to help improve my gym routines, definitely recommend!

It has been a good experience at HealthOne overall. The ladies at the reception are really nice.
I especially want to thank Dr. Jennifer Duan, who has been so kind, patient and amazing. She listens to you carefully and guides you every step of the way. My initial months of pregnancy became smoother because of her, thank you Dr. Jennifer.

I got referred to this clinic and people claimed it is a great one. I thought so too based on reviews.
However, I had a terrible experience even with booking an appointment online. I couldn’t book anything because the system would just give me an error.
I called straight to the clinic and the lady just told me that the system is new and she can’t do anything and silently hung up.
Didn’t give me any other options.

I’m so grateful that this Healthcare Centre is close to my home. The first impression that I had since day one, was amazing SHARI who is smiling all the time and warmly welcoming you. She always helps me and listens to me which was the cause for my work to get done so fast. I really appreciate her.

I phoned and was told they were taking walk in patients until 2pm. I was here at 1: 30pm and they did not take me. Rude staff. Better walk in clinics in the city.

The HealthOne medical team is great! My family doctor, Dr. Kara is the best doctor I’ve had. She is attentive, patient and has amazing in every interaction. Highly recommend HealthOne for family doctors. I’ve also used the Dental and Rehab clinics and great experience at both.

I wear glasses since my 7 years old. I never paid so much in my lens and with the worse quality. Doesn’t matter how much I clean with good products to lents, ALWAYS WITH STAINS.
If you are looking for glasses, run away from this place.

This is my new pharmacy. I filled a prescription today and the Pharmacist on duty, I believe her name was Aulona very polite, knowledgeable and gave me important information about my medication. I don’t feel rushed and well taken care of. Im very happy with their service.

Very disappointed with Healthone. Tried to get an appointment on short notice. Bad sinus infection and as far as the person I talked to her attitude was like too bad. Four days fir next appointment. This is the second time this has happened, same attitude both times. Sinuses are bad In 4 days it will have settled in nicely. My partner tested positive for Covid yesterday, so that makes things a little more difficult, but nothing they can do.

HealthOne team especially Jessica (osteo) is amazing!
Always attentive to any issues and thoroughly explains diagnosis. Very happy with every treatment!
